As mentioned in my previous post, finally aadhar card of my wife has been delivered on 21/12/2016 by my youngest brother (Munnaf). It is clear from the card that it is old copy (printed date-24/12/2011) that would have been received in the year of 2012. But someone from my family kept it with him/her due to unknown reasons. As it was given after so long time, we can't think of fair reason, he/she might have wrong intention. The envelop of the aadhar card was not given. When I asked to my father he told that he received it without envelop from a child whose identity is not given by father to us. In this situation, we want to inform that if anyone misused it for any purpose before 21/12/2016 then we (myself and my wife) are not responsible, my parents, brothers and sister-in-laws, who live at Vill+P.O.-Haranagar, Dt-Nadia, WB will be the responsible.

I applied for aadhaar card in september 2011 along with my wife giving my native address (Haranagar, nadia, wb). My aadhaar card was delivered to my home address in march 2012 but it was informed that my wife's card had not come. Recently family members have informed that my wife's aadhaar card has come. Due to various threats (Murder, rape etc.) from brothers and their wives, we could not go to my native place. We informed my parents regarding this but they did not do much so we stopped visiting my native place. So i informed my parents to send it to my father-in-law's place (Burdwan, wb). They informed that they sent it through registered post but even after one month it did not reach there. Finally they informed that it has returned back. As the postman is known to my father-in-law, it should not return back. This makes us doubtful whether they sent it or not. Then we informed them that we can take it from my brother who works near to my father-in-law's home but my father (Name-mich bahur rahaman) is saying that they did not accept the letter so he should not come to give it although he was agreed to come. After visiting my native home, my brother is now telling that he has forgotten to bring it although i reminded him when he was there. He is telling that he will go to home after 2 weeks and bring it. It is looking like that it may not be true fact. They are trying to force us to go there which we can't do after so many threats.in this situation, i want to inform that if this card has come recently it is ok but if it has come long time back and they were hiding for so long then what should be their's motive. Whatever the situation, we want to state that until we receive it, we should not be responsible if someone misused it. My family members will be responsible for all that.

My grandmother is Central govt. Pensioner. From the previous months Bank officials demanding Aadhar no., so she went to Aadhar Centre on 18.10.2016 her first enrollment no. is 1207/68663/00440 Date 18.10.2016 Time 11.32.09 - it has been rejected. Second enrollment no. is 1207/68663/00482 Date 08.11.2016 Time 17.38.10 it also has been rejected. Again she went and enrolled no. is 1207/68663/00522 Date 21.11.2016 Time 18.15.42, it also has been rejected.
Because of this her pension is pending from the previous months
So please help us

Dear sir, when i check adhaar status it shows no record data found. I had went for adhaar card camp to make a adhaar card for my grand mother on 27/0/16 i received an enrolment no and i was told that the adhaar card will be send via post but till now i havent recieved my adhaar card and when i go to the website and give my enrollment no it shows no data found no records to display i am amaazed below i hve furnished my grandmothers adhaar details. Plz guide me what to do

I am K Chandra Sekhar from Bhubaneswar, Odisha. I wants to update my mobile number to my above said Aadhaar number. While I am trying to update the mobile number in online it has opting for OTP. For that OTP generation I need the mobile number to update in UIDAI portal or near by registered centers o[censored]IDAI. But in our area there is no near by registered centers for UIDAI. So, in that how can I update my mobile number and further details to my above said Aadhaar Number.

I have submitted the update Address and Mobile number request to Banajara Hills, Hyderabad for update the Address as well as the Mobile number with the Gazetted Officers certification and required documents. They have raised the request with URN NO.:-0000/00302/47001 and for Aadhar No.:[protected] exactly one week before. Today while I have checked the status in the residential portal of the UIDAI it shows processed and try to download the e-Aadhar from there. But I Couldnot able to generate the e-Aadhar because OTP which is generating in wrong number. From that we knows that Aadhar number is not updated successfully and how it shown the status processed successfully. While I have asked the same to calling 1947 number o[censored]IDAI CSR team they are giving unsatisfactory and rude answers while I have asking the strongly while mobile number is not updated for generating OTP. They are telling you need again raise for the update or we don't know what happen with that. So, what is the value of sending update request to Hyderabad spoke with that rude CSR guys.

