Folio[protected] amt deposited for period 11.11.2010 to 10.11.2013fdr-b083815client ref = unitech 08042011folio[protected] amt deposited for period 11.11.2010 to 10.11.2013fdr-b083815can u plz tell me what is the procedure of amount refund to get my money backclient ref =unitech 08042011

A sum of rs.50000 was deposited on[protected] and again a sum of rs.100000 was deposited by me on[protected] with the above company as fixed deposits for 3 years. Both the deposits becme due for repayment on
[protected] and[protected] respectively and i surrendered both the deposit receipts (Duly discharged by me) to the fixed deposit division of the company for claiming repayment of the principal amount of rs.150000 and the interest which was due from[protected] by regd. Post (Receipt no: a rn[protected]in)
On[protected]. Till date the company has not paid the maturity amount to me.
Hence the complaint.

I have invested in two FDR with unitech Ltd

one FDR no. 1246261 maturing in 06.11.2014,
Period from 7.11.13 to 6.11.14 & rate of interest 11.5%.
Invested amount 30000 & maturing amount 33638

Another FDR no.1207026 maturing in 17.01.2016 .
Period from 17.01.13 to 17.01.16 & rate of interest 12.5%
Invested amount 25000 and & maturing amount 36304

I had invested rs 30000 with unitech fd by the name of my mother paramjit kaur.
I had done investment in 2010. Sorry condition of mine is i lost the fd. But i have pan number of my mother. I had invested through cheque. Customer care number are closed. I try to reach the gurgoan office but that is also closed. Guide me what to do now or forward my complaint please

I have deposited 60000 rupees as fixed deposit under unitech fd (Fd no[protected] scheme for period of 1 years. Though the maturity date was 4/dec/2014 still they haven't paid the principal amount of 60000 rupees. When i tried to contact them no one is picking the call. I also sent a mail complaining the non payment still no reply was there from their side.

I had placed rs. 30000 in fd o[censored]nitech company ltd. Fd has matured way back in 2015. One letter was received telling 50% of money will be returned after 15 months and rest amount will be given in installments. Till date not a single penny has been received from the company. The company is playing with the hard earn money of individuals. The depositors money is being used by the company's directors for their wealth creation.

Dear sir/ madam,

I have also not received re-payment of my principal or interest from unitech fd long after maturity. This is even after several calls, emails and meetings. Please help me recover this amount. It is a very big part of my savings and i am desperate to get it back. Look forward to your support.

We have made complaint earlier but so far we have not received money on invested amount from unitech. We have the ack. Of our letters to unitech with copy of fds sent to make payment. Unitech does not respond.
The origninal receipts are held by us as unitech was not making payments. We would like to deal the matter thu you. Please advise when we can forward the fds to you so that we can get our invested amount.

There after nothing is received by her.
Even company is not giving reply to the email sent to her.
Kindly guide me so that my mother might not loose her invested money

I alka rakesh shukla want to raise a complant against the unitech company for not refunding my principal amount of rs.25000.00 and interest of the same till date. My fdr number is 1242931 and folio number is 1250670 dated 18.10.2013. Maturity date was 18.10.2014.

You are requested to do needful. I have tried to contact to the company but they are not responding.

Dear sir,

I am having fixed deposit o[censored]nitech ltd rs.25000.00 dated 18.10.2013 with fdr no. 1242931 and folio number is 1250670. Maturity date of this fixed deposit was 18.10.2014 but till date, i have not received money back to me with the interest. I am very small person hence very need of money always.

Sir you are request to do needful and update to me about this matter.

The undersigned made fixed deposits of ₹500000 /(five lacs) ie. 1+1+1+2 lacs with unitech fixed deposit division bearing fdrs no. 1241130, ---32, ---33 & 1239701 respectively. However, after maturity dates ie.[protected] for first three &[protected] for fourth One, no amount has been delivered by unitech limited (fixed deposit division) Gurgaon, Haryana. I have dropped one registered letter on dated[protected] the same was received by co on dated[protected]. but no response given by co. I am Sr. Citizens of India & needs money for so many things like medical expenses and so on. The company is not responding at all. Hence requesting /reporting to you for early resolution. I am usha tripathi. I had opened fixed deposit in your company for rs. 1, 00, 000/- in 2013 for 3 years. Non receipt of fd principal and interest from unitech limited

My name is mantri hina karimi and i have deposited rs:25, 000/- in fd with unitech limited in 2013 towards fd for 3 years period which matured in 2016 (Fd no. 1232236). However, i have not received any payment till date. Kindly update with latest situation to us in following address:

Sir/madam, we invested an amount of rs 38000/ in fixed deposit with unitech group vide fdr no.1232914 dated 12.08.2013 in the name of smt sarla devi joint with sukhveer singh. It was maturing on 05.08.2016. The original receipt with application was accordingly submitted to the financial manager to the scheme, m/s j m financial services limited on 27th july 2016 with necessary formalities. The receipt of the original document/receipt was acknowledged on the copy of fdr and application.
It is very painful to mention here that still neither the money nor any response is received from the company.
We request you to kindly help us to get maturity value with interest applicable from july 2015. We are attaching the copy of documents for ready reference.
After retirement from service our address has changed from
68 sabarigiri, anushaktinagar, mumbai 400094 to new address as given below.

I have invested 1 lakh in fixed deposit o[censored]nitech ltd. Maturity is due on 13.10.2014 and i had sent original fd papers with discharge for payment of maturity amount rs. 112126/- through registered post no ed[protected]in on 30.09.2014. This was delivered to fd office gurgaon on 07.10.2014.

Despite of hundreds of reminder through mail at fd office, gurgaon and also at registered office at saket delhi till day i have not got my maturity. I am also called hundreds of time to these offices and attending person always replied that unitech stopped the payment of fd hence you will not get the maturity amount.

My maturity amount is pending to unitech since 13.10.2014 and for that amount i am also losing further interest.

Unitech ltd is making a financial fraud and cheating to its' fd holders.

I am also getting information from different media that unitech is making payment but with cheery picking, i[censored]nitech had made any payment for fd after 10/2014 (Date of my papers deposit) then this also an serious irregularity on the part o[censored]nitech.

I have made f. D.in unitech limited, details are given below:-

I stay near a construction site in uniworld city newtown kolkata. I am unable to sleep at night due to this loud noise of jcb working continuously after 10 pm until 3 am in the morning. The noise is very very loud and hampers everyone's sleep. Please put a stop to this as it is hampering health of every individual staying in the vicinity as everybody is loosing on valuable sleep time. It's everyone's right to get sleep between 10pm to 6am to maintain a healthy lifestyle. And this guys are least bothered about it. This work is happening near fresco tower 7, 8, 9, 10 in uniworld city. Kindly help us to stop this work at night time.

I am rajani. I had opened fixed deposit in your company through bajaj capital, for rs. 2, 00, 000/- in 2013 for 3 years with compounded interest rate - 12.5%. I've submitted matured fixed deposit certificates duly signed at bajaj capital's office. But till date, i have not received principal as well as interest amount for all these many years. Please look into the matter & do the needful so that i will get the amount at the earliest, it is our hard earned money n depended on small savings for daily bread.
