No electricity in Jagatpur Gota area, and no one is responding and bothered to answer customer care number on UGVCL customer care number.
Very worst service, there is no electricity since 1 pm, there are covid patients in the flats ...this is pathetic UGVCL

    Power Cut in Jagatpur Area Gota since today afternoon 1 o clock and till its not restored, No one is bothered to even respond when trying to call customer care numbers
    . It's very disturbing, irritating and disgusting and highly poor service attitude o[censored]GVCL staff and this happens frequently

    Request to intervene and inform the concerned team to restore the power as there are lot of covid patients in our society which has 600 flats

      Electrical power disconnect, meter showing nothing.

      In my society, Only my house doesn't have electricity. My neighbors have uninterrupted supply. The energy meter is not showing display green light.

      When I push test switch of GRE ELCB, LED BULBS FLIKER BUT DOESN'T GLOW CONSTANTLY....

            Dear team, this js Dipaksingh Jadav From Gota-housing board Ahmedabad, near Ognaj.
            I have own a home at this location, and there is 2 lamp, one is old and in use and another lamp is new bt from last 2year wired not changed from old to new, we all give many requests, and complaint but still not a single stap taken from ugvcl Gota.
            Kindly pls check and remove that old lamp its too damaged, anytime it can be fall and can harm our 2/3home mates..

                And it still shows payment due even after paid.

                            Ugvcl workers are cutting electricity connection without giving any warning if reputed and sofasticated people's we don't believe that ugvcl can do thus type of foolishness i am complaining the authority to take some steps on your Ahmedabad bopal office that we are well behaved and reputed people your little bill don't trouble us does your company think that we don't have money to pay your little bill how you can do some disgusting thing like this just tell your management to just think before doing this type of thing or i will go to higher authority

                              TEAM UGVCL,
                              I am resident of Shela Ahmedabad area, Gujarat and facing frequent power cut.
                              The only reason they provide for schedule power cut is due to maintenance and the period of such power cut is average 6 Hours due which the whole daily House hold activities got disturb.
                              2nd problem is due to Ariel wire connectivity the power gets interrupted frequently by minor accident created by animals or by rainy season.

                                  Our company swastik devlopers in modasa . Our company applied for dp . And deposit amount for dp two months ago .and ugvcl no work for it . We also submitted documents for previous deposit refunds in new bill their are no work for it i don't get refund previous dp amount i submitted one year ago their are no refunds. Please help their are lots of problems
                                  And don't reply from modasa ugvcl department.
