Good evening sir/madam,

I transferred a sum of rs. 20000 (Twenty thousand) from my axis bank account (Account no: [protected]) today morning through neft, to my union bank account (Account no: [protected]).

However, mistakenly the amount has been transferred to a different account number, which is [protected] and is at the chennai tsk nagar branch.

My full name is nimit chhabra, mobile number: [protected] & my pan number is aitpc5802f

Request you to please look into the issue & transfer my 20000 (Twenty thousand) to my correct account number [protected]

    This is with reference to my ATM transaction done on 18th Oct’19 from Indicash ATM located at Dakshin puri, Dr. Ambedkar Nagar, Delhi.

    I would like to inform you, that I have done transaction from the above mentioned ATM branch on 18.10.2019 but due to some non availability of cash in ATM the cash did not come out. After that I got a message on my registered number about amount deduction from my account. The message which i received from bank said the amount has been debited by transfer instead of ATM. Please specify the reason why the transfer message came to me instead of ATM deduction. (please look at enclosed attachment of my atm message)

    I had also visited Union Bank Branch located at Saket on 21st Oct 2019 and raised a written complaint, attached copy of the same for your ready reference, but there is no response from their side and i visited many time in branch. I also raised complaint (Complaint No - [protected]) to Union Bank Customer Service Support on 19th Oct 2019, but haven't received any positive response from their side.

    I also raised a complaint against this to RBI (Complaint No:- [protected]) and also to Consumer Court (Complaint No:[protected] also find my FIR No( SD-AN-001563/2019).

    I again visited the Branch on 31st Oct and contacted the concern person (Name - Vijay Dy. Manager ) he was not ready to listen any thing and behave very rudely. I requested him that I stood there from long time but cash didn't come from Machine. I requested them to show evidence as video where I withdraw the cash from that particular time. But he is not ready to listen anything.I have already submitted the FIR in Branch along with video evidence and till yet haven't received any positive response/reply from them. ( The same is attached with bank stamp)

    Hence, I request you please look into this matter and help me to get my money back. looking forward for positive response from your side.

      I am rajat halder. I ordered a waist coat set worth rs 699 from amazon on september 16th 2019. But my product was defected. So i return this product on 17 september. 2019. I claimed for refund to amazon. So amazon send me a massage for initiating refund that they had initiated my refund on[protected]. But yet i did not get any massage from my bank that for any transition for rs 699. I called to amazon and they provide me a reference no. 0p1jdl3q0000k0m43zvl for my transaction. I called to my bank union bank of india. They said there is no transaction of that day. After that i called again and they said that they are already paid this amount to my bank. Pl see my problem.

      Pl help me to credit my refund rs 699 in my account. Pl file charge dispute. Kindly help.

        I have withdrawn amount from my savings bank account and transferred to SBI holding only the minimum balance in UBI. I also stopped using my UBI Debit Card because of this fraud company.

            Sir On Dt 17/10/2019 I had Withdrawn Rs-2500
            From a SBI ATM around 10:7 AM at Civil lines Front of Bank of Baroda in Prayagraj UP. But coz of any issue I didn't get 2500 cash but my balance deducted from my account I had done complain also in my branch but there is no Action taken by bank

              My atm card lost so i go to nearest union bank of india branch raj nager ghaziabad 201002. I get new debit card but favour of reissue debit card charges (177+118) debit from my saving account [protected]. According to ubi notification dated 01.11.2018 reissue charges of debit card 100+gst.
              I want to request to alisha team please action on ubi bank as soon as possible and refund my extra charges.

                Union bank should have to concern on mobile / internet banking. There's no app was released yet without any issues. Always there are many issues with u-mobile app, in ios 13 it doesn't work, force close only we see. No possibilities to add card details on any upi payment gateways. Incredible deductions are astonishing.

                Levied charges applicable for no reason. 40 rs deducted from my account with no reason and its hold under levied. I couldnt utilize it!.

                I have paid for railway reservation on 11/10/2019 two times by my credit card but railway has not booked my ticket and refunded the paid amount in my bank, but till today the refunded amount is not reflecting in my account .

                  Some of the union bank charges are out of our identity. Recently levied charges invented by union bank it holds some money which cant be used further. From my last deposit up to rs 40+ added in levied (Hold money).

                  We cant get any clarification accordingly.

                  Not even net banking assistance on ios. App is 100% buggy, no possibilities to open, upi unsupported, why cant union bank upgrade online services?.

                    I recently opened my new bank account in union bank of india before a month or so. I generated my green pin for my debit card and has comfortably withdrawn cash from atm. But in case of online banking, i m not being able to set a bhim upi pin as it shows invalid debit card details. I m receiving an otp but at then an error occurs in creating upi pin.
                    Please help.

                        I priyanka agarwal, ordered a product (Bluetooth speaker - boatstone spinx 2.0 of rs. 1, 999/-) from amazon on 28th sep 2019. But i was not satisfied with the product so i returned the product on 29 sep 2019 to amazon. I claimed for refund to amazon so amazon sent me a message for initiating refund that they had initiated my refund on 05 oct 2019, but yet i didn't get any message from my bank that for any transaction for rs. 1, 999/- so i called amazon and they provided me a reference no. For my transaction. I called my bank "union bank of india" they said that reference number is invalid and that number can be of any thing so i called amazon and discussed with this problem they advised to file charge dispute.

                        The staff appointed at kachari Road branch of ambala City do not behave properly with customer. They remain busy with their phones.
                        Also the FD form is too complex. Make it little bit clear and easy so that one can easily understand and the form should be readable.

                            Dear all, there has been a wrong deduction of lon processing fee that was supposed to be refunded to me in june 2018 it’s been more than 16 months i have not got the money neither any update. I have also raised couple of grievances in the portal it also didn’t help (Griveance # : 1-[protected]). It’s so disappointing to keep following up and not getting any response from bank and branch please help.

                                I surya kumar mishra have an account with union bank (Bhubaneswar gridco extension branch). Amazon has refunded me money for 2 cancelled orders with reference number as # 924675 & # 917318. The money was refunded by amazon on 3rd oct'19 (Inr 5236) and 18th oct'19 (Inr 10999) respectively. But in my bank statement it is still not reflecting.

                                Please make sure that i receive my money without further delay.

                                      A transaction of rs 395 was made by amazon india on 23 september 2019 at around 8;30 pm to credit the amount into my bank account as refund of a product. But, unfortunately, the amount has not been credited to my account. When i contacted amazon customer care, they said that the transaction has been successful from their end. They gave me a reference no. Of the transaction which is[protected]. I have even raised a complaint at union bank of india customer care. The complaint no. Is [protected]. I have just received a mail from union bank of india that the transaction with this reference number cannot be traced. I have reconfirmed from the amazon and they told me about this customer dispute form. My bank account no. Is - [protected], registered phone number is [protected]. Please take the necessary action to help me recover my money.
