    In the month of march i have paid a fee of 500 to jee main but the transaction was failed, but the amount was deducted from the acount. I have used my debit card to pay the fee. I have done this on 1 march at 8:27 pm. I also have done complaint to jee main authority but they said that they refund the money in 10 to 12 days. But after the period of 15 days i have checked my account balance there was no money credited

    If there is provision of blocking accounts then there must also be provision for unblocking the account on the Bank Holiday

      This is regarding bank timings in the second half. It's very unsatisfactory that the customer service is very poor. Regarding timing. First they keep bank closrd till 3 pm for lunch. Then immediately by 4: again the bank shutters shuts down saying that no service shall be attended. It's ok regarding withdrawl, by they can accept other requirements eg regarding enquiries of fds or recurring.

        Cash amounting Rs.1500/- not dispensed from Ghora More ATM at 14:26 on 01/08/19 but amount debited from my A/C no-[protected]. I already have lodged a complaint vide no-[protected] dt. 02/08/19 but claim not settled.I gave input of Rs. 5000/- but cash dispensed only Rs.3500/-. Hence I did not receive Rs.1500/-. I lodged a complaint in Union Bank of India customer care after 24 hours.

        Greetings.
        This pertains to our Savings Account No. [protected], at Viman Nagar, Pune 411 014, branch.
        This morning, 19 Nov '20, at around 09:10 hours, we went to the UBI ATM, in Viman Nagar, Pune, to withdraw money.
        After inserting the card, a withdrawal for Rs: 10, 000/- was made. The ATM appeared to behave very erratically, with the green light flashing repeatedly, but a message, "Collect cash" was visible on the screen.
        No cash was dispensed!
        We kept waiting, thinking that there could be a technical delay in dispensing cash, but nothing happened.
        Assuming that all was ok & the amount would not have been debited from my account, I went to the second machine - next to the first machine - to try & withdraw money.
        This time I tried to withdraw only Rs: 1, 000/-. Surprisingly, this second ATM machine too, behaved in the same erratic way, like the first machine - the same "Collect cash" message was flashed, but no money was dispensed. I waited for quite some time, thinking that a technical issue could be the cause of non-disbursement of cash & that the cash - Rs: 11, 000/- (a total of Rs: 10, 000/-, the first time from the first machine & then Rs: 1, 000/- from the second machine), would soon be dispensed.
        Nothing happened.
        Fearing the worst, I went to the UBI branch, Shop No. 11, Viman Prestige, Viman Nagar, to check my Account.
        My Passbook showed a total amount of Rs:11, 000/-, debited from my account.
        I was shocked!
        Checked with the Bank official, who advised me to wait a while, as the amount at times does get 'reversed', but it is 8 pm now & nothing has happened.
        As a soldier, who has "given" more, that "getting", I request that this issue be looked into & resolved at the earliest, as Rs: 11, 000/- is a large amount of money for a soldier. It is hard earned money.
        I tried contacting the Customer Care No. o[censored]BI, too, but the numbers were just not accessible.
        I am attaching the Pass Book page showing the debited amount.
        Please do revert at your earliest, so that our faith in the system remains.

But due to some issue i had to return the product and i got the mail from amazon that refund has initiated.                           A refund of 1700 rupees was successfully processed on 25 july, 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my ubi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                          I have called the union bank of india customer service and also emailed the union bank of india of india. Including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                          Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                  I was booking my 2 railway ticket through paytm yesterday from Ajmer to deen dayal jn.of 28 August but the booking failed and i didn't got my refund back...
                                  I checked through paytm but that informed me that paytm has refunded the money to my bank my account does not shows that
                                  I have visited the union bank number of times. The worker are very slow and lazy . They don't respect any person even the senior citizens . This is the worst bank i have ever seen . Even the machine are not in working condition . Please put rapt attention on your employees

                                    I use state bank of india (Kharkhoda meerut uttar pradesh) atm for debit the money suddenly light has gone and the transaction is not completed and 10000rs are deducted from my account on 10 march 2019.
                                    I inform the bank manager of (Sbi kharkhoda meerut) immediately and customer care also i fill the pre-arbitration form two times first 22 may 2019 and the second 27 june 2019 but still, i don't get my amount back. You can also check the cctv footage of 10 march 2019 from 2:00 pm and do inspection cash is withdrawn from atm or not.
                                    Both banks (Sbi and union) and customer care will not respond to me.
                                    I humble request to you please do something and give my amount back which is deducted from my account.

                                      As per the deposit the receipt was not received from the machine during transaction.
                                      An since the next day my account has still not reflecting the deposit amount which were deposited in cdm atm.
                                      As per the issues i have discussed regarding bank an register complaint to bank but there is no positive repose by them. They are laughing actully

                                      Dear sir before 5 days online saving account opening service is not proper work so pls help
                                      I cancelled the product on amazon on friday last week... I paid using my credit card.. 6 days have been over..There is no refund stilll but if i contact amazon they told that they have transacted the money to my account on friday itself.But why bank take a long time to refund itt when i will get refund back
                                      Today i went to your Machhlishahr branch and just queried about my balance to one of your lady staff. She said here doesn’t told about balance with very rudely behaviour. Although I didn’t replied her and returned. Please tell her to talk with customers with peaceful behaviour.

                                        Credit card [protected] pending Rs 41714 all pending amount deposited aby us through UBI net banking as on 07.03.19 and excess paid Rs 47 but CIBIL report shown wrongly delay April-19 in CIBIL report for this wrongly update no any bank approved credit card and no approved Loan. please do needful. and update CIBIL report which will be Zero missed payment Apr-19...
