5000 Amount debited but credit not received....

I was supposed to get a refund of ₹1699 credited in my account by 15th april 2020 but i didn’t get it. When i contacted amazon they said the refund has been successfully processed to the bank and ubi gave them the refund reference number too which is #202996. They said to contact my bank and track the refund from the reference number. But the pathetic customer care of bank denied to help that i have to visit my bank branch where after...

I want explanation about the charge deduction from my account on

Amazon India refunded (reference no[protected] & 75260820094039271912381) rs 1100 & rs.325 on 03/04/2020 and 02/04/2020 .But unfortunately the amount has not been credited till date. to my bank account.please take immediate steps so that I can get my refund amount asap....
