I had take a debit card from lotakandi brunch branch on 21 sep 2019 but i can't generate pin by the telecalling or using union bank atm because a problem create there that my debit card is unauthorized or invalid

While i visit the brunch 7 times they re update that. Because your employee without issue this card she provide this card while i called to customer care they inform me that your card is not registered please visit brunch and re update i have done this.

And we face one more problems. That the lady and cashier using loud voice to talk and cheap words

Cashier pushed me out of the bank i just wanted to ask union bank of india is it the way to treat your customer by your staff??? Bank should ask the staff to be polite with their customers its their duty they are not doing any favor on their customers. So if you can help me please let me know. List of my & my family members account which very soon will be closed if no changes regarding this.

I am also trying to make a complain in rbi and i am trying to contact the authorized rbi person in lotakandi branch. I am also trying to contact and file written complain in consumer forum also. Please reply me.

6 september 2019 ko atm se 1000 rs withdrawal kiya amount par withdrawal nhi hua 8september ko compalnt ki par har bar 2 working days ka bolkar date pae date aage badate ja rhe hai

I have submitted a complain on 6th of August 2019 regarding wrong credit but still no one has given me the solution. What the hell is this? If you as a head of all banks doesn't able to solve this case then as a normal citizen how I'll ?

If you can't help please tell me . I'll take another way to solve this problem.

    On september 9th, i made a transaction of rs 1000 to cred app via phonepe upi... Amongst debited from my union bank account but not reach the destinations account...

    After they enquire this issue... Finally they concluded amount may be strucked between union bank payment gateway...

    They give some number and request me to union bank customer about that amount refund...

    They give that number is utr number...

    So, please check that transaction and help me to get my refund amount soon...

    Also when i check the account statement i notice the transaction id "s83367579"of the failed transaction... That may be helpful for you...

      I am very much aggrieved to inform that my relative smt shanti devi w/o sarvajit kushwaha has deposited a cheque of rs. 20066/- on 29.05.19 in her savings account no [protected] union bank of india, bahadurganj branch, distt-ghazipur (Up) (Ifsc-ubin0534722). The cheque bearing no. 024989 was issued in her favour on dated 24.05.19 by postmaster of post office bilthara road, ballia (Up) 221715 as a maturity amount of kisan vikas patra. She has visited the ubi branch cited above about ten times to know the status of the amount to be credited in her account but she did not get any satisfactory reply from the branch.
      Later, on dated 23.09.19, she has been called in branch. Her cheque was returned without citing any bonafide justification after elapsing a period of approx 04 months. The reason for not clearing the cheque was not informed to her. Even, she requested the bank staff to provide the reason in writing so as to enable her in getting the cheque amount. But instead of giving any suitable reply to her they use foul and threatening language with her as she is illiterate. She was directed to go out of the branch immediately and to contact the cheque issuing authority for her amount.
      Hence, it is requested to kindly look into the matter and pass the necessary direction to the concerned so that her cheque can be clear timely please. Besides, it is also requested to fix the responsibility for the delay in processing/clearing the amount in the account to avoid such recurrence in future please. For any clarification from her side i may be contacted on mob. [protected] please.
      I will be highly oblized for your kind consideration in this regard.

        Recently, apple launched ios 13.0 operating system for its iphones. I am currently using iphone 7 plus. The problem is that after the update of the operating system the u-mobile application is automatically closing as soon as it is opened. Its shutting down always. The app is crashing as soon as it is opened. Please resolve this issue. I have tried every possible way. Reinstalling, rebooting, etc. Still problem is the same.

          Further to several emails starting from 04 sep 2019 till now i have not received any response from union bank of india so far there fore i am going to stop all future salary transfers to union bank account.

          As mentioned earlier in my emails that on 04 sep 2019 at around 14 hrs one of staff in union bank humiliated me in front of the bank staff and customers.

          They gave me false information, broke my six years old three separate fd which cause me penalty.

          They broke all my fd but couldn't transfer money to my nri account then i had to go bank again after three days to collect new fd certificates for the same fd amount.

          They barred my registered email id (Shoeb. [protected]@gmail.com) because i wrote incident to customer care and nri branch..

