    Sir/Madam, I had paid fee of Rs.1800/ for three months of April-May-June 2015 for my son, Fanibhushan student id [protected] and fee of Rs.3000 for three months of April-May-June 2015 for my daughter Subhalaxmi student id [protected] both sutdents of KV No.1, AFS, Sector 14, Gurgaon (Haryana) online through Union Bank Fee pay website on 1st of April, 2015. However, till date I had not got any receipt in lieu of my payment. I have tried repeatedly a number of times on different browsers and computers, but could not succeed. Please email the receipts to my email id; [protected]@yahoo.com / m.[protected]@gov.in /[protected]@gmail.com. I am enclosing the pdf copy of my bank statement as proof of online payment.     When trying to print receipt the following message is shown by the website :

    "An error occurred during local report processing.
    The definition of the report 'Main Report' is invalid.
    Exception of type 'System.
    OutOfMemoryException' was thrown."

    PLEASE TRY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AT EARLIEST. SCHOOL AUTHORITIES ARE ASKING FOR PRINTED COPIES OF FEE RECEIPT POSITIVELY BY 10TH APRIL, 2015,

    WITHOUT RECEIPT, THE SCHOOL AUTHORITIES MIGHT TREAT IT AS FEE NOT PAID

              Sir, it is submitted that today i.e. on 06.04.2015, I have, online, paid fee Rs. 1800/- vide POS [protected] at Billdesk.com-BillPay transaction #[protected], of my son namely Kartikeya Sharma, Class VIII, K.V. No.-II, Delhi Cantt, Student Unique Identification Number-[protected], but have not yet received the acknowledgement for the same. Amount Rs. 1800/- has been debited from my saving account. Please look into the matter. it is further submitted that today i.e. on 06.04.2015, I have, online, paid fee Rs. 3150/- vide transaction No.-CSMP[protected], of my daughter namely Shuchi Sharma, Class XII, K.V.                 Sir, I approched the branch manager Neeleswaram Branch in Ernakulam District to take some money by gold loan. I am working in Navodaya vidyalaya samiti and my salary is getting through UBI Portal. At the time of appoching the branch manager in my account about 95, 000/- Rupee is in credit. I had some urgent need of money about one and a half lakh. At that day the manager is told me that he is not sanctioning gold loan. He is trying to close the arrears of loan. I had approched the bank that my salary is getting through them. But this type of behaviour of the manager is not good I think. So kindly advice the manager to take appropriate action to the salary portal customers please. I am waiting a reply for this. Thanking you

                  Hi Sir, I am Vijay Kumar Barnwal S/O:- Nand Kishore Prasad of Jainamore, District-Bokaro Jharkhand. Union Bank of India, Jainamore availed me education loan in Ac. No. [protected] in 1st feb 2008 for my engineering course. For this I am always thankful to Union Bank of India. I have completed my B.tech on august 2011. But due to unstable market status I was unable to get job till august 2012. After getting job in August 2012 due to very less salary(Rs. 10000/month) in metro city I was unable to pay my installment till august 2013. I started installment of Rs. 10000 from september 2013 - october 2014 and Rs. 15000 from november 2014 - till date. Sir, from feb 2012 (6 months grace period from the completion of education) to august 2013 my father was also not able to pay any interest amount due to poor condition of my family. I got a news in Budget-2014 that any person who have sanctioned his education loan before 2009 is eligible for interest rebate on his loan amount till january 2012. But sir, I didnt got any letter or mail from my bank about any loan rebate.Sir, Can you please tell me what is the issue with my loan account so that I was not able to take benefit of this rebate?Please guide me what is the solution for this?                           Dear Sir, My sister Saneera . V A/C No. [protected] at the Union Bank of India Mattanur Branch at Kannur (Dt) Kerala purchased some garments from Centuary Fashion Centre, Kannur by using ATM debit card o[censored]nion Bank of India on 02/12/2014 for an amount of Rs.12100. But it is found that the same amount is debited two times from the account .When we approach the concerned shop they confirmed from their bank that only Rs.12100 is credited their account and advised to approach to our bank. Accordingly we given written complaint to the Bank Manager at Mattanur Branch as per his advise and he promised the amount will credit to account within one week. We seek several times about this to the Bank Manager and he repeatedly replied the same . Till date the amount is not credited and now the Bank Manager is giving same reply even after completed four months.

                              My name is Nidhi Gupta and my account no. is [protected], Branch C.R. Park, New Delhi. On 7 March'15, I deposited Rs. 4 Lakhs in Main Meerut Branch. This money was credited in my bank account on 14 March'15, i.e. after 7 days. As per RBI rules, it should be credited on same day.On 9 March'15, I issued cheque of Rs. 8.75 Lakhs to HDFC Bank (Loan Section) to settle my home loan. Due to delay in credit by Union bank, this cheque was bounced and Union bank debited me Rs. 450. Also, due to cheque bounce, I also had to pay Rs. 2500 as additional Interest. Please look into the matter as I loss my Rs. 2900 because o[censored]nion Bank mistake. I have attached Pay-in-slip.

                                I have account in Chembur east branch. Everytime there is problem in the bank wheneverI deposit cash into my account they take 4-5 hours to credit the same into my account as I need to give transfers to my other vendors I am left to do the transaction the second day. I dont understand why they take so much of time just to credit the cash deposit, and yes this is just with Union bank chembur branch only other banks credit the cash deposit in a minute also Very bad approach of the employees od chembur branch they dont care just pick up the call and then say HAAN CREDIT HO JAYEGA

Presently My father's account is on union bank anwar ganj branch. Unfortunately My father is expired few month ago. Now I have an issue to get cash back to the same account FROM Indane Gas. I want to close this account and open new one. I was gone to the branch to get information regarding this issue. But YOUR BANK STAFF IS NOT EVEN REFUSED TO TELL INFORMATION ALSO PUSHED ME OUT OF THE BANK.Whenever I go to this branch Your staff is doing cheap bihaviour, I am handicapped and not very confirmable to do any thing smoothly.
