Respected sir/madam,
I kausik sarkar a customer o[censored]nion bank of India is facing way too much trouble from my bank. My account is named as:- Safanagar cs off and on shop and registered mobile number is [protected].
My union rewardz is blocked by the bank server from more than 3 months now and on calling them they are saying that nothing is on their hands.I am getting a lot of trouble for them I have almost close to 78000 reward points for my spends on debit card which is close to 18800 approx. My new expenditure points are not been credited and even now I can't login with my credentials.My user id is-[protected].On calling them they are just asking to wait and wait for more than 3 months now.And now I need the money which I had collected because of own expenditure on debit card o[censored]nion bank (gangarampur branch).
I also am expecting a compensation for the issue I faced for now more than 3 months and also the money i.e., 18800.

      My saving account is debit freeze unknown reason on[protected] through Cyber Crime, I don't have any information from Bank or Cyber crime.

      I'm visit my branch 3 -4 time than they confirm I'm get 7000/- due to this payment my account debit freeze by mail of cyber crime Bangalore.
      Due to debit freeze facing financial problems not paid...

      Complaint Number: 11495731
      Bank staff has been shared all required documents for my home loan requirement and urgent requirement on sanction letter from April 25th 2024. Staff conveniently forgot to initiate the process and now have been occupied giving crappy answers. I needed sanction letter within May. I ensured to share all documents again between May 17-21, to have the process initiated. But alas, the bank staff is negligent, careless.
      Been writing to grievance officers from 6th June 2024, Complaint ticket is created, but no followup is done with me, the grievance officers from zonal and regional zones in Mumbai dont answer the calls, they dont respond to emails, the portal is not updated with any comments on the status.
      Now im asked for all set of documents again. I reached out to grievance team expecting a expedition in this matter but I feel like I'm talking to a wall. Overall the UBI staff, and grievance officers, all seem alike-equally umbothered, careless and negligent.

        I have some issues with Internet banking o[censored]nion Bank of India.
        I have written as email to the branch as well as internet banking cell.

        Yet they simply do not respond at all.
        This is unprofessional behavior.

          I have ordered a product from Myntra on 19 March 2024 and returned it on 23 March 2024 and refunded by the Myntra on 23 March 2024 but not refunded in my bank account. I have contacted to Myntra services centre. They have provided information that they have refunded my amount in bank account contact to the bank account. if you didn’t received your amount in bank, I have contacted to bank account customer care but I haven’t received any response from them. I have called many times to them but they are not responding to my call also today I was paying to my slice, the amount has been deducted but not reflecting in slice. This is not expected.

            Kendriya vidyalaya fee

            I have paid my kendriya vidyalaya fee of ₹3150 twice, on 14 Jan 2024 and on 1 Feb 2024, through UPI from the official website. Both the times the amount has been debited but on first try the fee is not showing to be paid and displaying unsuccessful attempt. Second time the payment was successful. I am Prince Yadav of class 11th, Kendriya Vidyalaya Bamrauli Prayagraj. So kindly refund my money...

            I have divyesh mehta i had O/D Account no [protected] union Bank of india shree rasraj height near Gokul height . ON this date 30/06/2023 I had interst charger 76370 for 1 month . I had given written complaint in bank 05/01/2023 . The bank is not respond about this issue . I had visit many time branch . The manger is on live staff is not respond about this matter so please see to it matter and credit my amt which wrong charger

              I lodged complaint with the Chief Vigilance Officer of the bank for gross negligence, flouting of norms and standard banking guidelines by 5 officials of erstwhile Andhra Bank in 2018 before it got merged with the Union Bank. Right from sanction of term loan to disbursement of loan amount for up-gradation of an existing hospital, the said officials violated guidelines leading to misappropriation of loan amount from term loan as well as Overdraft account. Only after sudden death of husband of the Partner cum co-promoter of the firm, all these procedural lapses by bank officials came to light. My family offered vacant plot/s of lands as collateral and stood as surety. Without commencement of operations, more than INR 2 crs was disbursed to unrelated entities including chit fund companies, without verification /inspection for for physical delivery of hospital equipment and other items. Finally after 4 yrs of continuous follow up and lot of correspondence with the Vigilance department, bank came forward to settle the matter, but with a precondition that, all complaints lodged by us against their errant Officials for their involvement in gross procedural lapses as surety must be withdrawn. Due to extreme pressure and coercive manipulations by the bank officials and their legal officers, we had to withdraw our complaints and we paid all dues to the bank by August, 2023. But even after months, bank officials are deliberately delaying to issue NOCs for releasing MOTD(memorandum of title deeds), because we lodged fresh complaint with the DFS, ie. Dept of Financial Services for not maintaining confidentiality and failure of the bank in taking suitable action on the errant officials of the bank and using all coercive methods in forcing us to withdraw our complaint to protect their officials.

              While, I thank your organization and the Representative Mr.Raghav Senon who spoke to me over phone, first time on 17th Feb, 2024 and a few more times, last call being 21St Feb, 2024 asking me to pay fee of Rs.31500/- directly by UPI . I sought clarifications on the exact course of legal recourse and also the Legal Counsel deputed to take up my complaint/case. Instead of responding to my request for clarifications, your organization sent me a mail, labelling my compliant as "Suspicious" and also casting aspersions on me. Let me make it very clear that, my complaint is against the officials o[censored]nion Bank of india and the objective is seeking suitable punishment and I never sought monetary compensation...!! That's why, I did not proceed with payment of the said fee "Court CCS GST" . Hence, the mail from your end is unwarranted and I reserve my right and choice to approach appropriate Legal /Consumer fora.. Regards.

                    Hi,
                    This is more for other users. When Union Bank ATM Card expires, a few days before expiry, the bank sends you a new card.
                    The thing is is the previous card is expiring on let's say 20-January and you receive the new card on 18-Jan

                    Then the new card can only be activated 2 days after the end of previous card.

                    I received my card a day before and I tried to change the PIN by going to Union Bank ATM as well as online banking but in all the cases it was saying Invalid Card.
                    Calling customer care was useless and they had no knowledge o[censored]nderlying process. They fooled me by saying if one method is not working try another like WA banking and so on.

                    After 2 days the PIN generation automatically worked.
                    Union Bank customer care is incompetent.

                        Is money deducted will refund?

                        In Google it's specified that money deducted from your account will refund after two days of first transaction

                            The internet banking website o[censored]nion bank just logs off everytime I login.

                            I am not double clicking anywhere.
                            Also the site takes 5 minutes to load even on 100Mbps Internet connection.

                              I would like to formally request the comprehensive account statement for Loan A/C number [protected] (Neetha) from May 2014 to the present date. Despite multiple requests to the Jayanagar branch, I have only received statements starting from 2017. Unfortunately, my queries have been ignored, both in writing and during in-person visits to the branch. I kindly urge the branch to promptly address and fulfill my request for the complete account statement.
                              Furthermore, I would like to bring to your attention that the employees at the Jayanagar branch have displayed a consistent pattern of rudeness and arrogance during my interactions with them. This behavior has added to the challenges I have faced in obtaining the complete account statement for Loan A/C number [protected] (Neetha). I believe it is essential for the branch management to address these concerns and ensure a more respectful and customer-friendly environment for all patrons.

                                Their contact number is [protected] and their email id is [protected]@unionbankofindia.bank

                                However they keep the phone off, or if the phone rings no one picks up.
                                Also they never respond to emails
                                I am in pune and having hard time communicating with this branch.
                                I wrote to gro.[protected]@unionbankofindia.bank head office but that was also not responded.
                                I also raised a complaint how to contact the branch that was closed without any resolution.
