I have an demat account du2029 with unicon securities pvt ltd durgapur opened on[protected].
I also purchased 102 shares of sail, 15 shares of jspl, 1share of bank of baroda and 3 shares of l&t.
The total investment including shares and a/c balance was around rs 20000. Now i unable to contact the unicon. When
The time came to sell them i came to know that the company no more exists. So i approached you for help. So i request
You kindly do the needful and refund my amount.

Unfortunately i have not been using this demat or online portal o[censored]nicon for last 4-5 years. I had purchased couple of shares through unicon securities demat account. As i remember "cals refinereies" (Bse: 526652; isin: ine040c[protected] shares @ 0.2, purchased on 4/2/2012, is yet to transferred or received at my end. This is balance in unicon demat account.

Further i had transferred an amount on 4/4/2013 of 5000/- for trading. The confirmation mail received from unicon on 5/4/2013. The same has not been refunded or repaid.in addition there should be around 2500/- plus of earlier balance.

I had trading ac with the above unicon and had 450 shares of bank of baroda and 60 shares of siemens in the ac when in march 2014 i went to the office at regal building connaught place the co neither gave my shares nor paid the money later on on complaint to nse it was informed that the co had been suspended from the nse and nothing can be done. Till date the co has not paid my money nor shares the customer committee at nse decided that you have not claimed the amount for a long time. The decision is not acceptable to me, as i have never asked the co to sell my shares and kept only in pool a/c, and also if the equivalent amount was credited why the co not informed. My claim for rs 550000/of value of my shares be made available to me.

Dear sir, I would like to inform you that befor merging in smc global I had a demate A/C in unicon securities with client id 00251173 and dp id 12053500.
In unicon securities I had 100 shares of mrpl, but now there is no record of my these shares in smc global.
In this regards I have done so many mail to unicon, nse and sebi also, but still today there is no response. While I had received a mail from unicon regarding dividend of my 100 mrpl shares and I had received from unicon's local broker regarding my holdings. In this mail my 100 mrpl share were showing, but now there is no record.
So my heartiest request to you that please do needfull as soon as possible and oblize me.

I recently given cb unicon bike to to service center. Center name is tansi honda hodi circle bangalore after one day they call and told bike charges around 15, 000. Asked why we need to pay that much they told the hole engine need to replace. Thought its too expensive better to take bike return and asked when to come they today its not possible today come tomorrow before lunch. Next day reach service center to collect bike. He not return bike on time, not behave respectfully and shows negligence in the work. Its very worst service center in bangalore. Please do not give bike to that center