          Now i am unable to sent email to bank which is big problem for me as i am working abroad and have only option to contact bank via emails.

          I am nri customer having account with ubi for more than 10 years. I visit once in a year to india.

          On my recent vacation i visited bank to make new fd on my nri account and to convert my old saving ac fd to nri fd.

          The other staff told me to talk to the lady sitting behind counter in a separate desk so i assumed she is the branch manager.

          The behavior of that lady was rude and has no decency to talk to customer.

          She handed over my documents to another staff and they asked me to wait out side of counter.

          After almost more than two hours they replied me that its not possible to transfer the fd amount to my nri account and for further query i need to talk to the manager.

          When i asked that why she broke my fd when its not possible to transfer amount to nri the lady told me its a technical problem so i asked her how long it will take to be solved.

          She said this will take six months to be solved. I asked her that how come she know that this will take six months? She had no reply instead she became furious and started humiliating me by saying that so what if you had wait for two hours, she blamed me that i come to the branch regular and sit there for 6 hours just to stare at her.
          Further more she said i have never seen a girl thats why i am showing her attitude.
          She forced me to say sorry 10 times other wise she will make my complain and she started asking my details which made me scared and i had to say sorry to her.

          Referring to mentioned situation please unbarred my email so i can communicate to bank via email.

          I am not feeling comfortable to visit the branch again as long as she is there as that lady told me that she will definitely do something against me.

          Please do the needful.

            Dear team,
            I have ordered four products of amount rs. 2324 on 27 aug 2019. But because of some reason i returned one product on 31 aug 2019 of rs. 974 and the refund was initiated on the same date. Amazon said it'll get reflected in my account in 3-4 working days but it doesn't come yet in my account. I complain amazon regarding the matter they said the refund transaction has been completed by amazon and the amount is being hold by the bank due to some reason.

                As an assistant manager through ibps po exam (2013 – 2014) this exam is not given by gopal paswan and he is seated other candidate (Solver) in the exam. After that, he is selected by fraud.
                After that he is posted in his home town also home block gogri khagaria and given excuse to bank his parent condition is critical but true is they are fine and from 2014 he is taken money from hundreds of innocent candidate who is preparing for banking exam and he is charging for bank exam 15- 20 lac after that he does not return money if candidate was not selected.
                Also, i want to bring in you notice mr. Gopal paswan has taken money from a thousand farmers, peoples for loans and kirsi credit card and he is playing feeling of thousands of people.
                Sir i want to requested to re-verification on mr. Gopal paswan ibps exam paper & interview on matching signuter & application from photo and also all the doccument re-verify. Sir, mr. Gopal pasawan that not found guilty then take legal action for me
                So request you all please take very strict action and make inquiry against gopal paswan which is come in the bank from a fraud manner and after that in the bank he is playing a thousand people feeling.

                      I have taken loan from ubi in aug 2018 for home loan amount 13lac. As per the executive file taken on 15th july from my home, executive confirmed that no processing charges will b there and also you have to pay only 2500 cash to legal people only when visit the site. We have given the same and also committed the same will be booked in pradhan mantri awas yojana scheme.
                      1. Processing fees:
                      Legal people came on 1st aug 2018 and loan sanctioned confirmation we got on 5th aug, 2018. But bank gave cheque on 10th aug with charges of 8000 as processing fees. From the day one, i visiting the bank for these reversal as it is levied wrongly. But no action taken on the same.

                      2. No ecs setup : i have given my icici bank account for ecs but no deduction made and my loan amount being compiled off and have to deposit by cash every month..in feb month bank officer asked to open new account with ubi to get the issue resolved as no setup done on icici account. Opened the account, still no ecs set up made on account.

                      3: pradhan mantri yojana scheme:
                      I have booked the home loan in pmay scheme. Despite many reminder and visits and thrice deposited the form, still not received the subsidy as bank not confirming on the same.

                      Please request you to get the issue resolved for my home loan account as being 52 years aged it is very difficult for me to visit branch every month.

                          Sir,
                          I had given the request to refund my money of
                          Rs. 60, 000/- from digi purse wallet. I had started to give the request one year before and now a days its going on.

