To my shock Rs.590/- is deducted as LEDGER FOLIO CHARGES.

No words to describe this Insane Loot. I know bank will surely some stupid reason.

    Dear,

    I have used my union bank debit card to withdraw cash from bank of india atm at sambhaji chouk angol belgavi on saturday dated 07/03/2020 @ 7.45 pm tried withdraw rs 9000/- the transaction was processed, the atm was debited in my account and the cash has been recd. Again i used my debit card and withdrawn rs 9000/- @ 7.47 pm, this time the cash was not recd but account was debited. Transaction receipt also not recd from atm.
    Kindly look into the matter and give credit to my city union bank ltd a/c no [protected] (Union bank of india rpd college road tilakwadi belgaum)

          This is with reference to my complain registered with union bank of india on 14th of august 2019 regarding the transfer of amount to wrong account number.

          The complaint was raised by me in the branch just next day to the transaction, bank manager pooja verma asked me to wait for 10 days, when i called her after 10 days several times she didn't picked up calls and finally told me it will take another 35 days. After 35 days she told me that the bank of baroda has rejected to accept the claim.

          I again have raised the complaint through the attached email, but not got satisfied with their respond.

          15000 means a lot to me i have taken this amount from one of my friend as loan to pay someone, but due to lack of the union bank staff i had to pay 30000 instead, kindly go through the matter and help to reimburse the amount.

            My self rajesh meena. I returned 2 timex watches (Both total price is 5690) on 20 february 2020 to amazon and i claimed for refund to amazon. So amazon send me a message to initiating refund that they had initiated my refund on 25 february 2020 but yet i didn't get any amount or any message from my bank. I called to amazon and they provide me a refund reference no. 66z06ad00000k6427t7g for my transaction. I called to my bank "union bank of india". They said there is no transaction on that date. After that again i called to amazon and discussed with this problem, they advised me to charge dispute form.
            My total amount is (4945+645) 5690.

              I have deposited 500rs in atm machine on 22/02/2020. Machine accepted the amount but i didn't received credit. Suddenly on monday i registered a complaint attached with that receipt came from machine and the staff lady told me that i will get credited on tuesday evening. I'm daily travelling from ghatkopar to panvel since my college is there. So i didn't get time to visit bank i have tried to call many times but they are not answering. On that day i want to pay my examination fees online. But this incident happend. I want my money. Very disappointed with this kind of service..

                  Not being able to pay through my visa debit card, international and domestic payment are not possible. Have checked my card is active though problem arises. I have complaint to customer executive. Even gone to my branch at bhayander so i m being informed that they have activated my card for payment of international transactions but still i am unable to make payment.                     I am saving a/c holder in your bank (A/c no.-[protected]) gujaini branch kanpur. I was using punjab & sind bank's atm located at govind nagar at 12:55pm to withdraw rs.3000 from my a/c. But sunddenly i have received receipt with transaction decline written in it.in reality, i had not received any cash in my hand. I checked my a/c summary online also. It is also showing a debit of rs.3000. I made this complaint in my bank but i could not get any response from there. He used to say to me every day, day after day after one month, i have been doing this for six to seven monthe today, i have become very upset, plz take some action from your bank;s staff.                         I am rituraj prasad, i returned a product to amazon.in but didn't get my refunds in my account yet, i called the amazon costumer executive ant they said that they have initiated my refund of rs 3999 to my account on 31st of january, as it's not reflecting in my account, they provide me a reference no which is[protected] and tell me to contact the bank. But the bank is denying to help me regarding this.

                            On 12 nov 2019, i used atm of axis bank padari bazar gorakhpur u. P. To withdraw rs.10, 000. I filled all details and atm shows "transaction being processed" but cash did not out from machine and give out my atm card. Again i filled all details to withdraw rs.10, 000 and i get my cash rs.10, 000 but no sms given by bank to me for transaction. After that i go to hdfc atm and got my short statement print then i found my a/c debited with (10, 000+10, 000=20, 000) but i found only 10, 000. Next day i give written and online complaint to my bank but they rejected my complaint on 22 nov2019 without giving any reason to me. After that bank fill a form to atm head and give me response time 30 to 35days but after passing that period no response given to me by bank. After that i file a complaint to rbi ombudsmen but no response is given by rbi till today to solve my problem.

Time taken to process refund into your account depend on your bank.

                                Have make a payment in amazon thrugh my bhim upi which is added whit union bank of india. I ordered a cod item on that time i made this payment thru bhim upi. But the payment was not received and money was deducted from my account after that i made the payment thru cash. And i was waiting for the refund which i made through bhim app. But still today the money has not refunded. I have contacted with amazon but they are saying that particular bhim payment was not completed and union bank of india i informed that the payment has been completed so where is my money.

                                  Since more than 9 months have been passed but i did't get my refund of Rs. 10, 000. I lodged a complaint at union bank customer care within 3 days from the date of failed transaction and also got the complaint number. I also filled the pre-arbitration but did't get any response. I also visited twice to my home branch(bank) but still not got the solution.

                                    Urgent necessity of proper Escalation Matrix for Union Bank’s DIT-Powai

                                    Kind Attention – Mr Ishraq Ali Khan, General Manager DIT- Powai

                                    Respected Sir,

                                    Brick-and-mortar branches are still one of the leading sales channels of public sector banks in India. Digital channels are on the rise but a significant percentage of Indian customers still prefer branches for atleast some banking needs. However the bank branch as we know it, with tellers behind windows and bankers huddled across tables is undergoing reinvention. Union Bank of India over the last few years have taken significant steps in this direction. Among them one of the most notable and visible addition is installation of electronic display units or flat-screen televisions at its branches.

                                    However the ground reality of the actual implementation process across branches is pathetic. The implementing agency M/s OASYS Cybernetics Pvt. Ltd has taken Union bank and its customers for granted. At many branches in Bihar and Jharkhand the TV units have been delivered in broken/shattered condition. It is a common sight to find units with faulty displays been installed by this vendor. Even after repeated communications from branches and regional offices the broken/damaged units are not being replaced. Such is the condition that at some places branch staff had to fetch the TV cartons from the local courier office!! The situation has worsened due to negligence of a few officials at DIT, Powai. Calls from branches are diverted from one number to another and ultimately to local regional office, even though selection of the vendor and payments are all done centrally from DIT, Powai. Neither DIT nor the regional office has advised their local representatives to visit branches to get real status of the implementation.

                                    Harassment of branch staff are more aggravated due to lack of any functional escalation matrix with contact details of responsible officials from DIT. Branches are not able to timely raise their concern about various issues to the appropriate officials. Vendors and their friends at DIT take full advantage of the situation, merrily bypassing calls and responsibility.

                                    Almost every Monday morning branch staff and their customers are faced with some rude shock from DIT like PCs getting blocked due to some faulty security patches being deployed or the branch network bandwidth getting choked. Almost in all the cases branches are totally in the dark about whom to contact for quick resolution and restoration of customer services.

                                    In almost any contemporary corporate setup, organizations prospectively define issues that matter and ensure that an appropriately designed escalation pathway is in place.
