Dear sir,
On 23/03/2020, we paid chikmagalur uco bank cross cheque no.860852 from a/c no. [protected] worth amount rs. 4, 00, 000 as a house lease amount to ur unionbank customer mr pandurangashetty whose account no.
[protected] ifsc code ubin0557480 branchname :chikmagalur, karnataka, now the problem is that ur bank customer telling us that due to our uco bank he is not getting amount into his union bank account even after a week. Because o[censored]r union bank workers delay and negligence as well as ur poor banking service our family suffering violence from ur bank customer mr pandurangashetty reason for not crediting money into his account. But rs. 4 lakhs has been debited from our uco bank account n ur bank customer allegedly blaming us n not ready to leave our house since a week. I[censored]r unionbank not done the cross cheque moving process properly we complain to higher authority as well as rbi under the negligence act for issuing nuisance among home branch customer with other bank customers. As far as i know all banks complete the process of all cheques within 3 - 4days or maximum 7 days. Whatever the delay ur bank doing is against the law of rbi. Kindly do ur bank procedure upto date n properly. Dont create problems to people otherwise u loose the hope n reputation as well as u have to face legal actions against under rbi acts n rules in court of law. Kindly look into attachment with this complaint.

    On 26 mar 2020, my account has been debited for ledger folio charges of rs. 27480.00 which appears to be on a higher side
    As compared to the number of transaction in the account.
    Please, get the excess charges reversed under intimation to me.
    As i am a small entrepreneur, please covert my account to an account type in which no ledger charges are levied.

We are small business Traders and we accept google pay and swipe from the customer For Their convenience for any denomination start from RS20 to any amt and maximum customers transfer small amount of Rs50. if we sell Rs50 product our margin is rs 5. and we are paying GST Of rs 2.5 @ 5% and it may vary according to the products, UNION BANK OF INDIA CHARGED RS 6 PER TRANSCATION AS LEDGER FOLIO CHARGES. GOVERNMENT IS SAYING GO FOR DIGITIAL INDIA IF BANK CHARGES LIKE THIS HOW IT WILL BE POSSIBLE FOR DIGITIAL INDIA. IF CHARGES ARE NOT REVERSED/CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT I WILL CLOSE ALL THE ACCOUNTS FROM UNION BANK OF INDIA. WAITING FOR YOUR EARLIEST AND POSITIVE REPLY.           Dear,

          I have used my union bank debit card to withdraw cash from bank of india atm at sambhaji chouk angol belgavi on saturday dated 07/03/2020 @ 7.45 pm tried withdraw rs 9000/- the transaction was processed, the atm was debited in my account and the cash has been recd. Again i used my debit card and withdrawn rs 9000/- @ 7.47 pm, this time the cash was not recd but account was debited. Transaction receipt also not recd from atm.
          Kindly look into the matter and give credit to my city union bank ltd a/c no [protected] (Union bank of india rpd college road tilakwadi belgaum)

                This is with reference to my complain registered with union bank of india on 14th of august 2019 regarding the transfer of amount to wrong account number.

                The complaint was raised by me in the branch just next day to the transaction, bank manager pooja verma asked me to wait for 10 days, when i called her after 10 days several times she didn't picked up calls and finally told me it will take another 35 days. After 35 days she told me that the bank of baroda has rejected to accept the claim.

                I again have raised the complaint through the attached email, but not got satisfied with their respond.

                15000 means a lot to me i have taken this amount from one of my friend as loan to pay someone, but due to lack of the union bank staff i had to pay 30000 instead, kindly go through the matter and help to reimburse the amount.

                  My self rajesh meena. I returned 2 timex watches (Both total price is 5690) on 20 february 2020 to amazon and i claimed for refund to amazon. So amazon send me a message to initiating refund that they had initiated my refund on 25 february 2020 but yet i didn't get any amount or any message from my bank. I called to amazon and they provide me a refund reference no. 66z06ad00000k6427t7g for my transaction. I called to my bank "union bank of india". They said there is no transaction on that date. After that again i called to amazon and discussed with this problem, they advised me to charge dispute form.

                    I have deposited 500rs in atm machine on 22/02/2020. Machine accepted the amount but i didn't received credit. Suddenly on monday i registered a complaint attached with that receipt came from machine and the staff lady told me that i will get credited on tuesday evening. I'm daily travelling from ghatkopar to panvel since my college is there. So i didn't get time to visit bank i have tried to call many times but they are not answering. On that day i want to pay my examination fees online. But this incident happend. I want my money. Very disappointed with this kind of service..

                          I am saving a/c holder in your bank (A/c no.-[protected]) gujaini branch kanpur. I was using punjab & sind bank's atm located at govind nagar at 12:55pm to withdraw rs.3000 from my a/c. But sunddenly i have received receipt with transaction decline written in it.in reality, i had not received any cash in my hand. I checked my a/c summary online also. It is also showing a debit of rs.3000. I made this complaint in my bank but i could not get any response from there. He used to say to me every day, day after day after one month, i have been doing this for six to seven monthe today, i have become very upset, plz take some action from your bank;s staff.                               I am rituraj prasad, i returned a product to amazon.in but didn't get my refunds in my account yet, i called the amazon costumer executive ant they said that they have initiated my refund of rs 3999 to my account on 31st of january, as it's not reflecting in my account, they provide me a reference no which is[protected] and tell me to contact the bank. But the bank is denying to help me regarding this.

                                  On 12 nov 2019, i used atm of axis bank padari bazar gorakhpur u. P. To withdraw rs.10, 000. I filled all details and atm shows "transaction being processed" but cash did not out from machine and give out my atm card. Again i filled all details to withdraw rs.10, 000 and i get my cash rs.10, 000 but no sms given by bank to me for transaction. After that i go to hdfc atm and got my short statement print then i found my a/c debited with (10, 000+10, 000=20, 000) but i found only 10, 000. Next day i give written and online complaint to my bank but they rejected my complaint on 22 nov2019 without giving any reason to me. After that bank fill a form to atm head and give me response time 30 to 35days but after passing that period no response given to me by bank. After that i file a complaint to rbi ombudsmen but no response is given by rbi till today to solve my problem.

                                    Dated: 30/01/2020, when i was paying the mpeb through online card, my 6000 rupees was deducted but the transaction was failed. Than i found massage by vm-ipaytm that - dear customer we have initiated a refund of inr 6000 to your union bank of india rupay debit card 6083*0348 for your order - 909281 done on mpez offus vas on 30th january. Time taken to process refund into your account depend on your bank.

                                    So i am requesting to you please refund my amount in account. My complain no. [protected].
