    My client ID with Unicon is I10408. I am not able buy/sell shares from
    their website. My orders are keep getting rejected. I have seen there
    are many complaints have been registered. I really worried about my hard
    earned money which is stuck with this company. I have around 16000Rs
    shares and around 18000rs cash blocked with unicon. Please let me know
    what will happen to our money.

      I have been a customer doing trading of stocks through Unicon Securities Pvt Ltd for over seven years now. I have of late been facing problems for doing any trade of my 36 stocks through them since last 2 months. It is becoming difficult to reach them over phone as telephone No. of their customer help line is in-accessible as no body comes on line after the call is put on some endless music to be heard by the caller until one gets frustrated and disconnects the call. I have been interacting on e-mail with them and have exchanged as many as 30 mails to entice some response from them without any concrete result except receiving on few occasions a standard reply from them that the problem is going to be solved with 2 weeks time. I have cash balance amount of approx. Rs 1, 000.39 lying with them. There has been no credit of dividends in my ledger account declared by companies of which I hold stocks as such they remain unpaid. I have met personally Mr Anurag Nayar, CTO at their Noida office on 30th May 2104 and he too gave me same assurance that the matter is being resolved with NSE/BSE within 2 weeks time. I wanted to handover my DIS for transfer of stocks from Unicon Securities Pvt Ltd DP account to my new account which I have opened with HDFC Securities Ltd, DP IN 301549 A/C No: 39623634. Mr Nayar told me that I should fill DIS form in phases on hearing from them whenever stocks held by me are unfrozen by NSE/BSE as he felt that all 36 stocks would not be unfrozen in one go by NSE/BSE. Since I have not been able to get proper redressal of my problem, I want to register my complaint: My complaint 1. I want all my stocks lying with Unicon Securities Pvt Ltd to be freed and transferred to my new DP account opened with HDFC Securities Ltd, DP IN 301549 A/C No: 39623634. 2. I want, Unicon Securities Pvt Ltd, to pay me entire money standing in my credit with them. 3. I want, Unicon Securities Pvt Ltd, to pay dividends for any of stocks held by me received by them and not appearing in my ledger. 4. I want to claim losses, from Unicon Securities Pvt Ltd, likely to suffered by me by restraining me to take the golden opportunity to cash on current upbeat market

      My complaint is still unresolved. Although through SEBI intervention I was able to get 17 stocks out of 36 stocks transferred to my demat account.
      I am now chasing 19 stocks that have been kept by Unicon in their Pool account. I want your forum to stand up with the investors and help them come out of this illegal holding by Unicon Securities. The confidence of small time investors like us stands dented because of such trading members and delay in action by regulators in recovering money of thousands of investors.

          I am also a victim of the Unicon. Despite several reminders and personal meeting with Mr Anurag Nayar in Noida Office on 30th May 2104 I have yet to hear any concrete solution on fate of my 36 stocks lying with Unicon. I was promised that needful action has been initiated and solution would be available within 2 weeks times. This seems to be assurances and I am really worried what will happen to our money and the stocks we are holding with UNICON. If our stocks starts depreciating we can't do anything about it. I think most o[censored]s have already lost out on a lot of money. Dividends too declared by companies have not be credited to my account. I don't know what is the way ahead!! Really worried!!             Customer ID PK136, yesterday received one letter from Global security stating that I have to pay drat account charges since 2007 when I opened my account with unicon, however unicon security has been deducting annual service charges from my account each year. Not only that Unicon has deposited only two minor stocks in smart account and the cream is still with them. Mr Anurag northern region I charge his mob [protected] received my two messages till this morning and now his mobile is off Total fraud company what Sebi is doing to protect the interest of customer.                 I had book one flat in SIDHARTHA NCR GREEN PROJECT through UNICON in Aug 2010. That time Unicon promised me to pay back 6% of basic cost. From then I am regularly following up with them. But my payment is not relased till now

                  I have seen many complaints regarding UNICON securities about not being able to trade. I am also a victim of the same company. Please check the below link: http://www.sebi.gov.in/cms/sebi_data/attachdocs/[protected].pdf It is the circular issued by SEBI against UNICON services barring them from trading on NSE and BSE. SEBI has also mentioned the reasons why they did so. From the circular it seems UNICON owners and CEO are indulged in fraudulent activities and our money is not at all safe at UNICON. Also they are not likely to resume business anytime soon, if at all they are all they are allowed to resume business. I am really worried what will happen to our money and the stocks we are holding with UNICON. If our stocks starts depreciating we can't do anything about it. I think most o[censored]s have already lost out on a lot of money. I don't know what is the way ahead!! Really worried!!

