It is very unfortunate that whereas government is enforcing ahdaar number for bank transactions and we have been complying to the same. But in my case as i have an active ahdaar number issued by uidai and the same number when tried for linking in bank acc, it says inactive. This mismatch and failure o[censored]idai in managing it issues is quite bothersome and govt. Should first generate a flawless system. I am not sharing here my adhaar no fearing misuse.

How to reach deaf ears of authorities who are hell bent in dictating but themselves nit prepared.

I anjali awasthi (Adhar no[protected] many time mail in in uidai for complain that my adhar is unable to connect with pan card but after try many times it conect, but icici mnit jaipur bank says that my adhar is not updated so they not allowed me to open bank account in their bank and in sbi bank also unable to link my account with adharcard both bank says that your adhar is not validated, but according to you as i already mail in [protected]@uidai.gov.in it is updated.
I fill the information correct in bank, pan card and in adhar card, but bank says that there is no biometric updation i all ready send scan copy of my updation receipt and old or new adharcard before 15 days above in adhar center. Please sir give your time in my case. Due to not opening my bank account i already loss my scholorship, i am research scholor student and i am facing problem from more than one month, nobody give me proper response.

Aadhaar number has been temporarily inactivated. Please visit out enrollment center to update your biometrics and activate the aadhaar number

Please help me resolve this issue.

What should we do to activate it again and what are the procedures to be followed?

Aadhar kendra in kharghar next to petrol pump behind raghunath vihar making it so difficult for anything related to aadhar card,, whether it is about updating any details or making a new one.. Extremely unprofessional.. First of all not doing what they are supposed to and misbehaving on top of it. Pushing people away from them.. Anything related to these documents should be made more easier than to let them monopolize... What kind of government is this.. It is not only about one particular kendra,, it is the scenario with almost all the government offices.. And they lie as well stating that government has stopped this and that.. Who is government by the way.. Why don't we have any grievance redressal center accessible or options to contact them easily.. This is really a very pathetic situation... Government employees arbitrarily deciding whether to work or not.. Really frustrating.. Do the needful...

My update status say verified awaiting approval. God only knows when will approval come. I apply for update on 10 july 2017. But till 25 th august it's not approved my uidai no is 20××××××××94 and urn is [protected]. Plz sir update it fastly. Sir it is matter of my life. Sir i not get job due to my father name is not in aadhaar card & address is also not fully correct. Sir plz update it quickly because if it not updated quickly then i miss my job. Then what i do plz help..

My aadhar number is[protected] was issued way back on 13.12.2011. My pan card no is afzps1741q. I tried to link my aadhar card with pan card so many times but getting the same error as it saying "aadhar number is cancelled. Please check with uidai". I already linked the aadhar with my bank accounts without any problem. This happened first on 01.07.2017.
On same date, i,. E. 01.07.2017, i updated by demographics & biometrics where my d. O. B. Was updated vide update request no. 1492/41615/25623.
I again tried to link my aadhar card with pan card so many times but i got the same error stating "aadhar number is cancelled. Please check with uidai". I tried to contact the helpline numbers o[censored]idai on 1947. At that time was told that my pan card and d. O. B. Document has not been scanned. Once again on 05.08.2017, d. O. B was verified by scanning of my passport vide update request no. 1492/41615/26128.
After this, again i tried to link my aadhar card with pan card so many times but i got the same error stating "aadhar number is cancelled. Please check with uidai".
I have tried complaining umpteen times to uidai but to no avail. This is sheer harassment of bonafide aadhar card holder. Kindly rectify the error from uidai without further delay.

मेरे घर के पास एक आधार सुधार का दुकान है जिसमे मैंने पूछा की आधार अपडेट का कितना चार्ज है तो उसने बताया 70 रु जब की इसका चार्ज 25 रु ही है फिर भी मैंने कुछ नही बोला फिर मेरी आंटी गयी आधार अपडेट करवाया तो उसने 150 रु ले लिया और मैं पूछने गया तो वो गाली गलौज करने लगा और मार-पिट करने को तैयार हो गया और मुझे तुरंत अपने दुकान से निकालने लगा। उसके इस बर्ताव के कारण मैंने उपभोक्ता फोरम में रिपोर्ट करने का फैसला किया। आपसे निवेदन है कि इस पर जल्द से जल्द कार्रवाई की जाए तथा इसका जांच किया जाये। इस दुकान में आधार सुधार करना तथा नया बनाया जाता है जिसका मनमाना कीमत ग्राहक से वसूला जाता है। जबकि भारत सरकार के अनुसार आधार बनवाने का कोई चार्ज नही है यह बिलकुल मुफ्त है। सुधार का तो 25 रु सरकार के तरफ से भी बताया गया है।

I am a senior citizen aged 73 years. I tried several times to link my adhar with my mobile service through the out sourced service providers as also bsnl. Each time the authentication failed for the reason that my finger prints are not getting scanned on account of wearing out due to my age. I heard this kind of complaint from several persons. By now i think uidai must have been also aware of this predicament of old people. The uidai should address this issue and authorize a certain alternative giving an easy way out for solving this problem and save old people from avoidable anxiety.

