      Respected sir Sir as i was trying to book the railway ticket today morning, my transaction was not successful but the amount 9054.4 rupees has being debited ..i would like get the money refunded since my ticket was not successfully booked.and also the transaction failed.Kindly have a look at this grief please sir.         Dear Sir, My sister Saneera . V A/C No. [protected] at the Union Bank of India Mattanur Branch at Kannur (Dt) Kerala purchased some garments from Centuary Fashion Centre, Kannur by using ATM debit card o[censored]nion Bank of India on 02/12/2014 for an amount of Rs.12100. But it is found that the same amount is debited two times from the account .When we approach the concerned shop they confirmed from their bank that only Rs.12100 is credited their account and advised to approach to our bank. Accordingly we given written complaint to the Bank Manager at Mattanur Branch as per his advise and he promised the amount will credit to account within one week. We seek several times about this to the Bank Manager and he repeatedly replied the same . Till date the amount is not credited and now the Bank Manager is giving same reply even after completed four months.

            My name is Nidhi Gupta and my account no. is [protected], Branch C.R. Park, New Delhi. On 7 March'15, I deposited Rs. 4 Lakhs in Main Meerut Branch. This money was credited in my bank account on 14 March'15, i.e. after 7 days. As per RBI rules, it should be credited on same day.On 9 March'15, I issued cheque of Rs. 8.75 Lakhs to HDFC Bank (Loan Section) to settle my home loan. Due to delay in credit by Union bank, this cheque was bounced and Union bank debited me Rs. 450. Also, due to cheque bounce, I also had to pay Rs. 2500 as additional Interest. Please look into the matter as I loss my Rs. 2900 because o[censored]nion Bank mistake. I have attached Pay-in-slip.

              I have account in Chembur east branch. Everytime there is problem in the bank wheneverI deposit cash into my account they take 4-5 hours to credit the same into my account as I need to give transfers to my other vendors I am left to do the transaction the second day. I dont understand why they take so much of time just to credit the cash deposit, and yes this is just with Union bank chembur branch only other banks credit the cash deposit in a minute also Very bad approach of the employees od chembur branch they dont care just pick up the call and then say HAAN CREDIT HO JAYEGA

                      Dear Team I am writing to you for your service at your branch and cheap behaviour by your bank staff. Presently My father's account is on union bank anwar ganj branch. Unfortunately My father is expired few month ago. Now I have an issue to get cash back to the same account FROM Indane Gas. I want to close this account and open new one. I was gone to the branch to get information regarding this issue. But YOUR BANK STAFF IS NOT EVEN REFUSED TO TELL INFORMATION ALSO PUSHED ME OUT OF THE BANK.Whenever I go to this branch Your staff is doing cheap bihaviour, I am handicapped and not very confirmable to do any thing smoothly. PRAGATHI cooperative managed by Sri.Dayakar Rao who made many false and illegal operations, he will never followed either democratic approach or followed cooperative By-laws Based on my compliant The Districts registar of cooperatives ordered an enquiry into PRAGATHI issues, banks namely Vijaya Bank, and DCC bank Rajahmundry freezes PRAGATHI accounts in their respective branches where Mr.Dayakar Rao found guilty Recently the sum of ₹94594 released by the AP Polic housing board Visakhapatnam to PRAGATHI deposited in your esteemed bank since other banks mentioned above blocked account of PRAGATHI Dayakar Rao chooses UBI to do illegal operations intentionally he operated account with other persons chosen by Dayakar Rao Sri Dayakar Rao who choose different persons for the position in PRAGATHI for instance more than one person named for secretary position please think how more than one person represent same position in the same timeline It is also noticed that all his family members playing deferent role in cooperative by violating law Hence I request you sir please look into this compliant, I will personally visit bank to provide further information if needed Kindly enquiry into the matters do justice and save cooperative where Iam trying to streamline as per law.                             im having 6 accounts in your bank and having heavy amounts depoisted in current and saving account. We first time required a car loan account and the chief manager Mr Masand sitting at chandni chowk branch delhi spoke to me so rudely that im forced to close all my six accounts . If i dont get a satisfactory reply from you people i will b closing all my accounts there.

                                      i have been applied for atm card renewal, the card been expired on feb 2015 and i applied on the same month. but still now the new card not arrived and not able to withdraw the amount also.when ever going to bank during my duty time, there won't be any staff available, they will tell this is our lunch time wait till 2pm.i am unable to go to other time because of my duty.this is very difficult to adjust with this bank and its staff.please do the need ful and do the arrangement for the above.already i gave suggestion regarding there lunch timings but there were no use.
