My wards kv fees have been paid twice by mistake. I have paid total 3000 /- rupees for one quarter but my 1500/- has not been refunded. I kindly request you to refund the extra money paid.

    I paid kv fee in 3 june 2020. But by mistake twice payment done by me. And when check student fee status u refunded additional payment. But still i dont recieve ur refunded money in my accont.       Respected sir,
      I have generated my atm pin and used my debit card too. But when i try to set up my upi pin it always show that the debit card details are valid. Please look through the issue and resolve it.

          I have made a payment to amazon for amazon prime subscription of rs.999/- and it was debited from my account but the merchant didn't receive the amount so i want to charge a dispute form against the bank for the amount to be refunded back to my account. The transaction was made on 28th march, 2020. And it was made by "bhim upi" app linked to my bank account.

              I m suraj shinde from loni kalbhor pune maharashtra.. Today dated 3/6/2020, i tried to withdraw money from my bom atm (... *47) around 5.45 pm... But during transaction power got cut thus money not disbursed... So i request you to help in reverting the transaction

                    I’m unable to set my upi pin in the following apps:-
                    1. Bhim
                    2. Gpay
                    3. Phone pe
                    I’ve tried quite a few times but every time i get the same problem that is ‘incorrect debit card information’. I’ve tried contacting the customer care but they say that this is not their problem and that it needs to be fixed by the platform where the problem is found.

                      I have already withdraw the the above policy PMJJBY n PMSBY last year and amount that auto-debited during last year was refund by the bank in my account also but dated 28/05/2020 premium of such policy were auto-debited by the bank pl do the needful n refund the same .

                      I book a order to amazon and payment by ubi debit card 299 rs on 20 may 2020 and i cancelled my order on 21 may 2020 due to my personal reason. As the customer care of amazon tell me that from here your amount is refunded with reference no75503720143039926265847 but my money is not credited in my account. Please refund my money sir 🙏

                        Hello,
                        This refers to the refund made by amazon vide their reference #024971 for rs. 17366. I have used my wife's debit card ending 3547 (Rupay) for this transaction and so refund supposed to reflect to her account by now. Request you to kindly check and revert.

                          This refers to the refund made to my purchase cancellation on amazon. Payment made by using my debit card ending 3547 of rupay card from union bank. As per amazon, they have initiated the refund on 18.05.2020 and still not credited same to my account.
                          Kindly check and do needful to get the refund to my account at the earliest.

                            I paid fees for standard 2 KVS on 23rd May 2020 through union bank's website rs 1500 the amount was deducted but after that i did not get the fee receipt. I used upi for transaction and when i reach to the upi customer care they said transaction was completed but i did not receive fee receipt and the UBI website said the transaction was failed and did not give a refund

                              But showing
                              Online payment transaction failed invalid authentication at bank cancel transaction
                              But diducted 1800 rs from my bank account.

                                Sir i was using my sbi atm card from union bank atm as i insert my card and all the details submitted then the time out message appears then after i checked that my balance of 10000 rs deducted but i not receive that amount so plz credit 10000 rs to my account back.
                                I am attaching two slip but when time out message appears the slip not coke out. So plz that amount deducted between these two slips.

                                  I would like to complain about the transaction done on amazon.in plant form of rs 1197.30 which neither reflected in vodafone operator transaction details north in my ubi bank account (Ubi).

                                  I already raised a disputed request to bank as well as on amazon.in but the are unable to patch disputed transaction i am uploading my account statement for reference

                                      I am oci card holder. I approached union bank indiranagar branch to open nro account. Those guys they just treated me like a criminal and refused open account for. The only reason is their ignorance about rules and procedure as oci card holders are eligible for opening nro account. I have filled all the the required document submitted attested xerox. But just out of their mood suddenly they refused to proceed with application
