Our society, Riviera Green Bunglows, is located just 200 metres from Sanand sub division. In the last few months we have observed that there is frequent power outage in our society, whereas we can see that power outage is not visible in other surrounding areas. There seems to be mismanagement in handling particular transformer related to our society. Whenever we call, we get vague answers and they even do not know there is power outage, although it is just besides the sub division office. Right now also, for the last one hour there is no power and when we tried to contact on [protected], again I received a vague answer that there is some problem and it will take time to restore the power. Since last half an hour, no one is responding to the calls. Need urgent attention to solve the issue permanently.
