I have two fds bearing no-1249793 and 1244467 which has already matured since long. Nobody from the company responding to my appeal and calls. Plshelp me to get the matured amount so that i can meet my son's marriage expense. I have already knocked the door of company officials, but no response. I have called to their office several times, no body lifting the phone.. I am in urgent need of the fund. Pls. Guide me to get the amount.

Dear unitech,

I had invested rs 2 lakh on 28th march 2013 for three years. I have still not received my money back. My fd number is 1213007. Please tell me when my money will be released. Whatsapping on the given number on https://fd.amicusunitech.in/HomePage is not helping as no one responds. Please respond to this complaint.

This is regarding settlement of maintanence charges of our flat in uniworld garden 2. It is to state that property was delivered to us over year and a half later than the issuance of possession letter. Thus maintanence becomes due from february 2019 onwards, whereas charges have been levied on us much earlier. Although we were assured that unitech will not charge maintanence for the delayed delivery period, but nothing has been done in this regard. Please resolve this asap.

I had invested 1 lakh Rupees in your fixed deposit scheme on 21.10.2013 for three year. And the interest rate was 12.50%. Unitech paid me only 7250 Rupees as Interest. After that company stopped to pay my interest.

After three years I submitted the FDR duly signed by me and handed over to Unitech House L, Block, South city On 14.11.2016. I have been waiting for my check for two year.

So I request you to send my cheque as soon as possible!

I have paid the full amount of the flat in 2016. Did not get the possession of the flat which was to be given handover at the end of 2016. I am an nri staying in usa and need the flat for my parents. I have visited the place last year and even my parents have recently gone there to see the progress. There's no work happening on tower 10 and only the plastering has been done from outside. I am going to contact a lawyer to fight my case and get me compensation or provide me a finished apartment of the same size in the same community.

Hi, i have booked an apartment in uniworld city - unitech in 2006. This project was never started by the company & in turn after lot of follow-up they promised swapping my booking to habitat project & the expected handing over was in 2010. Till date i have neither the apartment in hand nor they return the paid amount. I have paid almost close to 95% of the due amount.
Kindly advise what action can be done against them. What is the role of government departments in this case as how they can protect us & our money against such open loot or government is just the parasites that has the right to take the taxes on each of our paid installments to the builder but in case of problems leave the public high & dry without help.

Hi team, we have got the possession on feb 2014 and we are continously following up for the water logging & seepage issue in the basement & lift issues but there are no revert from unitech team. We are living in such a high risk that base structure is totally damaged at tower 5 due to seepage. Recently two building collapse at greater noida & ghaziabad still there is no proactive actions from unitech. Main issues are: 1) basement structure & lifts totally damaged due to continuous water logging and seepage. This is due to incomplete work from the unitech project team. I don't know how they get clearance on project with incomplete work from authority, is there are no quality checks? 2) we are living at 11th floor & we are constant issues of lifts, and we are struggling like anything. My mother is 70 years old and because of this she can't step out of the flat. My wife has medications going on, for frequent visits to doctor we have to use stairs which is really difficult to manage now. Safety issues: lift has no alarm operational nor any rescue intelligence. If someone get stuck inside the flat he can be only heard is someone near lobby, the person can die due to suffocation & fear. There are no guards in tower 5. The base structure & lifts structure also getting damaged due to continuous water logging & seepage. Please refer the attachments.

Fraud by unitech

I had booked a 3bhk flat in unihomes 2 tower h in 2012. Not only have we paid approx. 50% but, when i have called the unitech reps, they are not responding but in reality, till date no action of construction started.

This is a shameless act of fraud cheating the common man who have invested their hard earned money.
I would like to have buyers from g&h tower to come on a common ground to file legal cases against unitech asap.

With cm adityanath's warning to these corrupt builders in noida, we can hope to see some movement however, we must too act on our own to keep the pressure. We have lost lots of money that is paid in interest to banks, or money that could have been sitting in some other investment instrument and produced returns.

The company has not completed the construction of flats. More than 6 years passed. No work on site for last many years.70%payment made.
How to get refund. Is any petition made in any court. It is learnt some cases have been filed by some groups.

I have made fixed deposits also. F. D s. We're for 3years term. More than 2 years have passed after date of maturity but there is no response from the company.

This is with reference to my earlier letter dated 13.10.2016 & 6.12.2016 regarding the discharge certificate for account no.1247786 vide receipt no.1233846 sent to you vide speed post receipt no. Ei[protected]in dated 01.08.2016 for repayment of fixed deposit amount of rs.80, 000/- alongwith interest on maturity.
It is to inform you that the aforesaid fixed deposit in the aforesaid account number has matured and i had sent the discharge certificate duly stamped and signed, to unitech ltd. Fixed deposit division, gurgaon.
Though a period of 10 months are over, the aforesaid amount has not been received by me till date. As i am in urgent need of the aforesaid amount for paying my childs college fee, i may kindly be paid the amount urgently.

Unitech group is a fraud company. It had raised money from many investors through fixed deposit and did not return the same on maturity. I am also victim of this fraud company. I had invested rs. 50000/- in august-2013 for 1 year. At the time of maturity unitech paid me the interest amount but did not pay principal amount. My fd number is: 1233710 and account number is: 1247679. I made several follow-ups but no response was received. The agent through whom i had invested told me that the case is going on in the court and it will take time to get the money back. I can not understand how should i get my money back from unitech. Nobody is responding and even government is also not interfering in the matter. I had also written to rbi and national company law tribunal (New delhi) but all are the show piece in the country. Nobody helped me out to get the money. I want my money back.

Dear, i am a buyer on an apartment in Unitech heights Tower 10 in New Town Kolkata. The original date of possession was in 2014, but that date kept moving. Now after recent changes in their management, Unitech doesnot respond to our calls or emails and gives a very vague response to a date of possession. We stay outside of Kolkata for employment reasons. The last time we visited Kolkata (August 2017), the construction on the tower was stopped. On asking a reason, they mentioned that there is a change in the funding agency and the work should resume by December 2017. Since then there has been no update on the construction or on possession timelines. We have paid the whole of our bank loan. Kindly help !

This letter is in regards to the refund of the following
Apartment - 0001, floor 00, tower a1 in unihomes3. (Customer code no - ue2029)
According to the letter dated 14/03/2017, ref: ul:red:nrrsn 181463 we were offered the above apartment in place of our previous allotment i. E. - unit no 0902 tower-b4 in unitech residencies sector 117, noida (U. P.) =
(Customer code - rsn0393).
The original allotment date was supposed to be 19/10/2012.
We have been very patient since 2012 and as we got an allotment letter ref:ul:red:nrue:184502 on 17/11/2017, we were promised by your employees -

That we will get the possession within 6months from 17/11/2017, but there is no noticeable progress in that matter, and the above mentioned employees have clearly stated that they are not getting their salaries from unitech, and therefore they are not liable for any further responsibility.
Since these employees have denied to assist us, and we have been repeatedly lied to and taken for granted from many years now, the trust in your company has finally been taken away by such actions.
Therefore, this is a kind notice and request that we no longer want to continue with the property, so we are looking for a refund of our total amount =
With interest within 5 working days, otherwise we have to file a petition in consumer court against the company.
