Almost a month is gone since virtual aadhaar id was made mandatory but we customers are still losing lots of our money since mobikwik is only insisting on aadhaar card based kyc. I had complained so many times but surprised that even during the modi regime no action is being taken against such defaulting companies-this matter needs urgent attention by the government to safeguard public money and interest

I really fail to understand what UIDAI is doing in public interest even though complained against Mobikwik not accepting 16 digit VID for KYC and insisting on verification by only Aadhaar 12 digit no. and thereby forfeiting a heavy amount of our cashbacks every month-are the government agencies sleeping and not listeningf to citizen's problems?
UIDAI Ranchi had told me on phone that they would be able to enforce against Mobikwik after VID would become mandatory to be accepted by wallet companies but more than a month has lapsed and UIDAI people seem to be negligent in their duties inspite of repeated complaints by citizens of India.I fail to understand why no action is not being taken against Mobikwik inspite of the fact that Mobikwik has not introduced the VID feature in their apps.Are they having a soft corner for this fraud company?Why UIDAI is deaf to the customers pleas and are not pained by the experiences shared by the latter?Hopeless state of affairs in a democratic so called developing country where biased treatment and favouritism is being showered on a few at the cost and sufferings of the major part of society-nobody even picks up the calls made to UIDAI nor replies through e mails- a real pathetic state of operations! Where will the aggrieved go to then if there is nobody to listen to them?Hope my words would impact the so called law executors-I have been continuouslyfollowing up since May 2018 after suffering huge losses since long.

No action taken against defaulting companies by UIDAI -it is really disgraceful that a government organisation does nothing in public interest -VID was introduced long time back on 1-7-18 but still no action taken -further I’d we call different nos.posted on the website of the officials o[censored]IDAI nobody ever bothers to pick up our call and reply -even no replies are received on e mails

What is the use of such a forum where inspire of writing thousands of times no action is taken against defunct companies and we are losing our money every month -VID has still not enforced by UIDAI - fail to understand when the government would in fact take stringent steps against such companies like mobikwik-even banks like SBI does not insist on AADHAAR verification then how can mobikwik still insist on it and eat up our money for not submitting Aadhaar -they are not willing to accept other verification documents

Inspite of so many complaints the UIDAI authority is hopeless and could not stop MOBIKWIK from insisting on Aadhaar basedKYC verification instead of virtual Aadhar ID-where would the complainants go then?

    I just want to change my residence address on aadhar card.
    But the operator person said to me you can't change address from here. He said me you have to go somewhere corporate kacheri i don't know what is it..
    I just wanted to say uid it's centralised document and you can update it anywhere in india in any city from authorized center..
    Can you please take action against that person...

    Address change from one state to another i.e. Maharashtra to Gujarat
    I have raised a ticket for address change dated on 14 08 2018 with the urn no0000/00525/70423.bit status is showing pending for approval please help aa i have to submit updated adhar to passport office dayed on 17.08.2018 please i need on urgent basis as this is my second appointment.

      UIDAI has provided a link on its website where one can enter the Aadhar Number, get OTP on mobile and check the Bank Name that your aadhar has been linked to in the NPCL database.

      I don't understand why but these days it only shows that Aadhar seeding has been done. There'a just XXXX mask in front of Bank Name.

      As a result there's no way for consumer to know what bank it's account has been linked to in NPCL database. Even the NPCL #99#99 service does not work.

      I suggest to UIDAI that a more secure but suitable method should be implemented so that consumers know excatly which bank account aadhar has been finally seeded in NPCL for direct benefit transfers.

        I was told by UIDAI that prior to 1-7-18 they could not enforce any action against Mobikwik which is still insisting on 12digit Aadhaar and eating up or forfeiting the cashbacks of loyal customers more so by preponing the so called expiry dates of cashbacks .
        Now it is clear that virtual Aadhaar verification has been mandatory on companies but UIDAI has nothing till now to enforce the same and save the citizens from being cheated by fraud companies.
        I had personally talked to UIDAI regional office in June and they had confirmed that they would take action against mobikwik but till date mobikwik has not inserted virtual Aadhar Id for verification in its apps and is continuing scotfree .Request to take immediate action to the government of this democratic country

        I have tried calling UIDAI Ranchi many times but nobody attends to the calls -earlier I was told that prior to 1-7-18 UIDAI could not take action against Mobikwik but enforcement for virtual Aadhar ID would be possible w.e.f.1-7-18.
        However I find mobikwik is still insisting on KYC verification through actual 12 digit Aadhaar CARD NO.and is not accepting virtual Aadhaar ID and on that pretext eating away our cash backs which strangely now have a preponed expiry date by 2 months -I fail to understand why UIDAI is not enforcing action against mobikwik and not compelling the company to reinstate all the cashbacks -cashbacks atd money and money cannot have an expiry date-it is the government’s duty to safeguard the interests of the citizens of democratic India

        Useless authority -doesn’t reply to e mails not picks up the phone -not even a single executive and the companies are still befooling us
        I have got otp number to my number with out my knowledge I think someone is trying to hack or do something by using my aadhar Details.