                    Dear All, I have seen lot of complaints regarding UNICON, i am also one of the person like you, who had lost money and shares are struck in trading account. I have bought some shares but these shares not moved to DP account and very surprise to see my DP account is empty.I hope the same issue with others, if the shares are available in DP then we can easily transfer to other DEMAT, where as UNICON didn't do and most o[censored]s shares are in the trading account..I really doubt how to get back money from UNICON and stocks are appreciated double. I think we should form a team and do proper approach.Its worth we can schedule a meeting with team and have proper solution to deal this issue..                     Completely agree with you. Unicon is out of busines Big Time and are highly unlikely to resume business any time soon, if at all they are allowed to resume business.

                    It is circular from SEBI and describes why SEBI had to take such action against UNICON. It seems the owners and CEO are involved in fraudulent activities and our money is really not safe.
                    I wonder what happens to our stocks in trading. If those shares starts depreciating we can't do anything about it :(

                        Hi Team,

                        From couple of weeks onwards I've been trying to contact local branch (Hyderabad) to close my account with Unicon but no one responding nor wrong number/number not in use. When contacted couple of local branch employees mobile numbers they have been telling they are resigned from Unicon as they are not getting salaries.

                        However I've been sending couple of emails to designated helpdesk and [protected]@unicon.in but no response at all. I've been trying to contact helpdesk number where its routed to computer IVR and no one is picking the call after making relevant options selection. With this all my calls are wasted and I'm loosing money as well as time.

                        One day I've googled and got Chennai branch number and they picked with a response to send a courier with related documents to Noida office to close the account. I feel like its a wage response so not intended to do the process by courier.

                        Please suggest who & how can help us with all these cases. How SEBI is monitoring all these. Does SEBI is responsible for our money as SEBI is holding some money on behalf o[censored]nicon (told by one o[censored]nicon executive at the time of a/c opening).

                          Dear all, I also have account in Unicon from last two years & facing the same problem from march 14. I complained in SEBI in 13 April'14 about it & SEBI referred this case to NSE. A meeting was organised by NSE in Delhi with Unicon representative on 19 may. As per unicon representative their was some dispute in their owner & now they are seperated. All the branches is closed all over india & only 02 branch is working. 01 in Delhi & 01 in Noida.Their are 331 complained registered against unicon in NSE & trading is suspended by NSE. As per representative software problem will be resolved up to 15 June but i am not sure about it.

But no stock in my demat account.Also they transferred diffirent stock frm my demat values of one lack.                                 Hi Sir, All my trading are beeing rejected and I cannot buy any shared neither on NSE/BSE. My details are below. account login id: i12120. Please let me know the status as no tollfree no are working and also when I am dailing all the other no which are available on site they are putting me on IVR for 3-5 minutes and then no response. Please take the cognizance of the fact as I am hearing the unicon has been banned by NSE for any trading. if that's the case company should have communicated this earlier.

                                  I opened an account with Unicon Investment Solution. my client id is U32763. I have invested around Rs. 200000 in stock using UNICON demat Account, Since last three month online account is not working now their system is not taking any buy/sell order. While executing order an error "ADAPTER IS DOWN" - is showing every time...                                     I am an user (User Id: U42103) with Unicon Solutions for last 5 years. For the last 1 month i am trying to sell some of my shares(NSE), but eachtime it is showing "Rejected." When i have contacted with Customer care, they are telling "there are some financial issues with NSE, so it is blocked". But we are not able to get our hard earning money we invested to get some return. We are suffering from all angles. There are thousands of customer suffering, and i hope UNICON cheated and played with our life. Please take needful action to let our money back. Thanks

                                      Be aware of People are asking security passwords, which is not in practice: Today some one had called as Unicorn representative asking for Debit Card Number, Card Expiry Date and "CVV". This was happened after I have logged a complaint. Call came from[protected].
                                      The same thing is happened with all the UNICON customers. I think they have cheated all o[censored]s. Each time i call Unicon customer care, they used to tell the same story "there is some financial issue with NSE". I thing we need to create a public Forum, so that all the customers can join and put their complain and suggestion in order to our hard earning money back. Thanks
