Dear Sir

I have purchased a flat(Tower C9 208) in Supertech Eco village II in Noida Exten. through Unicon in May 2010. At the time of booking Mr. Dhirendra Kumar Negi (Unicon Execuite Mobile [protected]) had promised me that he will give a discount of 2. % in form of credit note.



Till date he has not given me any credit note or cheque from the unicon yet. I have called him many times but he is not picking my calls.

Unicon is a reputed company and this can not be expected by UNICON.This type of people just ruining the image o[censored]NICON for money.
My friend was booking a flat in Panchsheel-2 but I told this case and he has moved to Investor clinic.



I would like to request you to look into the matter and punish such type of Executive .

I worked with Unicon Investment Solutions from nov2006 to feb 2011.My emp code was vdipl0085. After my resignation i continously making requests through mail to my company HR & my bosses for my full & final salary but no one is replying for a single time.
They took my resignation forcefully & now they blackmailed me that if i signed on a no dues undertaking only than they will send me my relieving letter which is very important for me for my new job.
I also lost my job in absence of this letter.

Please help me in this matter.

Respected Sir/Madam,

Non receipt of commission dues to be received from the Unicon Insurance Advisors Private Limited.
I am having Agent Code with the concerned Company is MAUIAPL 0475.
With regular follow up with the company officials like Abhishek sharma, Rajbir singh informed me that my commission dues is not finalised due to some internal problems. Relying on the information given to me telephonically and sometimes in personal meetings at office, I was on the assurance that payment will be released soon. In the month of February Mr Vikrant Sharma has informed me that due payment related to my commission has been released . He also informed us that payment is already been credited in the OBC Bank whereas in my application form I have not given any details of OBC Bank. In Application Form, details of Residence is provided as 238-D, Pocket No. 1, Mayur Vihar,Phase-1, Delhi 110091. But I have not received any payment at my residential address provided by me in the Application Form.
After regular visits to the company's Karol Bagh branch, I got the information that payment is not send through any courier or speed post but the cheque were handed over to one of the employees of the organisation. The company official advised me to enquire payments details from the OBC bank where the cheque has been cleared of.
Why the cheque is handed over to the other person even if he/she was employee of the orgranisation without having any Authorisation from me for receipt of cheque of my dues .
Why company officials has advised me to enquire and get payments details from the OBC Bank.
I have lost the photocopy of the documents and application form submitted to the company. We visited the Karol Bagh office to get photocopy of the application form and documents submitted therein but they advised me to visit to Noida office. When we visited Noida office of the company, Mr. Neeraj Kukreja advised us that documents are forwarded to the Karol Bagh branch. He advised us to contact Mr. Gaurav Gandhi. When we contacted Gaurav Gandhi on telephone, he advised us that it is not possible to give photocopy of the documents submitted by us. Please advise me that Can I have the right to get the photocopy of the documents submitted by me from the Unicon Investment Advisors Private Limited.
Please do the needful to get my commission dues and photocopy of the Application Form and documents submitted.

I have moved the application for opening of demat account on 07.02.2011 along with the demat form and a cheque of Rs. 25000/-. The cheque was debited from my account on 14.02.2011. But my form was rejected on two grounds for which i have informed later about one ground only and also i was assured on phone on 16.02.2011 after clearing the same ground that account will be opened in next 2-3 days.

On 19.02.2011 they have come forward with two more ground of rejections.

And the relation ship manager which contacted me i.e. Reena Garg (Contact No : [protected]) is also not co operating and talking in a very rude manner.

Kindly Help and look into the matter at the earliest and guide me about the future course of action.

my MA code in unicon is z5406 in bhubaneswar branch . this company did not release my security money 50000 rupees and not probide us our tds certificate

I have Purchase a Flat through UNICON in Supertech ECO Village I E-4 004 on the rate of 1900/- all inclusive(PLC) but when went to Supertech office for collecting the Allotment Letter they give me Rate of 1925per SQFT, the difference amount is 25/- per Sqft and UNICON (VISHAL AROA) promise to Issue a Credit Note for Rs. 39875 @ the rate of 25 per SQFT. We have follow up with UNICON from 14 Sep 2010 and no one revert on mail or give proper response.

I am having a share trading account in Unicon and started with 2 installments of 10,000/- each. The Relationship manger and the brach head of Noida came to our place and assured us that they will get the needful done. later on i started receiving confirmation calls from the company for which i enquired to RM. He asked me to give my approval to all saying that he will get the needful done. However there was a last which happened in the month...

"Ajay ji, we have booked loss, current bal. Is Rs100/- and i ve resigned from unicon."

