Even after repeated reminders I have still not received any revert for my Complain.Such negligence on your part pains me allot. If this is the way a reputed concern behaves with the customers then I feel the same would be the case with a majority of the clients. Gone are the days when the focus of any business was sales. In this cut throat competitive market where lot of companies are fighting over a large piece of market share, the service provided by you is poor. So my experience with Unicon Investment Solutions is now turning from bad to worse.
Firstly your employee done trading in my account without my intimation. And at your end replied that it is in under process after past thirty days it means the staff is not equiped to handle customer grievances.
Also I would like to inform you that in a town like Panipat which is small, a bad word of mouth publicity will earn a bad name for your company and effect your sales adversley. I am of the opinioin that such an act of mishandling of a client is unethical and against a prudent bussiness practice. I am also working in service sector and I understand and acknowledge customer satisfaction and customer delight. So I request to handle my complaint and reply me at the earliest. If not I will be forced to take a legal action and also report the same to electronic media.

I have opened a Demat account with Unicon Securities Private Limited. My Unique Client Code is PP975. My DP ID is 12053500 I haven€™t use the account for single trade. But as per Contract Note received from Unicon Securities Private Limted. But I would like to bring to your notice that I haven€™t made any trade through this account. So I am of the opinion that my ID and password has been missed out from your employee.

I wish to bring to your kind notice the above said discrepancies . Kindly settle my account at the earliest.

I KTV Padmavathy is having Share Trading A/c and Demat A/c U26259) with them., They were opened few years back. They lured me to open and earn lakhs and lakhs of rupees and they would help in earning in shares. Though I said I was not familiar with, they promised to do themselves and the benefit would be credited to my account., They money was actually meant for my son's education and daughter's marriage saved over a period of time. All the money was hard earned. They collected as much as Rs. 1.5 lakhs and under my supervision as much as Rs. 3 lakhs were built in my account. During the year 2008-10, I could not continue the share trading with them due to my preoccupatioin. The account became dormant as I stopped trading. Today when I asked the statement and money for my son's education expenses they said no money and shares are available in my account. When contacted the senior officials they said the customer relationship manager had played in my account and made loss of entire money. The company and the in collusion with their entire team o[censored]nicon had made me a loss of Rs. 3 Lakhs for their company's benefit by playing around with my money without my consent.I came to know that they are doing in all the branches.
