I want to change my name spelling in my Bank account.

I am unable to contact branch remotely and several days ago I wrote emails to grievance officer email id requesting for their support.
However they are not responding. Mails have not bounced back either.

I also logged a separate grievance online thru their portal but that is also not being attended at all.

Union bank grievance process is fake...

Dear sir, i am anil kumar aaj me apne friend k sath uske naye atm pin ka password bnane k liye uske sath union bank cheeka me gya tha. jab hmse pin nahi bna to hm bank me jane lge to bank k guard ne bank ke gate band kar diya, jab hmne use apni problem btayi to guard ne mujhe gali di of hmare sath galt behaviour kiya. aapse request hai ki is guard k virud karvahi kr jaye. or bank employee k virud b jab inhe pta hai ki bank me kabi lunch time nahi hota hai.

It is my respectful request that I had applied for correction in my name and birthday in the bank branch a month ago with all the required documents. The sad thing is that even after a lot of time has passed, the correction has not been done as per the Aadhaar. Has gone. Which is causing a lot of trouble. Please take concrete steps as soon as possible to correct my name and date of birth as per Aadhaar.

On 25 oct by mistake i did a wrong transaction
On next day i.e 26 oct i complain this incident to union bank of india customer care in online mode
Now today it is 14 nov
Neither my problem is solved
Nor i had got my money back

All our accounts in Union Bank already had nomination registered.
Yet I receive an SMS that Nomination is not registered. Use internet banking / mobile app to register nominee.

It seems their database has somehow rolled back.
Moreover when I try to add nominee thru Internet banking it errors out
AAND018 Technical error while adding nominee Please contact e-banking.

I am trying to get in touch with Mumbai Union Bank of India branch at Parle.

I am in Pune . Despite I call them several times they do not pick up the phone.
I wrote emails and several reminders to them but still they do not respond.

This is pathetic service by Union Bank of India

For name correction in bank account as per Aadhar Card and PAN Card, I applied with complete proof on 18.10.2023 in my home bank branch RPS TOWER, OLD G.T ROAD, SASARAM-821115, ROHTAS, BIHAR and the bank branch Also got the verification done. But even after a long time, my name has not been corrected. Due to which we are facing a lot of trouble. We humbly request you to please kindly correct the name as soon as possible.

Today(6 august 2023) around 2pm i recieved a call from an unknown number who knew me and started talking with the name of one of my relative. He asked me to help for a transactions on which I completely denied however on repeated request he sended me two amount of 20000 and 40000 as credit to my account(screenshot attached) after getting the message I became confident on his request and did the transactions of 10000, 15000 and 5000 using my PAYTM APP(screenshot attached) however after doing all this I found that my balance was debited and my account shown insufficient funds. When I checked my union app I found that there was no credit and all my money was gone.

Hereafter, That mobile number got switched off ( I received the call from [protected]) and the transaction was done on [protected](named as Chetan kumar Nehar) . I immediately told this incident to my colleagues and lodged the complaint in the Cyber Crime department 1930(screen shot attached) I have even reported immediately the customer care o[censored]nion bank of India.

I heartly request you to please take this matter on priority and revert my money lost. This was my one month salary and I deeply stressed under this situation, I know I got mistaken and got scammed but please help me as I have only one account in union bank from past 13 years and have deep trust in the bank. As I live in Gurgaon getting back to basti (branch : Vikas Bhawan : UBIN0558591) is not possible on immediate basis .

Please help me in this regard.

Note: I have filed this on Union Bank redressal site and also informed to customer care but there is no necessary action conveyed to me other than putting my account on hold.
Its a request to please revert the transactions before they withdraw all my hard earned money.

I have deposited 23000/- in to an atm machine located at NRR BHAVAN OPP HOTEL ASHOKA WARANGAL TELANGANA 506001, But unfortunately machine gave me a print stating "Notes Retracted Please Contact Branch", immediately i have called to the customer care and explained the situation. i was suppose to use that money to get a laptop. Please kindly solve this problem, i have never thought that this situation would ever happen to me.
I was totally tensed when no one was there around to help me out and bank was closed today due to Sunday.
I'm totally disappointed with the union bank atm services
