Dear All,
i am holding a trading account with UNICON SECURITIES PVT.LTD at thier Connaught Place Regal Building office
I have some F & O positions in my account .On the morning of[protected] they informed me through SMS that a sum of Rs.506696.29 is short in your trading account .Then I personally visit their office around 9.30 A.M. and deposit cheques of Rs.5,50,000.00 against of debit of nearly 5,07,000.00 I deposit some extra money because market conditions are very volatile .They accept my cheques and assured me that your positions are safe atleast today .The cheques are of HDFC Bank and debited in my bank account on same day i.e.[protected] as broker also have account in HDFC Bank . At that time I was fully satisfy and think about what happen on next day in market , during the day I was talking them so many times to review the market even all my positions are held in my account after closing time of market .

But on the evening abount 5.45 p.m. they inform me that your positions were unwinding directly by NSE , I can,t believe that, because whole day positions were held in my account, why they inform me after market time that your positions were unwinding . I contact to the branch manager Ms.Divya Sharma, she assured me that she already sent e mail to her seniors and give me time of 1-2 days to get replied from them , but till today they can,t contact me, the branch manager is on leave from[protected] .

Please advice me what can I do , is it possible that i will get my positions get back .

Can I serve them a court notice? or please suggest me to whom should I contact ?

there was a debit and informed to you and also you had given a cheque and the same also debited your a/c same day, if there was any positon on that day it can not be unwinded, that too after the market hours, what I think is they wanted to collect the debit previousely accrued saying that position is still running and there is a shortfall.
Lodge a complaint with SEBI ... My friend has lodged a complaint against HDFC with SEBI for not executing his Bid. Recently he was called for the hearing