Is this a way to provide world class investing experience(Unicon Foundation Aim)? This is how Unicon provides service to customers?

This is really unacceptable and I am very disappointed. This is 2nd time(1st time: http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/unicon-securities-pvt-ltd-c150663.ht...⇄

Please help me/show a way to fight aganist them. How can I raise this with Sebi?

Dear Unicon,

I have purchased 2 flats in Supertech Eco village II in Noida Exten. through Unicon. At the time of booking Mr. Dhirendra Kumar Negi (Asst. Sales Manager) had promised me that he will give a discount/ credit note of 2.5 % ( i.e. 10 % of Supertech & 2.5 % o[censored]nicon).

We had booked one flat on 6th floor and another on 7th floor in same tower but when I saw the receipts it was 6th and 8th floor. He had changed the floor without my consent… he did not even inform me about this.

In spite of all these things, he has not given me any credit note or cheque from the unicon yet. I have tried so many times to call him up but he is not picking my phone calls.

Unicon is a prestigious company, and I am not expecting these types of Fraud with you people. If your executive make the impressions like this in the mind of people, then how can we make a good relation in future.

I would request you to please take my case further and provide suitable resolution asap.

karan jaggi had applied for shipping coorperation fpo on 3rd at 11am in
morning from laxmi nagar branch, n till date my chque was not cleared, i have my
dmat a/c wid maheshwri technical services ltd which is in pahar ganj. I had gone
today i.e. 13th december,2010 in afternoon to ur branch n enquired about my
chque, the concerned person who had collected the cheque n application from me
told me dat "allotment was not made to me so thats why my chque was not cleared"
when i asked the branch manager Mr Kunal Chauhan he answred me by saying that
"his office person who was going to deposit the cheque had met with an accident
so he coundt deposit my cheque" which is a irrelevant excuse.
These people didnt bother to inform me yhe same until i went ther to see n
enquire about my chque.

This is highly irresponsible behaviour on the behalf of person incharge n branch
manager,

On asking him the reason for this irrespomsible behaviour he he asked each n
every body in branch to shout at me and ignore me. Further the branch manager
was shoutting at me and asked to complain where ever possible, without feeling
sorry for what happened.

I request you to take a strict action against him so that it does not happen
with anybody else.
At the same time i'l b suffering from the loss due to no allotment so make sure
dat the branch manager is sorry for the same to me and at the same time
reimburse me the loss due to his neglgence.

I Abhishek Dixit bought a ULIP plan of Reliance Life Insurance bearing policy number "ABC"through the advisor o[censored]nicon Investments Ltd on 14th of September, 2008. Later I got a call from Unicon Investment saying that if I buy a policy on top of my existing policy I will get a bonus of Rs 3000/-.As they were my existing advisor, I trusted their team and I bought another ULIP Plan on the name of my wife Harshita Dandotiya of Reliance Life Insurance bearing policy number "XYZ" for an yearly premium of Rs 10000/-on 27th of July,2009. I was promised that I will get the bonus amount of Rs 3000/- within 60 days of the activation of policy. That amount I have not received till now. When contacted to Reliance life they told that there is no such policy of providing any money as bonus nor any amount has been even deposited into my fund. I asked the status from UNICON Side but they simply denied any promise made. There was one more issue the policy that they sold me was not a good one as out of Rs 10000/- it has just invested around Rs 1500/- into funds and rest it has deducted into various charges. I am not able to understand, on what basis they sold me the policy.

Let me summarize, There were two issues:-

1. Bonus amount of Rs 3000/- not yet paid
2. The policy sold to me was not value for money.

When contacted to them they denied everything and put me in a long loop where I just kept asking people my questions but everyone denied anything like that without any proper investigation. That simply indicates unprofessionalism and malice into the intent of the Unicon Investment Ltd.

My name is ravi akula iam working at one PVT LTD Company iam joined in 25th jan 2010 iam received offer letter and employee code also but salary was pending iam asking the my superior he was told me do more business ur salary will come otherwise ur salary is not coming. Sir pls give me the suggestion how to iam recover my salary.

i have worked with unicon for full one month at noida branch. but at the end of the month they refuse to give my salary..as my target was not fulfilled..as i was a fresher at that job..and it takes some time to understand things..insurance is not an easy job..they promised me while taking interview that they will definitely pay my salary on time, but at the end of the month they refused..and at last i had to quit my job.
unicon is in lime light for doing all this with their employees, still i beleived ... i devoted myself fully to the job but what can i do if my target is still incomplete...there are many employees having the same problem like me...i am writing on behalf of all of them... please don't work with Unicon, i[censored] are a fresher and dont have experience in insurance sector..they will kill you like anything.
