This mail is in regarding the salary request for the month of Oct-Nov(09)as me and my team is being deployed in the organisation on 15th of Oct under Bhupendra Singh(UIPL10400)who has being reporting to Jai singh Parihar in Kanpur.As through the attached business for both months,ample amount of business has being done for salary justification then after our salary has not being released, and because it was our first month a little leverage should be given . The attached business figure will help u in ascertaining the potential in allahabad and its employees, and it seams if this remains it will tarnish the organisations image overall.All i want to know that why our salary has not being released in against of the business done for both the months..As there is no branch office we were directly sending our business to kanpur and from there onwards it was routed to H.O.It is our humble request to u sir to kindly look at the business done attached in excel & Pdf form so that no injustice can be done ... Also forwarded the same mail to HR,Vikas Mallan,deepa mohammed , ykishore etc.... The following salary has been put on hold.

    Dear Team

    Even after repeated reminders I have still not received any revert for my Complain.Such negligence on your part pains me allot. If this is the way a reputed concern behaves with the customers then I feel the same would be the case with a majority of the clients. Gone are the days when the focus of any business was sales. In this cut throat competitive market where lot of companies are fighting over a large piece of market share, the service provided by you is poor. So my experience with Unicon Investment Solutions is now turning from bad to worse.

    Firstly your employee done trading in my account without my intimation. And at your end replied that it is in under process after past thirty days it means the staff is not equiped to handle customer grievances.


    Also I would like to inform you that in a town like Panipat which is small, a bad word of mouth publicity will earn a bad name for your company and effect your sales adversley. I am of the opinioin that such an act of mishandling of a client is unethical and against a prudent bussiness practice. I am also working in service sector and I understand and acknowledge customer satisfaction and customer delight. So I request to handle my complaint and reply me at the earliest. If not I will be forced to take a legal action and also report the same to electronic media.

      HR of the company refuses to pay the salary and said clearly that they dont release the salary.

        I am HARSH GARG having account with UNICON SECURITIES PVT LTD PANIPAT and Demat A/c No.-[protected].

        Client ID - U24906. when i have applied for a/c opening they said that you have pay Rs 200 for life time and a life time free Trading Software(UNICON SWIFT) and no other charges after that and i have given a check of 200. But they had also deducted RS 700 from my Trading A/c.

        But now they have closed my Trading Software (UNICON SWIFT) As I am regularly talking to Mr. Harpreet at UNICON SECURITIES PVT LTD PANIPAT for the opening of my Trading Software again He said it will reopen without any charges But they charged Rs.500 again from my Trading A/C. Means the employees of the company are making fool of customers

        Kindly make the solution for this as soon as possible.

          on being persistently requested i invested rupees five lakhs in unicon securties P ltd.t nagar,chnnai branch.
          while i ws promised a return of around 15/20% permonth,I felt at least a return of 5% per month would be made by this company as my investement was purely for trading and the positive or negative movment o the market could not affect me.

          To my shock and horror,this uniconsecurities t nagar,chennai branch, lost 3.8- lakhs of the my investement of 5 lakhs within about 30 trading days from the date of my investement.and till date no responsible person is willing to answer my question apart from a sales executive who is lower down the company.

          i have entrusted the relevent papaers and evidence to my lawyer for filing a complaint with SEBI.
          I would like to know if any one else has been cheated like this.

            Unicon is a greatest fraud company of india. I have a trading account in unicon brach - gorakhpur (u.p).
            And i have acknowledge a check of rs 20000/- through my account for trading. But someone in unicon has access my account and have done some trading.

            When i go to branch of gorakhpur unicon for refund of my money they say that you have done the trading. and you have only 2400 rs of stock.So what can i do. Please check my all details . I will give you all the proved.
            I have not recieve any confirmation given by unicon. So Please help me for geeting my balance back.My trading account no. is U 13628.

                  I have worked in unicon investment solution for approximately 2.5 month, They are not paying my salary, i wrote many mail to the management of the company but they are unable to reply me, And i sent the notice of the court but they did'nt reply, I was appoint in Agra Branch in mutual fund product on dated 17/3/2009 & i have worked there 30/5/2009, They terminate me without giving any information i have all the document in my mail & offer letter also
                  My salary package was 2 lacs per anum
                  Kindly Take a legal action against him & issue my salary as soon as possible

                      some time ago i complaint but no result, dear sir i want to my two month salary pls look into my matter.
                      I had worked with Unicon Securities Pvt Ltd jaipur as Assistant Manager Bussiness Alliance from 09 may 2009 to 31 July 2009.Company had paid me only 5600/- RS.in the month of June 2009.And after that company had not paid any salary.
                      I had generated brokrage by reactive the client of company and MA, but company did not pay any salary yet, So kindly arrange my full and final payment from company as soon as possible.


                      plz look into the matter & rewart me.

