I don’t know how many mails i should be typing to get my hard earned money back. Some flashback about the things that happened and the purpose of the e-mail: i hold a current account[protected] of proplus logics business in united bank of india, saibaba colony branch, coimbatore. Few unauthorized atm withdrawals / debits occurred on the 26th july 2018 at 11:55 pm in my account. An amount of rs.80, 207/- (Eighty thousand two hundred and seven) was debited from my account. The withdrawal was done as 8 transactions each rs.10, 000 + bank charges rs.23. The next day morning (27th july, 2018) i rushed to the bank to report the fraudulent transactions and gave written complaint about the same and blocked the debit card. The card details and the pin weren’t shared to anyone.

According to the rbi’s notification, the customer is said to be zero liable under the condition “third party breach where the deficiency lies neither with the bank nor with the customer but lies elsewhere in the system, and the customer notifies the bank within three working days of receiving the communication from the bank regarding the unauthorised transaction.” and it is also said that “on being notified by the customer, the bank shall credit (Shadow reversal) the amount involved in the unauthorised electronic transaction to the customer’s account within 10 working days from the date of such notification by the customer (Without waiting for settlement of insurance claim, if any)”

But the money is not refunded yet nor is any action taken for the money loss from the bank side. The bank doesn’t fail to debit money for maintenance charges or ledger charges or whatsoever charges but why the action not been taken for this case. A police complaint also has been raised for the same. What more is expected from my side to get the money back? Should the bank be blamed or the government is blamed?

Due to the loss of money, the company underwent a huge loss. The company was not able to credit salary for the people working. Who will pay for the loss? The person whoever is reading the e-mail, for you this 80, 000 rupees may appear to be very petty. But for a startup company like mine is huge money. Where can a common man, middle class person keep the money safe? At home or in office? Scared of thieves.in banks! Worst. Petrified of fraudulent transactions!! This is the state of digital india where prime minister shri. Narendra modi pushes for less cash economy.

If the bank officers / manager is called, they says that they are busy with audits, closing statements and what not. Are we free here the full time to disturb them? I run a company and i have more responsibilities to look over. Agreed that they are busy but does not have time to look into the case. This also is part of their duty. As per the latest communication from the bank, they said that it is waiting for their md’s signature and should be receiving it by feb 28th 2019. No response after that. How long should i wait for my money. It is close to a year now. Still haven’t got my money. What more should i do? Bank doesn’t even give a minimum safety to the money deposited. Then what is the need for maintenance charges?

    Today, evening I have done two online transactions using PhonePe.
    The bank deducted extra amount during those transactions.

    It is happening for many times till now.

    Today, I have done two transactions which are 18 and 10; and the ban deducted 21 and 13.
    Every time 3 rupees is extra deducted by the bank.

    Please take necessary steps regarding this matter and kindly inform me what's the actual matter.

    I made a payment of rupees 961/- on dated 15/04/2019 from freecharge through my debit card...but afterthat...in some unavoidble circumstances freecharge initiated refund of rupees 961/-...in my savings a/c:[protected]...but i still not recieved it in my acoount...so pls credit my money into my account

      Pls reply... And i had also mentioned my mothers name, ac no, bank name, branch and mobile number

        My name is krishnasish mondal, i have an account in united bank of india bank, my a/c no. Is.[protected], atm card no.[protected], branch name-sarisha (West bengal), branch code-ssh044, ifsc code. Utbi0ssh044.
        On 12/04/2019 when i visited at my nearest axis bank atm (Id. Cpcn25936) in sonarpur (West bengal) for withdrawing amount of rs.6000/-, i insert my debit card in to the atm machine and press the withdrawn amount and debit card pin, machine takes some times and then pop up in to my phone message from bank that your ubi ac xx1716 is debited by rs.6000.00 on.[protected]:38:23, and shown at the atm screen that your transaction failed, but cash is not dispensed from atm machine, and also there is no transaction slip came out. And then i take print a mini statement there from another atm machine. I have attached this in below for your reference.

        Let me show you what i'll do now. What i'll get back the same amount money in to my a/c and how many days takes for this work??

          Noticed that i was charged extra ₹3 for every transaction i make with UPI transaction (Google Pay).
          I am receiving two sms per transaction.
          Example -
          One sms says the original amount that is getting deducted through transaction.
          Another sms says the original amount + ₹3 deducted.
          Please clarify the reason.

          On 2nd march, I made a payment on online product buying in Flipkart. 2 times it showed error but afterwards I receive a message 2 times deducting the amount 2 times. When I contacted Flipkart customer service they said amount is not received by them neither the order confirmed.plz help for the same.

