Myself likhith h s, i had ordered a product on amazon on the 10th march, 2020. Due to unsatisfactory product received, i had returned the same and the refund was initiated on the 14th march, 2020. The money has not been credited to my account yet. Upon contacting amazon customer service, i was informed that the amount had been sent to the account. The reference number for the same is as follows:

Also, i contacted the union bank of india for the same. The bank is not willing to help with this issue.
Please resolve this as soon as possible.
Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
COMPLAIN FOR MY REFUND STATUS
My self Jamal Ashraf, I was order a product (Jockey joggers Relaxed men fit worth Rs.1225) from Amazon on 14 August 2020. Unfortunately my order was a poor product, So I cancelled my product jockey joggers on 21August 2020. I claimed for refund to Amazon
So Amazon sent me a message for initiating refund .That they had initiated my refund 23 august 2020. But the bank was not send transaction for rupees 1225.I talk to Amazon agent and they had provide me a reference number that is[protected].
They advised to file charge dispute. So i do issued charge dispute file.
