I had send money of amount rs100 on 10 april 2020 from my registered mobile number [protected] to [protected] from amazon pay upi sevices
I call on amazon customer and they said to call you but due to covid19 your customer services is not open
They give me reference id number[protected] to refund me bank and cancel that transaction.
Sir/ma'am i am requesting you to please transfer the money to respective user or send me back my money

    My name is Golam Gous, an account holder o[censored]nited Bank of India Suri, West Bengal branch.
    8th April I was Widwrow Rs. 2500 from a swip machine, but suddenly my transaction is failed and debited from my account & still I am not refund my dispute transaction, due to lock down situation I can't visit my home branch for dispute log, aside I many times try to call customer care but not receive any calls due to covid 19.

    So it's my humble request to please look into this and refund my Rs. 2500 in immediately.

            I have aacount no[protected] in united bank faridabad branch sec 55, i deposited cheque no 000919 before 7 days in sec 55 faidabad branch but bank employee not submitted the cheque and till now i don't have money in my account. How to i manage i don't have money should i comaplin to rbi.
            As a government rule cheque is going for clearing but bank is not sending the cheque for clearence kindly take action against for bank and inform me

              I accidentally hotlisted my united bank of india debit card through call as i was trying to reach the customer care executive for some other reason but unfortunately i hotlisted my ubi card.
              Therefore i kindly request you to unblock my ubi debit card so that i can do further transaction through this card.

              And if that is not possible at all then kindly close the debit card services of my united bank of india savings account as it is very difficult and risky for me to go outside and visit the branch when there is virus like corona is spreading all the way.

              I don't want any charges to be deducted from my account for debit card services anymore.

                I got refund from amazon of rs 232/- two times means total amount of rs 464/- and rs 299/- from flipkart. But, the issue is that i didn't received any of the amount in my bank account yet. Amazon and flipkart both are saying that they already processed the refund to my account. Since then there is no update in my savings balance.
                I kindly request you to please credit the balance to my account as soon as possible.

                My transaction is failed but Rs. 2307 amount deducted from my account while I brought some medicine from Apollo pharmacy and using my ATM card for payment but transaction is failed.

The amount was deducted from my account at that time, but the transaction was not processed.                     Myself suvrojit bhattacharyya having account no[protected] o[censored]nited bank of india did a quick fund transfer to soumyadeep ghosh account no[protected] o[censored]nited bank of india but 4000/ was debited from my account on 25.03.2020 but money was not received by soumyadeep.                       Myself suvrojit bhattacharyya made a quick transfer of amount 4000/- to soumyadeep ghosh . but still the amount was not credited to soumyadeep . Transaction detals TRTR/[protected]/ 25-03 and also money was not return back to me also. so my request to u to refund the 4000- to my debit account if any problem occur during transaction.

                          I had done one online shopping (Amazon) of amount 3001 rs during november. Due to some damage i had to return the product. I had requested for the refund of the amount to my ubi account. According to the shopping site the account was to be refunded on 26/11/19 (Refund reference number for the transaction is[protected].) but the amount was not refunded. I again put up a complain (Complaint number is: 1-[protected]). I was told the money will be refunded by 1/01/2020. But it didnot happened. I again put up a complain (Complaint number is: 1-[protected]). I was again told the money will be refunded by 28/01/20. Today is 30/01/20, the money is still not refunded.
                          I will be highly obliged if you look in the matter and consider it as soon as possible.

                                  When i am trying to send money to someone or trying to recharge using upi my transaction was failed or seeing heavy traffic on your bank server.. It is very annoying... Still today i am send money to someone at 4 hours ago and this is processing still now... Very disappointed..                                   I buyed a product from Amazon and i returned it. I selected my account to obtain the refund . My product wast returned on 23rd feb and refund was issued . Amazon got the product by 26th feb and till now i haven't received my refund.

                                      My account number is[protected] with united bank of india, khalisani branch. I have tried to recharge a bsnl mobile today (06.03.2020) with rs. 88/-, but the recharge failed and my said account has been debited with rs. 88/-. Transaction description is bsnlpre/[protected]. So please arrange to refund the amount to my said account as early as possible.

                                      On 13feb2020 at after that message has come that ur accnt was debited of Rs 120 for this CPH/MMS charges I even dont know what this charges is but everytime this bank is doing such type of nuisance. Please help me and refund the amount.
