Short circuit in electric pole and power cut

Electricity is gone at 2:40 p.m. and after 20 minutes till now is not coming.
We have facing problem in education due to this.
I have tuition class and without electricity my pc will not run .
So, Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

તો પછી સર્વિસ મા ઢીલાશ કેમ .?
2 કલાક થવા આવ્યા હજુ સુધી લાઈટ આવી નથી

After 2 hours waiting electricity came and gone in just 15 minutes. We are very distressed. In Gayatri Nagar, Gujarat Housing Board, Chandkheda Ahmedabad.
Solve this issue quickly.

Respected sir/madam,
Electricity is gone in my area at 10 p.m. and it now at 12:15 a.m. till now it is not came.
So, Please fix this problem quickly.

Dear Sir,

Due to village line cross above my home and we are shown to clearly that's wires are break out. If wire are cut fall down on the ground and loss of goods or endanger life who will take responsibility ?

So we request to you please repair wire or replace it.

My Customer No for UGVCL : [protected]

I have made online bill payment to UGVCL using it's official website on 8th July 2021. My online transaction was successful and it's gave me success status along with appropriate transaction number and money also get debited from my credit card.

But when I checked the last bill payment status just after two weeks of my online payment on UGVCL site it's still showing as pending....

Today at 9:30 power cut in our area but now power not come please hepl.

સવિનય સાથે જણાવવાનું કે હું વિશાલ એન સોની (સાકરીયા ગામ વતી), ગામે મોજે- સાકરીયા, તા- મોડાસા, જિ- અરવલ્લીનાઓની આપ સાહેબશ્રીને નમ્ર વિનંતી છે કે,
અમારું ગામ મોડાસાથી માલપુર રોડ પર મોડાસાથી માત્ર પાંચ કિલોમીટર અંતરે હાઇવે પર આવેલ છે. અમારા વિસ્તારમાં અવાર નવાર આપની મોડાસા જી ઇ બી ધ્વારા મંગળવારે સવારે ૭ થી ૨ વાગ્યા સુધીનો વીજ કાપ છેલ્લા ઘણાય સમયથી લેવામાં આવે છે. એ વીજ કાપ એટલા માટે લેવામાં આવતો હોય છે કે ચોમાસામાં વિજ ગ્રાહકોને લાઇટ બંધ થઇ જવાની ઘટના જે બનતી હોય છે તે ન બને, વીજ કાપની અંદર તમો જી ઇ બી ના કર્મચારીઓ વીજ લાઇન પસાર થતી હોય ત્યાંથી ઉનાળા દર્મ્યાન એટલે ચોમાસું આવતા પહેલાં વૃક્ષની વધેલી ડાળીઓ કાપવાની તથા વીજ લાઇનનું સમારકામ કરવા માટે ઉનાળાના ઘણા કલાકો વીજ કાપ લેતાં હોય છે.. એ સર્વેંને ખબર છે.
છતાં પણ ચોમાસાની સીઝનની શરૂઆત થતાં, સામાન્ય વરસાદ પડ્યો હોય, વરસાદના છાંટા પડ્યા હોય અને તરત જ લાઇટ બંધ થઇ જાય છે. તો તમારા કર્મચારીઓ ધ્વારા વીજ લાઇનનું સમારકામ ખરેખર સમારકામ કરવામાં આવે છે કે નહી તે પ્રશ્ન ઉપસ્થિત થઇ પડેલ છે. ખરેખર વીજ લાઇનનું સમારકામ કર્યા પછી માની લઇએ કે સાંબેલાધર વરસાદ કે આભ ફાટ્યાની ઘટના થાય અને સબ સ્ટેશનથી લાઇટ બંધ કરવામાં આવે એ અલગ બાબત છે પણ હજી તો વરસાદ પડ્યો પણ ન હોય અને વીજ લાઇનમાં કંઇ ને કંઇ પ્રોબ્લેમ થતાં હોય છે એ યોગ્ય નથી... એટલે તમો સાહેબશ્રીને મારી નમ્ર વિનંતી છે કે અમારું ગામ હાઇવે પરનું અને મોડાસા શહેરથી માત્ર પાચ કિમીના અંતરે અને છેક અમારા ગામ સુધી સીટી એરીયા ડેવલોપ થયેલ છે એટલે રસ્તા પર વૃક્ષો પણ બિલકુલ ઓછાં હોવા છતાં લાઇટ વારંવાર બંધ થઇ જાય છે.. તથા અમારા ગામથી નજીક મોડાસા શહેર આવેલ છે, તે શહેરમાં ગમે તેટલો ધોધમાર વરસાદ પડવા છતાં પણ ત્યાં લાઇટ જતું નથી. અમારું ગામ જ્યોતીગ્રામ ની અંદર સમાવેશ થયેલ છે. સીટી એરિયામાં અને ગ્રામ્ય એરિયામાં જીઇબીના થાંભલા પર ચિનાઇ માટીના સાધનો જે વાપરો છો તે પણ સરખા હોય છે.. છતાં પણ ગ્રામ્ય લેવલે તમારા કર્માચારી ધ્વારા એવું કહેવામાં આવે છે કે તેની અંદર પાણી ઉતરે એટલે લાઇટ બંધ થઇ જાય એ સીટીમાં ગમે તેટલો વરસાદ પડે તે થતું નથી. એટલે વિનંતી છે કે વારંવાર લાઇટ બંધ થઇ જતી હોવાના કારણે માનસિક હેરાન થવાય છે, તો આનું નિરાકરણ જલ્દી લઇ આપવા વિનંતી છે. લિ- વિશાલ એન સોની, મો- ૯૮૯૮૦૪૪૧૬૧, ૬૩૫૨૫૬૪૯૯૨

Respected sir, we have facing Power supply problem since last four days in our gov.primary school.we have called our area technicians but he has not come yet to resolve the issue.so I can't do online work from the school.so please try your best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

In this summer season so much heat and Today power cut at 9:00 am but now power not come

Uvcl migrated to new web portal for consumers.

There is warning given on new site that, user need to re-register for accessing their account..

But event after registration, there is no option give to add consumer number for accessing its services.
