      आपको अवगत कराना है कि मैंने कई माह पूर्व यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया देवबंद ब्रांच नंबर 3729 (जिला सहारनपुर) उत्तर प्रदेश में प्रधानमंत्री जनधन योजना के अंतगर्त खाता खुलवाया था। मेरा खाता संख्या [protected] है। लेकिन बेहद खेद का विषय है की खाता खुलने के कई माह बाद मुझे बार बार चक्कर काटने पर पासबुक और एटीएम कार्ड उपलब्ध कराया गया। अब मैं लगातार कई माह से एटीएम के पिन नंबर के लिए बैंक के चक्कर लगा रहा हूं, लेकिन हर बार मुझे इंकार करके लौटा दिया जाता है। आपको बता दूं कि में लोकप्रिय समाचार पत्र अमर उजाला में सेवाएं दे रहा हूं। जिसके चलते मुझे प्रतिदिन पैसे का लेन देन करना पड़ता है। एटीएम कार्ड का पिन न मिलने के कारण मैं खाते में लेन देन नहीं कर पा रहा हूं। बैंक अधिकारियों के इस गलत रवैये से बैंक की लोकप्रियता घट रही है। आपसे नम्र निवेदन है मुझे शीघ्र एटीएम कार्ड का पिन नंबर उपलब्ध कराया जाए। ताकि मैं सही प्रकार से खाते में लेन देन चालू कर सकूं। आपका सम्मानित उपभोक्ता नौशाद उस्मानी पुत्र स्व. नजर उस्मानी मोहल्ला खानकाह, देवबंद जिला सहारनपुर (उप्र) मोबाइल-[protected], [protected], [protected]

        I got a message from Union bank of india on 12/12/2014 at 12:06 am that my account has been debited for 6268.95 rs by debit card swipe...while i was driving at that moment and my debit card was with me n i did not make any payment whether online or by swipe...when i enquired customer care and my branch executives they told me that ur account has been debited for online transaction on BEXSUPP.COM...I TOLD THEM THAT I EVEN DONT GET ANY OTP on my regirtered mobile no. then how my account can be further debited...my bank told me that they cant return my money...i asked them how such a prestigious bank can say this to his customer...n how its possible that without a bank OTP a transaction took place...n I checked this site on google n found that no such proper website has any existence...kindly help me Regards vivek yadav account no-[protected] mo.-[protected]

              I have availed hoam loan of Rs.8, 00, 000/- from Union Bank of India, Tollygaunj Karunamoyee Branch, 1st Floor, Merlin Grove, 211 Raja Ram mohan Roy Road, Kolkata on September 2010 on Floating Rate. At the time of loan taken the rate of interest was 11.25% . Still now there is no change in interest rate even though the rate of interest reduced to 10.25%. Hoam Loan account Number-[protected]

                I am having a hoam loan account with Union Bank of India, Tollygaunge Karunamoyee Branch, 1st Floor, Merlin Grove, 211 Raja Rammohan Roy Road, Kolkata of Rs.8, 00, 000/- taken on September 2010. Now i sale out the same flat. During the process by the buyer, he need (by his Banker) LOD (List of Documents) availed with the Branch for his loan processing. But the manager refused to give the same. Repetedly visited to the Branch is harassing part of me. So please help me to sort out my problem.

                    I have taken 5L home loan in April month from kamapalli branch, prakasam district, AP, Pin :523109 .Full disbursement happened in last Oct month only.They have detected 35k from saving account to pay against loan.Few days back they told 30k now they are telling 35k. I don't know what they are telling .My father two days once he is going to bank they are telling we will check sometimes they are telling for insurance we have detected. Yesterday they are telling Manager is changed it will take time . Field officer is talking to much.Please help me on this .To whom i need to contact on this.

                      Withdrawn RS 5000 today afternoon between (1.30 to 1.40 PM) from Balewadi ATM 411045 I have received one fake 500 rupees Note/currency. [censored] 500 RUPEES NOTE DETAILS: 2DL 408595 (NO YEAR) don't know what to do and will bank will replace it.

                              i have my account in your bank in PATUR (AKOLA. MARASTRA) and i had blocked my old atm cards because i lost it .When i blocked my card i was said that i would get a new card in seven working days but when i went to the bank i was told that i would have to wait for a month or two.The reason which they gave was very shocking to me and a big insult to a financial institution like you .They said they dont have atm cards with them and your staff doesnt even try to get some.They asked me withdraw money from my account from the bank when needed but i am mostly tours so i m nt able to withdraw money when i am on tours .Irequest you to plz see into the matter and solve my problem as early as possible.THANKS ALOT

                                  Myself, Prerna talwar d/o Deepti Talwar, who is a/c holder in your Nehru nagar, Ghaziabad branch with a/c no [protected] (ifsc code- UBINO544841) since last 10yrs. Sir first of all I want to bring into your notice that the behaviour of branch manager and one female staff was found not at all co-operative. We firstly went to your branch 10 -12 days back as we want a master card, we were told this card is not issued to all and then they again told us that you have to block this card first and then you can come after 3 days from the date your card was blocked. We went two days after the card ([protected]) was blocked, as I suppose 48hrs are enough for the process. The lady sitting just near to Manager's cabin first said that you cant be issued the card as they can issue only after 48hrs, but when I requested her, she said it can be issued, we filled up the International debit card form with all details and all necessary formalities were done. When we came back home, and opened the card we found the same card i.e your bank rupay debit card inside. Sir I just want to know what is the problem with the staff, are they not able to issue a simple master card to us or is it because of their carelessness that they again have issued the new RUPAY DEBIT CARD, which we don't want. The reason being this card is not acceptable in most of the online transactions. Now what is be done, please guide and take necessary action.

They said Branch manager is on leave for 2 week, I need loan sanction letter and loan statement how much i had paid and how much i have to paid letter. Because I am going to take home loan from DHFL so they need this letter is very urgent base. But in the breach has no bady to take responsibility...
