Amount of rs 384 is claimed to be refunded by amazon but it is not credit to my account number.

The authorization code (Refund reference number) for this transaction is[protected].

So when i will get my money back in my account. Its urgent. It has been many days done. They told me that amount will refect by 25-04-19 but till now i did not recieved my amount...

Why rs 3 is deducted everytime from my account for any transaction made through upi. Sometimes for bigger transaction rs 6 is deducted. Kindly urgently address to this matter. Because ubi is deducting a lot of money. Even for recharge purpose or transfer amount of 5000 they deduct 50006 or for him recharge of 399 they deduct 402. If this continues then i will not continue my account in ubi. Because payment through upi is not chargeable as...

I was raising the money but due to the departure of the money, the money did not go but the money was taken from my account, but after complaining to the bank, I did not take any compliance even after complaining and i did not return the money within seven days.that my money was returned...

Payment made to bsnl on 07/05/2019 vide transaction details - ubp/xfer/[protected] amounting to rs 36 was not successful and message received through registered mobile no -[protected] regarding the disputed transaction reporting but the amount have been deducted from my above-said account.
So it is requested to refund the amount of rs-36 and oblige...

I have been facing problem of deducting money on my savings account while doing transaction through upi money transfer since last three months. As per govt. No tax for upi transaction. Each time i make a transaction through upi, united bank of india charges extra ₹3 per transaction. I have already lost more than 50 rupees in this issue. As far as i know upi is totally free to use. I have mailed ubi to solve this issue, but no reply.
I am really fed up with their service. Even today they charged me 103 rupees for a 100 ruoees transaction.

Please help me solve this issue as soon as possible....

Submitted a cheque to ubi panihati branch on monday @10 am. Ideally it should get credited by that day. Today i visited the branch and they told it will be done by today only. Still it's not happened. It was very urgent to get the amount.
I wonder how this kind of service a government bank can provide. Minimum seriousness is expected. Now some very important plan of me got cancelled due to the irresponsibility of bank....

I haven't received my refund money, where the refund was completed by the seller & e-commerce website. After i try to contact with customer care service but the ph no. Is not working, these all are fake ph no. So immidiately resolved my issue & give original customer care ph no to the customer. I warn you that i give you 4 days, otherwise i will complain on high court about united bank of india....

I minakshi basu, holding a savings account in your bank (A/c:[protected]... I booked two movie tickets through paytm with my debit card of rupees 275.60/-... On 24/04/19.. Under cancelletion protection... But after that i cancelled my tickets and paytm said that they are credited the amount in my source account... But my amount of rupees 225/- not credited in my account... So pls credit the amount as early as possible...

From last six months i (Debjani sasmal, an icds employee) applied a loan to mugberia ubi branch. I met with the respective manager almost seven to eight times. But he did not take any action. I have recharged rs.10 to my mobile number using paytm. I used bhim upi option in paytm app for completing my transaction. Then i completed the transaction using google pay upi app. I see that extra rs.3 was charged from my account with rs.10 (Rs.13) debited from my account. This is not fare. Other bank not charging for completing transaction using upi. But united bank of india is charging rs.3 for every transaction while using third party...

I have noticed nowadays that whenever am using my united bank of india account from phonepe each time using it is deducting extra rs. 3 over the particular amount. But while using sbi account for paying amount this is not happening.. Bank should inform us about this matter and look after this problem of deduction. They are giving no information at all. So what is the reasond behind it....
