My aadhar number is[protected]. My register mobile number is [protected]. Which is lost more than 6 month. I request on care via call or mail to update my number which [protected]. I complaint multiple time but no one updating my new number ([protected]). I am unable to visit center kindly update my new number [protected] with my aadhar[protected]

    Hi, i requested for an address and phone no. Update from an authorized aadhar center on june 26, 2017.

    Request no. For the same is - 2016/00733/17568, request date 26/06/2017, name - maneesh garg.

    It's about to be a month but my aadhar has not been updated yet. The online system is showing 'request under process' but not giving any tentative date by when it will be updated. I called the customer care number at 1947, but they are also telling me the same thing that it’s under process and not giving me a date when it will be updated. Neither are they registering my complaint about the same issue.

    Kindly get my aadhar updated and provide me at least an online copy with updated details. There are so many important tasks pending due to this. Govt. Should fasten the system when they are making this id so important for everything.
    Attached is the copy of my request acknowledgment slip.

    Did this complaint got resolved, l had also requested for mobile number update online but it's been over 45 days now, they give very lame responses on emails I think uidai authority is poorly managed.

        I am a non-resident indian. I came to india after 2 years and planned to link my mobile with aadhar card for the purpose of e-verifying my income tax return. I visited the suvidha center located at gurdaspur district administration complex multiple time on three consecutive days but job could not be done due to multiple reasons - power outage, staff on lunch break, failure on internet services, staff's log in failure etc. I had to stand in the que for 2-3 hours everyday. It is highly disappointing that we invest in the system that does not work at all or works highly inefficiently. No one ever considers the work hours lost.

          There are many complaints.
          1) their toll-free number 1947 is not working.
          2) they don't reply on [protected]@uidai.gov.in
          3) their employees are not properly qualified to answer a customer.
          4) employees are highly irresponsible.
          5) sometimes, they don't give a receipt.

          My personal experience:
          I paid 70 rupees to gandhinagar, aadhar center for printing my aadhar card after updating on 15th july 2017. I asked them the delivery date and they said, i will get it by monday 17th july. I also said them that i have passport application appointment on 18th and so i need it. They said i will get it by monday for sure. On monday, when i went there, they said it is not printed and i will get on tuesday. Even if i told them that i need it, they assured me that i will get on time. If they would have represented negative possibilities with 0.001%, i would arrange anything else. I took half day leave on tuesday for this and now will have to postpone the application. Who is responsible for this?? This is how government employees are.

          It is an impression of a government job is that people do nothing. If you want to improve this impression, you should have strong complaint resolution board and strong steps to be performed on such employees.

          I am damn sure that none is going to review this complaint. Still writing this in a hope that at least one government employee look at this and think what is should be his/her responsibility.

            I went for aadhar card registration today, all my details had already been registered 2 years back but the card had never been delivered in my house so when i went today they found all my details in the software. The guy took out my aadhar card and chatted rs.100 as fee. Following are the details of the agency -

              We have purchased samsung ref model no-rr20m272zs8 from dealer aditya vision, bailey road, taramandal patna. We have made payment online of amount rs 14500 the invoice no is blr 17/9746 dated 12/06/2017. The vendor has send the refrigerators on 21/06/2017 but when we asked them for installation of it they are not sending anybody to install. We regularly made call on mobile no [protected] but the person is person is saying that he will send some technical person but no body come to install the same. This is very pathetic and poor service that we are not expecting from such a brand company. Kindly look into the matter and sought out our problemn on urgent basis.

                  Dear Sir,
                  My Aadhar Number is[protected] and my pan card is AABPE4857A. I tried to link my aadhar card with pan card so many times but getting the same error as it saying " Aadhar Number is valid but its status is not active. Please try after activation". I already linked the aadhar with bank without problem . Then I changed my aadhar name, date of birth & address to the same as mentioned in Pan Card. Also done the biometric again. But still the result is same . I tried to contact all the helpline numbers of aadhar and pan card. but they didnt give me a proper answer. So please do the needful and requesting you to rectify my problem. I am also submitting the documents with this.

                  I tried to update my pan card details online by submitting aadhar details. but when it come to final authentication it s getting failed due to some error in aadhar. please find the attachment

                  My aadhar no is[protected] i was register csc apply online the otp was not send to my registered id so please solve the problem this message is shown - Exception Occurred - OTP Generation Failed. Aadhaar number does not have both email and mobile - code:112

                    My name is sweta mondal and i am a resident of jamshedpur, jharkhand.
                    I have enrolled and done all necessary procedures for my aadhaar card in 2015, but i still have not received my original aadhaar card. But now even after a gap of 1 year 6 months, i have not received the original card and it has created problem in getting a job. I tried tracking it on the internet and shows it has already been generated with the uid no. I received is[protected]

                    Now, i am facing issues because during job verifications i am asked to present my original aadhaar card, which i have never received till date. Even when appearing for any government job exam, i am asked to present the original aadhaar card. I am facing lot of difficulties because of this issue.