          My canara bank is saying my account is link with my aadhaar .however, in uidai portal, the bank linking status is still showing "inactive".due to this i am not being able to receive money via aadhaar.that's why my 17600rs transaction failed.
          Apart from this i talked to the aadhaar service he said your aadhar is generated and is working correctly. i am going to bank and aadhaar service for 3 months but none of the solution came out .

            I have been to maha e-seva kendra, dhayari, pune 4 times and an employee named kartik keeps calling again and again for collecting my copy of adhar card. He has called me for 5th time, he has very carefree and irresponsible attitude and uses slang language oftenly. Lady having authority over fingerprint devices leaves office about 1-2 hours before time.

              Sir, i had applied for update (Address change) my adhar card number[protected] which was prepared in the month of february 2018. Which i came to know by checking status of adhar card. But after so many request the card did not delivered/received till date. I humbly request you to help me as i am a senior citizen unable to run here and there. Thank you.

                Already 24 months completed, but not yet received the above Aadhar Card till today.
                Central Government is also lazy.Trillions of people not yet received their Aadhar Cards till today.The crmadministrator and other staff, and also central government and their ministers were also very very lazy. PM, FM, HM what are they doing every day?They are delivering high moral lectures against co-operation from the citizens.But Government is not co-operating from their end.They want votes, but they does not work for the welfare and security of the country people. This is our country fate lies on their hands.

The enrollment id is0000/00522/70486 01/06/2018 12:43:36. When i an searching the present status for updation, message is coming "aadhar is generated. If you don't receive letter, download e-aadhar. I have downloaded e-aadhar, but it is showing that signature is not verified. Due to this, the address is not getting updated in my bank account. Please take necessary action for updating the aadhar and despatch to my address immediately.

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    I wish to complain about aadhar card otp system.
                    My initial number linked to my aadhar card was lost. So, i have to link with my new mobile number.
                    Let me start from the beginning. I reached out to

                    1. Punjab national bank sector 16 noida: had server problem, reached next day again ‘server ni aarha hai’

                    2. Sbi bank sector 16 noida: same server issue ‘server nahi aarha hai’

                    3. India post office: in the huge population of india, only max 25 tokens is to be distribute from each center and for this it’s not easy. You have to come early in the morning and that too if you are lucky
                    4. Andhra bank sector 18 noida - abhishek gupta, aadhar card registrar

                    System was pathetic here also. No proper system for any work!!!

                    I. Luckily got the token after standing in the long queue. But unfortunately again as mandatory their server lost

                    Ii. Next day new mobile number was updated. After couple of weeks, checked the status and found registration was not done properly. [charged rs. 30] so, this time need to verify biometric

                    Iii. Updated the biometric next day after waiting for more than an hour [charged rs. 30]

                    Iv. Enrolment was done on 24th april 2018, trying to download aadhaar card online by filling out the updated mobile number since the month of may, no otp has been received yet

                    V. Called to customer care multiple times, their answer was - ‘browser issue hoga’ ok checked but no otp, ‘abhi time lagega’ ok waited, ‘abhi aur time lagega’ ok still waiting, ‘kuch keh ni sakte kitne time lagega, wait kijiye’... Filed the case to aadhar card help center. First case closed status was resolved!! Though problem still persist, raised second complain no update, raised third complain “dear resident, please try authenticating again and confirm."

                    Vi. Reached to center again, where abhishek informed me that cannot authenticate again so no other choice have to wait (Question is kab tak?)
                    Moreover, rs. 80 was charged by him just for downloading my e-aadhar card on his mail id

                    Aadhar card so called technician are sleeping since the work was assigned! & aadhar card is mandatory as well as you know! So please let me know how long i have to wait more?? When the solution will be resolved? What is the alternate solution (If any)?

                      Dear sir,
                      U have in ur website that adhar card are made/corrected at two places viz syndicate bank and post office, nangal raya pin code 110046.

                      For your information, no adhar cards are being made in post office, nangal raya.

                      People stand in queue right from 6am to get the numbers to get their adhar card made/ updated near syndicate bank. Syndicate bank has shown their inability and has washed their hands over the control of agency.
                      Sometimes hafty amounts are being charged.

                      It is rather punishment to the people of india. Y not more and more adhar card centers are made.

                      Information on website is misleading.

                      In view of the get it updated if these are not being made at post office.

                        I lost my adhar card when i was attending interview at 409/10 sohrab hall sangamwadi, pune on 6/6/18 around 1.30 pm.
                        I gave adhar card to interviewer miss kale for identification purpose. I forgot to take it back. When i cane back to home i realise that adhar card is missing. Immediately i called her and asked about the adhar card, but she said she dont know. I told her that she was having register in her hand when she was verifying adharcard details might be you kept in there but she replied i cant locate the card.
                        If there is any kind of misuse of my aadharcard then i will not be resposible.

