I Sri. Prabhu Nath Sharma customer in your Union Bank of India, Doriganj Branch(Branch Code 541524), Saran District (Bihar) my Saving A/c. [protected]. I withdraw from ICICI Bank ATM on Date 11/11/2014 of Rs. 10000/- (Rupees Ten thausend ) but not amount received from ATM machine and few minutes my registered mobile no [protected] give the massage Rs. 10000/- deduct my account. I have given the complain in customer care on Dt. 12/11/14 & he registered my complain (Complain No. 9013530) he said to me withen 7th working days return amount in your account but given time, amount is not return in my account. Again i called in the customer care & he said to me my complain are rejected & he give reject Ref. No. 530647 and he said to me, contact the branch. Next day I met to our branch manager and discuss this matter. He Wrote the complain & forward the mail the higher authority, and he said to me contact in branch after 15th days. After 15th days i met the Branch Manager but he said to me your complain are again rejected, and again you complain to RBI but this complain are chargeable of Rs. 500/- this amount deduct in your account. What can i do sir. Pls. Help me ... how to get my amount back

Respected Sir, For your kind information that union bank of india (uchana branch (570621), dist-jind, haryana) issued me a credit card no-[protected]. I did transaction with this credit card on sumer chand mohinder kumar petrol pump at uchana (jind) haryana by sbi pos machine for fuel. but union bank charged 2.5%+service tax on each transaction.so, i tried to know about this charge by UBOI UCHANA BRANCH and customer care no [protected]. but they said to no knowledge about this. I request to give proper information about this & remitt all charge which applied on my each transaction done by me on petrol pump for fuel. I am awaiting for your reply against this matter.

I got a message from Union bank of india on 12/12/2014 at 12:06 am that my account has been debited for 6268.95 rs by debit card swipe...while i was driving at that moment and my debit card was with me n i did not make any payment whether online or by swipe...when i enquired customer care and my branch executives they told me that ur account has been debited for online transaction on BEXSUPP.COM...I TOLD THEM THAT I EVEN DONT GET ANY OTP on my regirtered mobile no. then how my account can be further debited...my bank told me that they cant return my money...i asked them how such a prestigious bank can say this to his customer...n how its possible that without a bank OTP a transaction took place...n I checked this site on google n found that no such proper website has any existence...kindly help me Regards vivek yadav account no-[protected] mo.-[protected]

I have availed hoam loan of Rs.8, 00, 000/- from Union Bank of India, Tollygaunj Karunamoyee Branch, 1st Floor, Merlin Grove, 211 Raja Ram mohan Roy Road, Kolkata on September 2010 on Floating Rate. At the time of loan taken the rate of interest was 11.25% . Still now there is no change in interest rate even though the rate of interest reduced to 10.25%. Hoam Loan account Number-[protected]

I am having a hoam loan account with Union Bank of India, Tollygaunge Karunamoyee Branch, 1st Floor, Merlin Grove, 211 Raja Rammohan Roy Road, Kolkata of Rs.8, 00, 000/- taken on September 2010. i have my account in your bank in PATUR (AKOLA. MARASTRA) and i had blocked my old atm cards because i lost it .When i blocked my card i was said that i would get a new card in seven working days but when i went to the bank i was told that i would have to wait for a month or two.The reason which they gave was very shocking to me and a big insult to a financial institution like you .They said they dont have atm cards with them and your staff doesnt even try to get some.They asked me withdraw money from my account from the bank when needed but i am mostly tours so i m nt able to withdraw money when i am on tours .Irequest you to plz see into the matter and solve my problem as early as possible.THANKS ALOT