                      2. On 27/07/2012 I have received mobile call from Shri. Rohit Sharma Mob. No. [protected] stating that one of your Reliance Life Insurance policy taken from your agent has been matured and you are going to get Rs. 38, 000/- (Rupees. Thirty Eight Thousand only) for which you have pay our Executive Charges for the sum of Rs. 4, 000/- (Rupees. Four Thousand Only) for which you have to deposit the said amount in Axis Bank Dadar Branch on account of Shri. Ritesh and shortly you will receive account details on your cell no.

                      3. On 27.07.2012 at about 11.53.48 a.m. I received one SMS from Shri. Aakash having Mob. No. [protected] giving details of Shri. Ritesh bearing a/c. No. [protected] of Axis Bank Dadar Branch, accordingly I have deposited the said amount in two installments in the said account number.

                      4. Again On 01/08/2012 I have received mobile call from Shri. Rohit Sharma Mob. No. [protected] stating that your Reliance Insurance due amount has been raised from Rs. 38, 000/- to Rs. 48, 000/- for which you have to deposited an additional amount of Rs. 1, 500/- in H.D.F.C. Bank on account of Shri. Kuldeep Kumar as our Executive charges and shortly you will receive account details on your cell no.

                      5. On 01.08.2012 at about 12.46.03 p.m. I received one SMS from Mob. No. [protected] giving details of Shri. Kuldeep Kumar bearing a/c. No. [protected] of H.D.F.C Bank and I refused to do so.

                      6. On 01.08.2012 at about 02.26.01 p.m. I received one SMS from Shri. Aakash having Mob. No. [protected] as” Sir ab ap ka cansil ho raha hay agr karwana ho to bata do nahe to o wapas ajaega pher mujhe cal mat karna soch kar bata do 10mint me ha ya na lst cal hay”. Again after some time from same Mob. No. at about 02.43.27 p.m. I again received one more SMS stating as “Sorey sir Thek hay may mana kar de raha hu ap ka kanchil karwa de raha hu kyu ke bank me to ap ko dena he padega karwa lo sir nahe paisey fhas jaega ha ya ne”

                      7. On 02.08.2012 Raksha Bandan day I have deposited the said amount in Shri. Kuldeep Kumar bearing a/c. No. [protected] of H.D.F.C Bank.

                      8. On 02.08.2012 at about 01.28.47 p.m. I received SMS from Shri. Rohit Sharma Mob. No. [protected] stating that “ Mild Ji aap ka cheq lagva diya h. Aap apna peysa 5pm baje cheq kar lena aap muje sms kar dena.” When the said amount in not credited in my account I again contact the said Shri. Rohit Sharma and again at about 08.17.59 pm, Shri. Rohit Sharma Mob. No. [protected] again sent me a SMS stating that aap ka cheq kilyar ho gaya. Aap nikal sakte h.”

                      9. Apart from all this again Shri. Rohit Sharma demanding money of Rs. 10, 000/- stating that his wife is suffering from Blood Cancer and again and again he is giving me a repeated call and on 13.08.2012 he has requested me not to disclose the said demand of money incident to any body. On repeated requested Shri. Rohit Sharma has given me the Cheque details as Reliance Life Insurance Company, bearing cheque No. 640642 drawn on H.D.F.C. Bank Cannat Plate Bara Khamba Road CT and also assured me on deposited on said amount the cheque will be cleared within an hour.

                      10. Incidentally, on 13.08.2012 I personally contact on Mob. No. [protected] where I found Senior Executive to whom I narrated the entire incident he assured on 14.08.2012 we all three of them will talk on conference next date i.e. 14.08.2012 and accordingly Mr. Vinay assured me that your cheque has been cleared from my side long back 15 days and Shri. Rohit Sharma has kept on hold and he has not deposited the said cheque with the bank and again the said Mr. Vinay gave me a call [protected] and demanded an amount of Rs. 1, 500/- as his charges and directed me to deposited the said amount in the aforesaid Kuldeep Kumar Account and also instructed me unless and until you pay the said amount towards our processing charges your cheque will not be cleared,

                      11. On 21.08.2012 I again deposited an amount of Rs. 1, 500/- by way of cash in name of Shri. Ritesh bearing a/c. No. [protected] of Axis Bank from Lokhandwala Branch. Mr. Vinay assured me that your cheque will be deposited and same will be credited to your account.

                      12. On 22.08.2012 When I check my balance for the same it was un credited and subsequently I contact on Mr. Vinay mobile No. it was learned that he has already resigned from his job. And one of Mr. Rohit Sharma again started demanding an amount of Rs. 10, 000/- for getting the cheque cleared.

