I would like to inform you that my account was debited 3 times yesterday, 28/05/2019 for rs.23.60/- each amounting to rs.70.80 & rs.23.60/- today, 29/05/2019. The total amount stands to rs.94.40/-, i request you to kindly refund the same immediately.
Please look into the matter and do the needful immediately.

I inform you that my account No is[protected], I payment irtc Tricket 06/06/2019 of Rs 377.78 my Atm card MODE. BUT this Payment does not successful. but my account devided of this Rupee of my account.

I've tried to complete the transaction and the payment gateway failed. I don't as continuously calling the customer care number and there is no response.

I want to know where exactly the amount got stuck.

Please respond with more details.

I don't understand what is the use of customer care number when no-one is responding.
