    Respected sir, I am Mr.Suresh M Mahalingapur having an account in your esteemed bank branch in Ramdurg Dist : Belagavi my account number is : [protected]. I have applied for the ATM card the bank is issued ATM card which is not working and my ATM card they have issued to somebody without my knowledge. When I asked in the bank they have told me to call customer care to deactivate my ATM which they issued to somebody else. So its my request to check this case very Seriously and get solve my problem.         i have my account in your bank in PATUR (AKOLA. MARASTRA) and i had blocked my old atm cards because i lost it .When i blocked my card i was said that i would get a new card in seven working days but when i went to the bank i was told that i would have to wait for a month or two.The reason which they gave was very shocking to me and a big insult to a financial institution like you .They said they dont have atm cards with them and your staff doesnt even try to get some.They asked me withdraw money from my account from the bank when needed but i am mostly tours so i m nt able to withdraw money when i am on tours .Irequest you to plz see into the matter and solve my problem as early as possible.THANKS ALOT

            Myself, Prerna talwar d/o Deepti Talwar, who is a/c holder in your Nehru nagar, Ghaziabad branch with a/c no [protected] (ifsc code- UBINO544841) since last 10yrs. Sir first of all I want to bring into your notice that the behaviour of branch manager and one female staff was found not at all co-operative. We firstly went to your branch 10 -12 days back as we want a master card, we were told this card is not issued to all and then they again told us that you have to block this card first and then you can come after 3 days from the date your card was blocked. We went two days after the card ([protected]) was blocked, as I suppose 48hrs are enough for the process. The lady sitting just near to Manager's cabin first said that you cant be issued the card as they can issue only after 48hrs, but when I requested her, she said it can be issued, we filled up the International debit card form with all details and all necessary formalities were done. When we came back home, and opened the card we found the same card i.e your bank rupay debit card inside. Sir I just want to know what is the problem with the staff, are they not able to issue a simple master card to us or is it because of their carelessness that they again have issued the new RUPAY DEBIT CARD, which we don't want. The reason being this card is not acceptable in most of the online transactions. Now what is be done, please guide and take necessary action.

                      Hi Team, My name is Sanchit Rana and I am customer o[censored]nion bank from last five years. I have paid my fee for post graduate studies through Union bank. I paid my fee for Lambton college, Sarnia, Ontario, Canada, which was told to be paid in Canadian dollars to the bank. However, the money deducted by your bank was in US dollars and the difference was almost $600. I have been sending emails and calling bank personnel from last 5 months but no one is replying me. It is unfortunate that I have to tell you that how badly services of your bank sucks. Even I have not got any single reply from any of your representative.It is sad that I am getting this kind of service from a brand name like Union bank. Following are the details which I am thinking like a fraud from Union Bank . Fee Paid - $ 6650 USD on 6th May . ( US Dollar rate was 60.28 INR, Canadian Dollar Rate was 54.93 INR) The Money deducted from my account was Rs 402545, money transferred to my college was Cad $7004 which is approx 385000. I have paid all the commissions but still I am not able to understand where is my amount of Approx Rs 15000. This is significant amount and I was expecting some kind of action from higher level but it didn't work even after escalating.                               dear sir, I have a savings account in your waghodia road branch, vadodara city of gujarat state and frequently visit the branch but had no problems with its services. But, today when I went to the branch at 3.15 pm its glass door was closed from inside and the shutter was nearly 3/4th closed. We waited till the lunch time is over at 3.30 as we had some urgent work regarding fix deposit in your branch. After 3.30 no one replied but after waiting we tried to lift the shutter to get some answer whether the branch is open or any problem is there and they told that the branch only works till 3 pm only and then is closed. Firstly I would like to know that what is the full working time on a full day of the branch. I understand that deposition and withdrawing cash is allowed only till 2 or 3 pm in banks, but there are other works that need to be completed after that in the normal working time of the bank, also there is huge crowd uptill 2 pm in the bank. Secondly under what rule was the door and the shutter closed in the normal working time, as there is direct sunlight to the person standing outside and atleast even if it is lunch all banks are open so that the customer can seat and fill the forms or slips as required, and so that weak, old an sick people do not face problem. Thirdly with whose order was the branch and if all branches are closed and necessary action be taken against the person giving the order. Fourthly no one knows what work they do with the doors closed and do not want anyone to enter inside the bank premises. Why have they not declared that we are open only till 3 pm to all the customers? Is there any rule that allows the bank branches to close the doors after lunch time, half duty and then do not allow the people to come inside. If they are taking full salary that why are they working only half time. What are the facilities that are avail to the customers after 3 pm is not writon anywhere such as pass book entry, collecting fix deposits and many more facilities. I would request you to take immediate action, ask to the branch manager and the necessary person for this lapse of service and dictotarial decision without informing the customers about it. If such is the facilities and operation in the city area what would be their attitude and behaviour in the rural areas. I would like you to take tough action and send me the necessary answer and clarification. If it is wrong I would like that the manager shoud be immediately transferred to punishment posting and a remark be made in his CR about this particular decision. hemant varma [protected]

                                    I'm Sanjay Vishwakarma. I have an account in Union Bank, my account no. 360xxxxxx135872. I done a transaction Rs. 5000 with oriental bank of commerce on 7th October, 2014. That time ATM machine off suddenly. I complain there branch they told me, "we know your problem but we can not help you. You Should register your complain to Union Bank". I register complain to Union Bank SRN No. 8618261. I call to customer care two three times they told me within 7 working days. But, I haven't any response by Union Bank. Kindly look on this problem.

                                      My self is mosam khurana.i have an account in union bank of india.My account number is[protected]on the date of 4th oct 2014 my relative send me the amount of 5000 in two parts, one 3000 & second is 2000. when i checked the amount i didn't see that amount and i went to the bank and asked for the detail but nobody is responding me. Please help me out of this matter. Union bank service is so pathetic.there is no security of the amount in the accounts.
