We tried to withdrawl money of Rs.7000 from union bank ATM(ATM No. COBA062401) at delhi on 15.07.2020. At that time I received debited msg only.. money not came from ATM.. Kindly make an enquiry on this issue and refund my money as soon as possible.

    My name is ashish and i had ordered mobile of rs.13998 redmi note 9 pro in amazon on 30/06/2020 and after 07/07/2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 07/07/2020
    Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
    3005430005401910182121383910 and told me to fill charge dispute form but union bank of india doesn't have such policy. So
    Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected]{card no is not
    Mandatory you can enter it if you want better chances of recovery}

        I was trying to transfer 40, 000 on 10th july night to another account but the transaction showed as failed and still the money got deducted from my account. Even the money did not reach to the one whom i was sending. It might have got stuck. Please refund me the money and let me know the status of the refund.

          Greetings sir/ma'am,
          Myself likhith h s, i had ordered a product on amazon on the 10th march, 2020. Due to unsatisfactory product received, i had returned the same and the refund was initiated on the 14th march, 2020. The money has not been credited to my account yet. Upon contacting amazon customer service, i was informed that the amount had been sent to the account. The reference number for the same is as follows:

          Also, i contacted the union bank of india for the same. The bank is not willing to help with this issue.
          Please resolve this as soon as possible.

              My name is ismail sainudeen and i had ordered a fancy light of rs.499 (Whiteray hanging pendant fancy wall light lamp for outdoor, indoor decoration bulb not included (Brown, square) in amazon on june 23 2020 and after july 2 2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on july 9 2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get my money.                 Sir, i have ordered my garnier men anti pollution double action face wash which is worth of ₹316 and after ordering this through amazon i have cancelled this order and my reference number is #30005401810180190966855 after that the amazon has already initiated the process of my refund and in my amazon account they have showing that my expected date for creditting money in my account is 03/06/2020.
                But the expected amounts is not credited in my account till today dated 10/07/2020.
                Please help sir

                  Complaint no. (1-[protected] at 12.05 pm 0n 6 july, 2020.
                  Debit of rs.9991.00. This amount was debited in fraudulent transaction made to unknown person/beneficiary/account at unknown destination involving my debit card which was immediately blocked. It amounts to cyber crime.
                  It is requested to find out the details of beneficiary, account number to which
                  It was credited and the place. It is also requested that this amount may also be credited back in my s. B. Account o[censored]nion bank of india, dayalbagh branch, agra. Uttar pradesh.
                  A written request has already been made with the manager, union bank of india, dayalbagh branch, agra for the same.

                      Subject charge dispute refund never processed

                      Dear sir, mam

                      A refund of 4970. Rupees was successfully processed on 16 december 2019to my account. This amount should have been credited to my union bank account by now, but i have not received the refund till now. My refund reference no is[protected]

                      I have called the union bank of india customer service and also emailed the union bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken...
                      But, the refund has not been received yet.
                      Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I have talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a charge dispute on them, to get the full details.
                      I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                      Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon payment processor to locate the refund.

                          I had visited nerul station branch and was told to give request through so emailed many times to union bank regarding change of repo rate to 7.3 percent which is there on its portal but still i can see no changes reflecting.

                          Please support in getting the rate of interest which is still showing high of 8.1 percent for home loan and 9 percent for mortgage loan.

                                I ordered mobile on flipkart which cost ₹8500 on 19/june/2020 through google pay,
                                In Google pay showing that amount is paid to Flipkart and i got confirmation message from bank also, flipkart customer care saying that order is not executed because of payments are not confirmed from the bank, when i asked for refund they said amount is not reached to us please contact to bank, i didnt understand what is happening, can you please information for how to get my money back, is there any chance to get my money back, and also provide rules for union bank of India on Refunding money, i can provide my account details if you need .

                                      Raising complaint on union bank of india in suryapet branch. The branch manager did not provided help line to the customer. If customer had any queries to ask about branch the landline number not working and the number which has they provided in website that one also not working. How can we get contact with that branch. I already gave complaint when i was in bank still they not solved the problem. Please solve the problem as soon as possible.