Respected sir/mam,

I had enrolled for updation of dob and name details in aadhar card from my nearest enrolment centre. I read on internet and was also assured in the enrolment centre that aadhar card updation now takes only 3 to 5 working days and within 48 hours my data will be updated. I had also heard that now aadhar department has improved efficiency but till now i haven't received any sms or mail till date conforming updation. The status shows 'enrolment is under process'. I am appearing for ssc-cgl exam and without aadhar they may reject me. My urn no. Is-1444/19180/02914 date and time o[censored]pdation is[protected]:15:56. Please help. Even if my aadhar is uploaded it would be of great help because that is also a valid id-proof.

When ever i tryed to contact with 1947
The call will hang up some times
Some time they said call will transferred to our customer service executives but they wont talk any more
Some times they keep in hold for longer period
Some times call will hang up from them only
Some time waiting period they told your time is 5 min but wont pick up even after 30 min also

Worst service ever and why government paying salary for such kind of service

My aadhar number is[protected]. My register mobile number is [protected]. Which is lost more than 6 month. I request on care via call or mail to update my number which [protected]. I complaint multiple time but no one updating my new number ([protected]). I am unable to visit center kindly update my new number [protected] with my aadhar[protected]

Hi, i requested for an address and phone no. Update from an authorized aadhar center on june 26, 2017.

Request no. For the same is - 2016/00733/17568, request date 26/06/2017, name - maneesh garg.

It's about to be a month but my aadhar has not been updated yet. The online system is showing 'request under process' but not giving any tentative date by when it will be updated. I called the customer care number at 1947, but they are also telling me the same thing that it’s under process and not giving me a date when it will be updated. Neither are they registering my complaint about the same issue.

Kindly get my aadhar updated and provide me at least an online copy with updated details. There are so many important tasks pending due to this. Govt. Should fasten the system when they are making this id so important for everything.

I am a non-resident indian. I came to india after 2 years and planned to link my mobile with aadhar card for the purpose of e-verifying my income tax return. I visited the suvidha center located at gurdaspur district administration complex multiple time on three consecutive days but job could not be done due to multiple reasons - power outage, staff on lunch break, failure on internet services, staff's log in failure etc. I had to stand in the que for 2-3 hours everyday. It is highly disappointing that we invest in the system that does not work at all or works highly inefficiently. No one ever considers the work hours lost.

There are many complaints.
1) their toll-free number 1947 is not working.
2) they don't reply on [protected]@uidai.gov.in
3) their employees are not properly qualified to answer a customer.
4) employees are highly irresponsible.
5) sometimes, they don't give a receipt.

My personal experience:
I paid 70 rupees to gandhinagar, aadhar center for printing my aadhar card after updating on 15th july 2017. I asked them the delivery date and they said, i will get it by monday 17th july. I also said them that i have passport application appointment on 18th and so i need it. They said i will get it by monday for sure. On monday, when i went there, they said it is not printed and i will get on tuesday. Even if i told them that i need it, they assured me that i will get on time. If they would have represented negative possibilities with 0.001%, i would arrange anything else. I took half day leave on tuesday for this and now will have to postpone the application. Who is responsible for this?? This is how government employees are.

It is an impression of a government job is that people do nothing. If you want to improve this impression, you should have strong complaint resolution board and strong steps to be performed on such employees.

I am damn sure that none is going to review this complaint. Still writing this in a hope that at least one government employee look at this and think what is should be his/her responsibility.

I went for aadhar card registration today, all my details had already been registered 2 years back but the card had never been delivered in my house so when i went today they found all my details in the software. The guy took out my aadhar card and chatted rs.100 as fee. Following are the details of the agency -

We have purchased samsung ref model no-rr20m272zs8 from dealer aditya vision, bailey road, taramandal patna. We have made payment online of amount rs 14500 the invoice no is blr 17/9746 dated 12/06/2017. The vendor has send the refrigerators on 21/06/2017 but when we asked them for installation of it they are not sending anybody to install. We regularly made call on mobile no [protected] but the person is person is saying that he will send some technical person but no body come to install the same. This is very pathetic and poor service that we are not expecting from such a brand company. Kindly look into the matter and sought out our problemn on urgent basis.

Mera aadhar card ko generate kiye hue 4 month ho gaye he. Abhi tak card nahi bana. Mere duwara helpline no 1947 par bahut bar call or complaint ki jachuki he. Par koi nirakaran nihi nikla. Nniyam 60 days ke andar net or 90 days me home delavry ka he.
