I am receiving messages from the different senders o[censored]nion bank (AD-UnionB, DM-UnionB and AM-UnionB) and these are very disturbing and harassing as stated at 6:09 am and sendin continuously one message that " your SB A/c ******00431 is debited Rs1021 on03.03.2015 and balance is ..." the same message is delivering after every 30 seconds and bank authority is not picking phone as office will start at 10:00 Take necessary action and give relief from the mental torture o[censored]nion bank messages Rajesh Raheja A/c No [protected] G/6 Bestech Square Sector-56 Gurgaon M-[protected]

      Today we went to UBI, Pawan Nagar branch for verifying the details for "Sel[censored]ser Creation" for Internet banking account. There our e-mail address was not present. Bank employee asked us to fill-up & submit KYC for with "E-mail ID" (We have already submitted KYC form) . In KYC form, there are 34 fields to be filled. Bank employee said it will take 2 business days to update our e-mail ID. This is totally non-value adding activity and after filling KYC how will you come to know that we just want to update E-mail ID? For doing so you will have to check complete details of customer & there will be wastage of your and customer's time. Please change this procedure & try to update such details on-the-spot by verifying necessary details in-front of customer.

          Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that almost 9 month ago i had made an online transaction on rebtel online recharge app but my transaction got decline at the vendor side so they revert my transaction but union bank had not yet cerdited my amount into my account i had also compliant at the customer support and they gave me the compliant saying that your amount will be refunded you within 45 working days but its almost 9 to 10 month but i didn't got any refund nor the reply from your end about my refund for your reference my compliant number were 6810410 and 6810473 so there were two transaction each of 244 in INR approx so the total amount was 489 INR around.

            I am working as Govt employee in government of haryana, getting about 38000rs per month as net salary and elegible for19lakh i am having salary account in idbi bank .I visited ubi Kaithal RKSD COLLEGE BRANCH KAITHAL. Manager of said bank asked me to open salary acc with his branch, otherwise he will not be able to give me loan. is it necessary to have salary accounts with the branch for home loan

              Respected Sir/ Madam I already hold an account at the UBI Garodia Branch, i have submitted a letter on along with the KYC to change my name and address due to marriage, also enclosed copies of Marriage certificate (for name Change), Telephone Bill (for address Change) and modified pan card copy with my new name, they have verified the same with my original documents and told that the alternation in name and address will be done in an hour . Till today my name and address remains the same as the previous one.

                Sir, With regards, I am account holder of your bank & i have an Airtel mobile no register in my account, when i connect to [protected], it is not connected, but when i try from other network mobile it is connecting.                         Dear sir/madam, I have an account in your umrer colliery colony branch. I applied for a visa card on 27/01/2015. I received the card but did not received the pin. As u know that the card is useless without the pin. But when I approached the bank, they are not responding properly. I request u to make proper facilities to make sure that the consumer receives the card and the pin on time.

                          Surprised that union bank is not rendering service as per norms of todays requirenets. Customer since 1989. Gas subsidy failed by bank. Acceptan ce procedure not done. Visited mr ashok mittal. Not proper done. Suffering being negligence. Even staff does not aware the fit system it means go on roaming an immedaite remedial measures be done i have suggestede means. But delaying or no knwing

                            My atm card got expired. So i Requested for new card. They are replying harshly that they do not have for morethan a month.they are not telling exactly wen to come.every week i m going they are telling the same. I feel very difficult without atm card.they are telling in oral and they are not taking any list or counts for the requirement.this is not only my case everyone telling the same in this branch.pallikonda, vellore district, Tamilnadu

                                My account is not opening at sarsara branch of post barsathi of district jaunpur (U.P) and the manager of this branch is very irresponsible and does not know how to talk with their customers.

                                I have given all the documents like id proff and address proff and 05 photos of mine, inspite of that the manager not get agreed for opening the account.

                                        My SB. Account No. [protected] in Tirunelveli, Melapalayam Branch. My ATM Card was missing already registered for complaint. New ATM card also I applied. More than thirty days over till I didn't get NEW CARD from my Branch. please do the needful.
