On the 7th June 2022, I used my Union Bank of India Debit Card to withdraw Rs. 10, 000 from the ATM(Bank of Baroda at Robertson Road); the money was NEVER dispensed from the machine. However, the money was debited from my account though. I went to the Frazer Town Union Bank branch and & they raised a complaint with complaint ID - ATM[protected]. Today, when I went to follow up, the bank is suggesting me to go to RBI & raise a complaint with them.
Why am I supposed to run around for the money that I never received from the ATM machine?
Also, bank states that there will be charges of Rs. 590 if they raise another complaint from their end.
Can someone please help resolved this so I get a refund of my money ASAP.
Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