Except this we have also submitted other two request for update the Address as well as mobile number in the same above manner to Hyderabad. But these below request is rejected. we want to know why these below URN requests are rejected and why we again needs to send the documents to Hyderabad for update the same. While I asking the same to the CSR team o[censored]IDAI they don't have any idea and saying again apply freshly. I don't understand what is going on with the UIDAI for update requests.

I got enrolled to get aadhar card but still i did not get it, after approaching to e-mitra, i enrolled again but yet not got it.
I need it everywhere in the school, bank and board of secondary education for rajasthan, for scholarship application form and so many other places.
Please help.

Dear uidai team,

I am trying to change my registered mobile number from last 7 months but every time unable to do that. As you know i can't access my aadhar login without otp and can't change my address or rest of the details.

As the registered mobile number i. E. [protected] is no more with me. So, i tried offline procedure to change my registered mob number. I fill the update request form and send below given address twice but still my registered number not change yet.

The following agency is demanding Rs 150 as aadhar charges. The details of the center is as follows.

The center is permanent and demanding the money on account of aadhar card. And on questioning, they states that it is a private center and is authorized to charge. Also the staff said that we can get the aadhar for free at the Pragati Maidan center. The center demands money for generating the receipt or they simply laminate the card without asking, giving customer no choice to refuse. Most importantly, no receipt is issued for the amount. Officials present at the center on further questioning said that we can apply online and get the things done for free.
I request you to kindly see into the matter as they are exploiting the situation and charging the citizen for no reason.

I have enrolled for aadhar on 29/12/2011 at 12:07:35 pm. enrollment no. is 1190/84145/01131. i have contacted uidai authority several times. but nobody interested to answer me. on the other and my govt. subsidies have been stopped due to non generation of aadhar card bi uidai. i am attaching herewith the acknowledgement receipt of aadhar.

I am akhilesh verma r/o indore m.p.my child was completed age of 5 years recently, so i was goes to your enrollment center for update her biometrics data located at 14, sharma complex, jawahar marg rajmohalla, indore m.p.name of sapna jitendra mawar (location id 232204) person on this center misbehave with mostly customers.

After updating the data she was getting money & not given any receipt of money & aadhar aloso.what is this when aadhaar is free then why he get money.

So i request to you please do the needful as soon as possible.

As the ration shop authorities requires compulsorily original aadhaar card to link with family ration card for distribution of food articles the authorities are not accepting the e-aadhaar letter due to non entry of secrret code in the scanning matter.

Hello Sir/Madam,

I had submitted the request to change the name and address on my Aadhaar Card[protected].

URN [protected] was rejected due to "Invalid Documents"

After some time I again contacted through email they regenerated the Sub case Id :[protected] to resolved the issue.

But I don't know how to track this number and what is the correct status of this request.

My aadhar number is[protected]. I have updated my aadhar number with my mobile number. I have received the confirmation that the same has been updated. After updating i am able to download my e-aadhar card from the web. But when i try to register on common service center it's showing error execption occured 'otp generation failed showing error :811'.
Hope this problem will be resolved.

I have updated aadhar details which was verified but awaiting for approval. The status shows as same since long back. I request you to kindly update it as soon as possible. The status of the urn no. 0000/00266/52115 "your request has been verified and awaiting approval". Kindly let me know if there is anything that can be done.

This is to bring to your notice that there is a serious concern for the system in place to get your queries answered via helpline number or e-mail.

I had placed a request for update in Aadhar data (URN-[protected]) and have been still struggling to get it's status update. The website shows the status as "Waiting for approval" from last 15+ days. I really don't understand how long will it take for getting the approval for supporting documents. I have submitted all the relevant supporting documents (Latest bank statement) in order to update the Aadhar data update (address change).

I called up many times on the helpline number and mailed on helpline mail id ([protected]@uidai.gov.in) to understand the progress and check the status of my update request but to my surprise, this helpline numbers and mail id is just for namesake. Nobody gives you a satisfactory response over the helpline number and immediately disconnects giving some vague reason like "we are facing technical problems, please call later". If you call later you will get same answer. Nobody responds on mail ever.

This is a serious concern from many Indian Citizens who are struggling to get Aadhar or update their Aadhar.

The name of the system is Aadhar but it seems to be "Niraadhar"...!!