                          I was loaded the amount of rs. 5000 each in 12 digipurse wallet accounts
                          (12*5000 = 60000) by the month of january 2018.
                          But still i can not use the amount and i was not able to take the amount
                          Also. I tried so many times to conduct you and the union bank in
                          Adyar, chennai but till now iam not getting the amount.

                          Digipurse wallet by this card only) and my mail id is : [protected]@publicmail.in & [protected]@gmail.com and pan number is aamps2910f

                          As per banking staff conversation they are not able to transfer the wallet amount to credit card, hence, i requested them to refund the amount of rs. 60, 000/-

But still now we are not getting proper response from you. They told that "we are not getting reply fro digipurse team"

                          Some peoples from head office of mumbai told that on 30th of august we will refund the amount. But till now nothing happened. Iam very disappointed with your service.

                          Kindly take the complaint and do the needful as soon as possible...

                          Iam already given all the documents to them (Both digipurse and union bank, adyar) including aaadhar, pan and my transaction with digipurse...

                            Myself, yarreingam ruivah, i ordered a product (West code men's beige boots worth rs. 1, 037) from amazon on 19 august, 2019. The product was defected so i returned on the same day. I claimed a refund to amazon so amazon send me a message for initiating refund that they have initiated it on 21 august, 2019 and that i should get the refund by 29 august, 2019, but i didn't get any message or refund from the bank till today. I called the amazon company and they gave the refund reference number for the refund transaction[protected]. I have called the bank customer service and amazon customer service, but there was no use, so amazon adviced me to file a dispute charge, saying that they have already initiated it and the refund should be done by the bank. So i am filing a dispute charge with the reference number[protected]. My details are given below:

                              Sir,
                              I have the honour to request that please refund my money of
                              Rs. 60, 000/- from digi purse wallet.
                              I was loaded the amount of rs. 5000 each in 12 digipurse wallet accounts
                              (12*5000 = 60000) by the month of january 2018.
                              But still i can not use the amount and i was not able to take the amount
                              Also. I tried so many times to conduct you and the union bank in
                              Adyar, chennai but till now iam not getting the amount.

                              Digipurse wallet through this card only) and my

                              As per our conversation you are not able to transfer the wallet amount to

                              I will new current account opening in dattawad branch in Dist-Kolhapur Maharasthra but in branch officer Mr.Kapil they said not possible to current account opening and I will not open ur account plz action sir this matter .

                                My self M.VenkateswaraRao.i order a product, Red me note 4mobile battery by Worth Rs.498-00, from amezon on 13th july 2019.but my product was cancelled same day. I claimed for refund to amezon send me a message for intianting refund that they had intianted my refund 23rd August 2019.but i didn't get any message from my bank.that for any transactions for Rs.498-00.iam canselting bank officer by Union Bank. Thay said there is no transections.I called to amezon with this problem they advise to file charge disput.reference noe.[protected].so i want to do charge dispute file.my ammount is Rs.498-00 and name, M.Venkateswsrs Rao.plesse help me to credit my refund Rs.498.in my account.please file charge dispute, kindly help.

                                    मेरी पत्नी का निधन दिनांक 25.01.2017 हो गया था मैंने बैंक उनके नाम से प्रधानमंत्री जीवन ज्योति बीमा योजना कराया था और क्लेम के सारे पेपर बैंक में जमा करा दिए लेकिन आज दो साल हो गए बैंक में चक्कर लगाते क्लेम नहीं मिला तथा बिमा की क़िस्त अभी भी बैंक वाले काट रहे है मेरे दो बच्चे है बड़ा वाला ३ साल का और छोटा दो साल का बैंक वालो से क्लेम का पूछो तो वो कहते है पेपर पहुँचा दिए है लेकिन कोई संतोष जनक जवाब नहीं देता है अब आप ही कुछ करिये तो आपकी मुझ पर अति कृपा होगी I

                                        In above statement i clerifiy that my bob. account debited but union bank of india not credited same amount, not received money in union bank,
                                        If there is provision of blocking accounts then there must also be provision for unblocking the account on the Bank Holiday
