My name is Shobharam Sharma and I had ordered Acer aspire 3 Intel laptop of RS amount 43990 in Amazon on 15August2020 and order cancelled by seller on 16August2020.and on 16August2020 Amazon initiated tha amount to my card but I still didn't get the money.Amazon send this reference number 406228 and told me to fill carge dispute form so I filled it.plz kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.my card no. Last 4 digits are 8249.

Sunday, 14 aug 2020, at night i pay some communication about some some document after searching about them i find that they are fraud now i want cancel that transation and want the refund? It will posible?

Then amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Dear sir, mam

A refund of 2680. Rupees was successfully processed on 14 december 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my union bank account by now, but i have not received the refund till now. My refund reference no is[protected]

I have called the union bank of india customer service and also emailed the union bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken...
But, the refund has not been received yet.
Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I have talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a charge dispute on them, to get the full details.
I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon payment processor to locate the refund.

Dear team,

I would like to file a complaint regarding fraud transaction done from my account.
From august 06 to august 12 there has been some unauthorized transaction happen from my account and its around 18000.00 has been debited in several multiple transactions,

This is my humble request to track my money and get it back tome and also i want to know the fraud counterparty and how they have done it without my knowledge - no messages received for otp and i haven't use any online medium like upi/netbanking nothing. Please help me!!!

And on 31july2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still not get the money. My account no. [protected] freezed for all transactions without any message, notification or email in this difficult time of lockdown.
I'm stranded in mumbai without any money. I have been asked to travel to jabalpur i. E. 1000 kms away to submit kyc documents.

I have already submitted my kyc documents earlier when i transferred the branch to vijay nagar branch from ranjhi branch in jabapur madhya pradesh. I changed my account from student account to savings account then.

I have written multiple emails, tweets, called the branch at least 50 times but to no avail. Please help i need money to survive and can't go ahead lie this

A product in favour of sandeep singh in cash on delivery from amazon on 6th dec 2019. But my product was totally defected so i returned my product on 16th dec2019 to amazon. I claimed for refund to amazon so amazon send me a message for initiating refund that they had initiated my refund on 16th dec 2019, but yet i didn't get any message from my bank that for any transaction for rs. 4, 970/ i called to amazon and they provide me a reference no.[protected] for my transaction. I called to my bank "union bank of india" they said there is no transanction on that date after that again i called to amazon and discussed with this problem they advised to file charge dispute,