                    Please enquire into this matter. Kindly put a proper enquiry to set the process in line and i may be issued aadhaar card for the registration done. Please communicate me the final result for issue of the aadhaar card.

                      I have update request via post (As mobile numbers were not registered by officials during enrollment) including my family aadhaar update form at given address (Uidai, post box no. 10, chhindwara, madhya pradesh-480001, india) as mentioned on uidai website. However, it has been more than 2 months now since all the supported documents were sent to given address. But no updates/status are received till date.
                      This is causing inconvenience for most of the financial & non-financial activities.

                      On dropping email to "[protected]@uidai.gov.in" there were continuous mails exchanged and final response received is as follows:

                      You can certainly make changes to name, address, gender, date of birth, mobile number and email id you had provided during aadhaar enrolment. You can get information updated in following three ways:

                      1. Online mode through our website (http://resident.uidai.net.in/)
                      2. By visiting any aadhaar kendra (Permanent enrolment centre)
                      3. Send request by post on the below address by enclosing self attested copies of relevant uidai listed proof of identity, proof of address and proof of date of birth documents:
                      A) uidai post box no. 10, chhindwara, madhya pradesh - 480001, india
                      B) uidai post box no. 99, banjara hills, hyderabad - 500034, india.

                      Note: mobile number update is not allowed for requests sent via post.

                          Please Carry out your duties in responsible ways. If you are appointed that means you are to carry out your duties.

                          I have been sending aadhar corrections through post many times for the same aadhar cards and you keep it waste just entering URN?
                          Toll free number is waste of time not working and email support? just a piece of decorations.

                          Here in our state Hardly 2 or 3 enrollment center is provided that also they are just opening 50 slots/day for Enrol/Update. Not done ... They issue forms to just those person they know. Public carry out the line from 5 Am and they are not satisfied.

                          My request to Mr. PM if your people can't provide service well please don't implement such programs. You are just wasting your time and our time.

                            I've recently updated my address details and biometrics in thanjavur collector office through special special camp process. Till now i've didn't get any notifications or mail about that update. Then now, i've checked my details in uidai.gov.in portal by entering enrollment number. It's shows that the aadhar id is invalidated... And then update biometrics in nearest..

                              I have enrolled in to adhar (Enrolment ref: 2052/30576/02010) and received aadhar card bearing number[protected]. Since then, i am trying to use that for several instances like corporate affairs for dpin application, linking at banks with my account, and recently to my pan with incometax dept. But all them failed due to inactive status of my adhar card. When i tried to link it with my pan card at incometax website, it is clearly showing adhar is not active and hence linking got failed. As i am not regularly present locally in india due to my work, i want it to be resolved by uida immediately as my previous visiting again and again to enrollment center did not gave any solution till now. Also, please advise why it is inactive even after successful enrollment.

                                The server o[censored]nique Identification Authority of India is very slow and frequently down, impossible to update and check status from PC. The people of the enrollment centers and other government offices are lazy and do not want to work, they say very openly they have regular money in their account even if they do not work, when i being an educated working middle class person is facing tremendous difficulty in dealing with these government organisations what about the illiterate lower class of people, it must be dreadful for them.

                                  I've applied for name change on aadhar card. After successful application online, i got a sms for urn (Update request number): 0000/00383/18418

                                  Further it doesn't allow me to check the status online with the same urn number. Also when i check the e-aadhar letter it does not reflect the name change update.

                                    My aadhar number is[protected]. I have updated my aadhar number with my mobile number and my email id. I have received the confirmation that the same has been updated. After updating i am able to download my e-aadhar card from web.
                                    But when i try to register on common service center (http://register.csc.gov.in/register/fresh), it is showing error: -

                                    ” exception occurred - otp generation failed. Neither email nor mobile are available - code: 112”.

                                    Hope this problem will be resolved.

                                      Several institutions like Banks are still not aware that the digitally signed e-Aadhar printout even if Black & White on plain paper is as valid as original and with digitally signed copy no separate Aadhar card is required as original per say for verification.

                                      It is the responsibility of the Government and concerned governing bodies like UIDAI to educate all such institutions and make them aware of this requirements.

                                      I recently went to a Bank to complete my KYC and despite of showing print out of digitally signed e-Aadhar the bank official asked for original Aadhar card for verification!!

                                      Moreover the printed Aadhar card is just not received despite it’s over 5 months. There’s no way to track this as it is sent by ordinary post.

                                      Government should have taken initiative to tie up with postal department and voluntarily charge the citizen for registered post charges as optional during Aadhar registration.

                                      Very poorly planned project, just yet another one, as several other poorly planned initiatives in this country.

                                        Hi Tram,

                                        Im writing from indore location where aadhar enrollment center is at LIG Square Indore city. I visit many times to update my aadhar data but every time server is in down state due which many people facing lot of trouble.Application stops and remain in down state for long..We people suffering just to update our single record.we need to stand for long in a queue and server down every now and then dont know why this enrollment center if application not runs.Very bad application and there servers.Desperatley needed some help.
