PRAGATHI cooperative managed by Sri.Dayakar Rao who made many false and illegal operations, he will never followed either democratic approach or followed cooperative By-laws Based on my compliant The Districts registar of cooperatives ordered an enquiry into PRAGATHI issues, banks namely Vijaya Bank, and DCC bank Rajahmundry freezes PRAGATHI accounts in their respective branches where Mr.Dayakar Rao found guilty Recently the sum of ₹94594 released by the AP Polic housing board Visakhapatnam to PRAGATHI deposited in your esteemed bank since other banks mentioned above blocked account of PRAGATHI Dayakar Rao chooses UBI to do illegal operations intentionally he operated account with other persons chosen by Dayakar Rao Sri Dayakar Rao who choose different persons for the position in PRAGATHI for instance more than one person named for secretary position please think how more than one person represent same position in the same timeline It is also noticed that all his family members playing deferent role in cooperative by violating law Hence I request you sir please look into this compliant, I will personally visit bank to provide further information if needed Kindly enquiry into the matters do justice and save cooperative where Iam trying to streamline as per law.       im having 6 accounts in your bank and having heavy amounts depoisted in current and saving account. We first time required a car loan account and the chief manager Mr Masand sitting at chandni chowk branch delhi spoke to me so rudely that im forced to close all my six accounts . If i dont get a satisfactory reply from you people i will b closing all my accounts there.

                i have been applied for atm card renewal, the card been expired on feb 2015 and i applied on the same month. but still now the new card not arrived and not able to withdraw the amount also.when ever going to bank during my duty time, there won't be any staff available, they will tell this is our lunch time wait till 2pm.i am unable to go to other time because of my duty.this is very difficult to adjust with this bank and its staff.please do the need ful and do the arrangement for the above.already i gave suggestion regarding there lunch timings but there were no use.

                    I am a savings account holder (s/b ac No.[protected] Cust Id[protected] in Nawabpur, Hooghly Branch(IFSC Code : UBIN0548731). I went to Nawabpur branch to up-date pass book. But to my utter surprise four different balance amounts were printed on my pass book in same date (05/03/2015) in same transaction No.-[protected]/4974/[protected].The different amounts shown on the pass book were Rs-81339.05, Rs-77868.05, Rs-48478.05 and Rs-72664.05 Respectively. In these circumstance I earnestly request you to look into the matter and let me know what my exact balance is.

                      To, The Chief Grievance Officer, Union Bank of India, 239Vidhan Bhavan Marg Sub:-Discrepancy in Balance Sir, With due respect this is to inform you I am a savings account holder (s/b ac No.[protected] Cust Id[protected] in Nawabpur, Hooghly Branch(IFSC Code : UBIN0548731). On 05/03/2015 I withdrew Rs.5000.00 from Axis ATM, Bhagabatipur. The ATM slip showed Rs72664.05. as my balance. As it caused doubt in my mind I went to Nawabpur branch to up-date my pass book. But to my utter surprise four different balance amounts were printed on my pass book in same date (05/03/2015) in same transaction No.-[protected]/4974/[protected].The different amounts shown on the pass book were Rs-81339.05, Rs-77868.05, Rs-48478.05 and Rs-72664.05 Respectively.                       Dear Sir,

                      I, Bhom Bahadur, am an account holder of your bank., H.P.P.S. Cancer Hospital Branch, Gorakhpur. My account no. is [protected], IFSC Code: UBIN0549711. This is to inform you that I withdrew Rs. 1000 from an ATM at Medical College Road, H. N. Singh Chouraha, Basharatpur (WGOR[protected]) on 17.02.15 at 13.37 p.m. I did receive a message alert for the same. The second alert I received is on 04.03.15 when I withdrew Rs. 2000 from the same ATM. The balance mentioned showed debit of Rs. 15000. On enquiry from the bank they informed that it has been withdrawn from the ATM on the same date, i.e. 17.02.15, which I have never done. So kindly look into the matter as to where is the money gone and why there was no message from the bank for such a big amount.

                      I am hopeful that I will get an apt justice from the bank.

                            Today Morning i online transfer my money from my Union Bank of India (UBI) account to Other Bank Account. By mistake i transferred money to wrong bank account. Then i contacted UBI toll free number. They said me to contact branch they can't do anything. I contacted Union Bank of India Bodakdev branch, they said call on toll free number they also can't do anything. Then again i called Toll free number. A girl Divya Zala received my call and she said to contact. Both branch and call center people don't know what to do in this case and they said they cant't do anything. Where should i contact for my problem. Nobody giving me proper answer. Now i am going to withdraw all my money from the bank and also never suggest this bank to anybody for their disgusting service.

                                    Today we went to UBI, Pawan Nagar branch for verifying the details for "Sel[censored]ser Creation" for Internet banking account. There our e-mail address was not present. Bank employee asked us to fill-up & submit KYC for with "E-mail ID" (We have already submitted KYC form) . In KYC form, there are 34 fields to be filled. Bank employee said it will take 2 business days to update our e-mail ID. This is totally non-value adding activity and after filling KYC how will you come to know that we just want to update E-mail ID? For doing so you will have to check complete details of customer & there will be wastage of your and customer's time. Please change this procedure & try to update such details on-the-spot by verifying necessary details in-front of customer.

                                        Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that almost 9 month ago i had made an online transaction on rebtel online recharge app but my transaction got decline at the vendor side so they revert my transaction but union bank had not yet cerdited my amount into my account i had also compliant at the customer support and they gave me the compliant saying that your amount will be refunded you within 45 working days but its almost 9 to 10 month but i didn't got any refund nor the reply from your end about my refund for your reference my compliant number were 6810410 and 6810473 so there were two transaction each of 244 in INR approx so the total amount was 489 INR around.