                          When i tried to claim my PF amount from EPF website, an error message says that my 'Aadhar number does not have both email and mobile'
                          Eventhough my Aadhar is registered with mobile number and email, I am getting this error. hence i couldnt able to claim my PF amount.

                            But when i am trasacting through the aadhar number its failing and all money is sent to unknown bank account..

                            I have deposited about 15, 000 rupees but from last 1 month i am unable to get my funds..

                              I am pained to know that you have extended the use of virtual aadhaar card id on third party sites by 1 month specially because of fraud mobikwik company which has restrictions on supercash usage as to amount and places and no. Of transactions as would be clear from the attachment.
                              You can go through the mobikwikcustomer reviews since last few months - we have been losing our money due to the forfeiture of our cashbacks which they provide in the form of supercash with lots of t & c s attached to the usage.
                              The company is allowing only rs.100 usage monthly to customers with minimum kyc (Done through documents like dl, voter id, passport, etc) and since last 3 months have been forfeiting the rest expiring in the current month. Recently they unjustifiably preponed the expiry dates for supercash expiring on 15-6 and 15-7 to 1-6 in anticipation of the virtual aadhaar card usage for verification.
                              Kindly force the company to reinstate the cashbacks they have forfeited till date.
                              Earlier paytm was insisting on pan card but during the 2nd week of may they have done full kyc updation with full wallet and banking rights by submission of dl, etc.
                              Mobikwik is mnot superior to the sc or uidai or paytm or amazon then how can you not take action against them?

                              Though UIDAI has made the 16 digit virtual Aadhar ID verification mandatory for all I can still see Mobikwik not fulfilling the requirements and their apps have not been updated till date to allow us to verify through virtual Aadhaar ID.
                              UIDAI should immediately initiate action against such a fraud company which is eating away our supercash money by forfeiting it since we have not completed our KYC through actual Aadhaar verification-they are allowing only usage of Rs.100 supercash in a month for minimum KYC fulfilment AADHAAR was never mandatory for wallets use before July 2018 but since February mobikwik has forfeited lots of our money under this pretext-I was told by UIDAI RANCHI RO that once virtual Aadhar would be implemented action would be taken against such companies

                                I tried updating my address online and i keep getting transliteration error. I have tried multiple times and i made sure the local language conversion is correct.

                                However, my request keeps getting rejected. Can we at least get which field has this error, instead of just stating rejected due to transliteration error? By pointing to the correct field at least we will know where we are probably making a mistake

                                  2 month ago i updated my number on aadhar card center. They guys update wrong number in my detail. Now i have moved to other city which is economical city. I'm trying to update my number from last since 20 days. I'm not getting any valuable enrollment center. If i'm going to update my mobile number, some center have dramatic rules kind of first book your appointment in early morning, the they will provide timing, between we have to come and update our information.
                                  Then i visited to second aadhar center, that is not available in exactly location which is mentioned on uidai sites. I'm very harassed from aadhar card center service.

                                  Why these aadhar card is mandatory if you can not provide service to customer?
                                  Why such customer getting pain for just update small information?
                                  Why you don't provide online procedure?
                                  What do you think, you all are making digitalization or make in india?

                                      Although uidai has introduced 16 digit virtual cards nos. To be submitted for kyc verification to maintain privacy of citizens’ data but i find the companies like paytm, mobikwik, etc. Have not updated their software sufficiently-they are still insisting on 12 digit aadhar no. For verification and there is no provision till date to update kyc through virtual card details. Due to this mobikwik is forfeiting our cash backs or supercash since their special cashback has an expiry date of 3 months. Would request uidai to instruct the 2 companies to accept kyc updation through virtual cards with inmediate effect. Basically mobikwik is eating away our money by not allowing us to use it. We are losing thousands of cashbacks which is not proper. As a government organisation it is the duty o[censored]idai to safeguard the interests and data of citizens - why should we share our pan no., other identification proofs with merchant sites-government can use it but why third parties? Please consider the introduction of virtual card verification with immediate effect so that we do not lose any further

                                      Please ensure that companies accept the 16 digit virtual card details for verification and update of KYC and stop on insisting on biometrics and AADHAR based verification -the companies are not the authorities to retain our data

                                        My uid no.[protected] was linked to mob no. [protected] airtel sim, and this was changed, my current mob no. Is [protected]. E - aadhar is not download due to technical error, so uid no.[protected] will be linked to mob no. [protected] so that e - aadhar and m - aadhar can be download, uid no.[protected] was linked to my e - mail id - [protected]@gmail.com, e - aadhar will send to this id, kindly resolve this issue shortly.