                      13. I am not making this complaint to you with my said deposited amount, but to make you aware that behind your back your executive is demanding money from your potential customer which itself create bad impression on your part, your are such a highly reputed Insurance company in today’s competitive world. I humbly request you to take appropriate steps against those culprits so that your potential customer gets justice.

                        I opened a Trading account with UNICON with Rs 30, 000 when share market was
                        on its high. I purchased some shares of Parsvnath and RPL.
                        When Market was crashed, this value come down to Rs 6000 to 7000. Few
                        months back, I requested my Relationship Manager to advise
                        how to recover my principle amount from this point. He suggested me that he
                        would purchase some shares on behalf of me and I only need to give the
                        confirmation to Unicon. I agreed and started giving confirmation for all
                        the transactions made by My relationship Manager.

                        Upto this point, I have no problem.

                        After few days, these confirmation calls were stopped. I thought that I
                        have recovered from my big loss.

                        Then, I tried to contact my relationship manager, but he never picked up my
                        phone.

                        Then I called to Unicon office to confirm, he told me that there is Zero
                        share balance showing in my trading account.

                        I was shocked and continuously tried to contact to my RM Vikas Rastogi, But
                        always got the same answer that He is out of office.

                        Fortunately, One day he picked my phone unknowingly and he had to explain
                        me that he invested my money in Stock Loss kind of thing and lost my money.

                        I still don't know what is Stock Loss, but I am sure this is a kind of
                        betting or gambling.

                        I only allowed him to purchase shares on behalf of me, and never allowed
                        him to gamble with my money.

                        Now, the current situation is I have lost my 29000 out of 30000.

                        I just want to trasfer my shares to my account before the game of Stock
                        Loss was palyed by your Relationship Manager.

                          I had transfered Rs 1800 from my ICICI bank a/c to my demat a/c from the unicon website, but the value is not seen on my demat a/c.The amount has been deducted from my bank a/c but my demat a/c does not show any balance.I have made repeated complaints at their corporate office but they say that it is under process and neglect the matter. I would request the authority to please look into the matter and take necessary action against the company.It is not a matter of Rs 1800, it is the fraudulent practice by the company.

                            I am MANOJ KUMAR was appointed as Relationship manager- Life Insurance
                            on June 2009 as per the appontement letter on HR/Delhi/TA/01880. dated 6th June 2009.

                            The agenda of my mail is that my 02 month salary (June 09 and July 09)
                            Is pending in spite of so many reminders and walkins in the DELHI (CP branch) every time they used to gave me the assurance that it'll be credited soon.

                            But now i am really being haras.

                                  I opened my Share trading A/c in unicon securities in july 2008.At that time as per my contract company was charging 5 paise brokerage on intraday and 50 paise brokerage on delivery.But on my request and considering my they agreed to charged 3 paise on intraday trading and 30 paise on Delivery trade.

                                  But recently i received my trade report in which company has charged 10 paise on intraday trading and 50 paise on delivery trade .and from past many days in all my transactions they r charging the same brokerage.

                                  Plz look into this matter and help me get refund of the excess brokerage charged by the company.

                                  but on my request and considering my turnover the branch head Mr.
                                  Nitin Agarwal and dealer Mr.Anant Kumar they assured me to reduce my
                                  brokerage to 3 paise on intraday and 30 paise on delivery almost a
                                  month ago.And when i confirmed them that weather my brokerage is
                                  reduced the dealer confirmed me that it has been reduced as per my
                                  request.

                                  But now from last 2 days i have started receiving daily report on my
                                  mail id and because of which i came to know that company is charging a
                                  very high brokerage from me.It is 10 paise on intraday and 50 paise on
                                  delivery as per my calculation.

                                  It is highly unethical and it is a matter of cheating with your
                                  customer which will lead to bad word of mouth for the company and you
                                  must be knowing that one unhappy customer can spoil 100 prospective
                                  customer.

                                  So i would request you to look into this matter and reimburse the
                                  amount extra charged from me and take actions against the guilty.

                                        I m Thakur Dass. i m NRI staying in Spain Europe.

                                        when i was in India in March 2009 i had open a online Trading account with Unicon securites Pvt Ltd. company.

                                        My account was open in Noida, Uttar pardesh branch by Mr.Nitin Jain and Mr Sandeep.

                                        I have given him the 2 chque of Rs. 5 lac and 1 lac.

                                        As I was busy so I had not done any transition in my account, I have some family problem so I need my money .that’s way I ask Mr. Nitin Jain to make the payout of my amount. When I ask for my amount, he told me that he had done unauthorized trading in my account and now he is tell me that my balance in my account is nil.





                                        It is the total case of farad by this company and my totaled loss is around six lacks.



                                        I urgently required some favorable response from your side.

                                        Please send a complaint to Police giving all the detail . Must copy to EOW ( Economic affair Wing ) .

                                        Always adopt legal process and you willl get justice. Plz dont waste your time with broker.