                This is to bring to your notice that an amount of 6 rupees is deducted from my UBI account for every transaction that is made using Google Pay. I have noticed this since December 2018. This was not the case earlier. As far as I know UPI payments do not levy any charges made through google pay. Recently whatever transactions are being made using google pay, an amount of 6 rupees deducted and there is also no details on the amount 6 rupees that is being deducted in the transaction details. For example: If I make a payment of 2000 rupees..It would display in the transaction detail as 2006 rupees without giving any details on the transaction of 6 rupees deducted.

                On 13.04.2019 at 7.45pm i transferred amount Rs.400/- through Google pay. suddenly the said amount deducted from my account no.                   Sir on 5/4/2019 i tried to make payment through my ubi debit card through on line mode. Balance rs500/- debited from my account but trasanction was failed.4 days passed, till now my account has not been credited. So how can i get back my money? So please take necessary steps regarding my complaint so that i will get my money back. My self kalyani mohanty a ubi customer.

                            Ihave paid wbsedcl energy bill of rs.2053.38/-, through billdesk payment gateway but transaction is not successful, it's showing that digital txn failed goo. Gl/4g2ww3. The amount of rs.2053.38/-has been debited form my a/c[[protected] ifsc-utbi0shnc97). My customer id is[protected] in shyamnagar ss. But the pyment gateway don’t make payment success. Please let me know how i can get refund or payment conformation against the above.
                            Therefore, i request you to take necessary steps and arrangement for this same. And refund my moneyto the said account.

                              A wbsedcl office executive exam (Vide notification no. Mpp/2018/05) fee challan containing the wbsedcl receipt and applicant receipt has been lost in a case of robbery. Please help me issue a duplicate challan at the earliest so that i could write the exam, as production of the original challan is compulsory to sit for the exam. The examination fee of rs. 300 had been submitted at the vip road branch o[censored]nited bank of india, with a transaction id s16691465 with the branch sol id being 0820.

                              Please help at the earliest. A general diary has also been registered with the baguiati police station in accordance with this.

                                Respected Banker,

                                Here I am writting as I am facing serious issues with bank's IFSC code. It is very difficult to differenciate between zero and o in your IFSC code. I am an account holder of Purulia Branch(WB) and have faced issue with this code. I tried to call customer care but i get no reply. So, my complaint is either you print the IFSC code in letters or upgrade your helpline numbers. Because in this busy schedule of life it is not really convenient to visit the branch always.

                                I am facing serious problem... Extra Rs 3 is being deducted for every transaction from last 2 to 3 Months on UPI payment through PayTM & PhonePe. Please solve the issue.

                                    I am to inform you that I am
                                    a Retd. WBCS officer and a customer of your bank . Me and my wife both are Senior citizens and presently ill .
                                    I providing my ATM card to daughter for last 10 days to withdraw cash . But the ATM bellow UBI, Beliaghata branch, Kolkata - 700015, is out of order for last 10 days . My daughter visited the Manager earlier when he told her to come with a cheque and withdraw cash from their branch . But when today my daughter went to him with my signed cheque the Manager and Dy Manager refused to provide her any cash by saying that my account does not belong to their branch . Again they told that I or my wife will have to come personally to withdraw cash from my own account . Their behaviour was also very rough. It didn't look like that they are capable of any public dealings . They are trying to work as less as possible. How can a ATM be out of order for 10 consecutive days ? What action the Manager has taken and what is the outcome of that ?
                                    I send my daughter to withdraw my hard-earned cash from my own account, why did the Manager and Dy Manager behaved like my daughter is begging for money from . Even if she requested to show her Government ID card they refused . Instead the Manager told her to leave his chamber.
                                    What kind of misbehaviour is this ?
                                    Are you entitled to insult your customers like this ?
                                    I request you to take proper action against the Manager and the Dy Manager for this and regularise the customer service of your branch .

                                      Bolpur station road branch (West bengal) o[censored]nited bank of india is not forwarding my application of pradhaan mantri awas yojna, though i have submitted the form along with requisite documents to the. Bank in june 2017. I have built a home in my hometown bolpur. My bank told me that i might get financial assistance from pradhan mantri awas yojna so i submitted the form to get financial help from the pradhan mantri awas yojna. But the bank is not forwarding my caseeto the higher authorities. Vu

                                        On18th march2019 i tried to make payment to purchase some product from amazon.com but could not fulfill the transaction but amout of rs.468.99 (Order no[protected] &[protected] had been deducted two times from my account no[protected] and the same (Rs. 468.99) happend on 19/03/19 (Order no 403_[protected] while trying to purchase the same product. So the total deducted amount is rs (468.99×3)=1406.97. Please take necessary action
