I was about to withdraw 10000 from my neighbor SBI ATM however the transaction has been declined.
After sometimes I got a SMS that my 10000 has been debited

Doing two recharge on 11/05/2020 of Rs-600/-(300+300) via upi and debit card for Zing dish recharge on website named

I am Satya Brata Dutta Roy aged 76 years old and staying alone at Bani Bhavan, Bank Chatra road. Chochbehar, West Bengal. I am a pension holder. Today dated 5th May, 2020, in the morning a fraud person Ujjal Mukherjee (as displayed in true caller) Mobile [protected], The caller pretended to be a bank representative or someone from the bank’s technical team. The caller sounded very professional and provided a convincing reason for calling the customer. Father didn’t doubt anything& gave cards details. The fraudster took Rs 43, 600 from two United Bank of India accounts and it transferred to Nearbuy India Pvt Ltd . Being a pension holder and alone, coming from a very modest background, i am feeling very low& devastated.

I spoke to my son in laws in Kolkata immediately. The person tried to convince that they are coming from Sarat Bose branch o[censored]BI and they are trying to transfer the funds to the accounts from where the amount got transferred.

This is dangerous racket. Please immediately involve.

I (Lakshi kanta mazumder) have paid for the order on 27th april 2020 & cancelled it instantly... But the money of rs. 1055 is not yet refunded in my account... Amazon has processed it on 27th april itself... But united bank of india jodhpur park is not helping me in hhis issue... Kindly look into it

5000 Amount debited but credit not received.

I was supposed to get a refund of ₹1699 credited in my account by 15th april 2020 but i didn’t get it. When i contacted amazon they said the refund has been successfully processed to the bank and ubi gave them the refund reference number too which is #202996. They said to contact my bank and track the refund from the reference number. But the pathetic customer care of bank denied to help that i have to visit my bank branch where after 2-3 staffs told me they have no idea about it and then finally the head staff said that there is no refund and i dont know what this reference number is supposed to do.
Really? United bank of india? Are the staffs this dumb to not know what a reference number provided by the bank does? If you think i’m going to let the refund go and not go after it then you’re wrong, i’ll complaint everywhere until i get my refund back

I want explanation about the charge deduction from my account on

Amazon India refunded (reference no[protected] & 75260820094039271912381) rs 1100 & rs.325 on 03/04/2020 and 02/04/2020 .But unfortunately the amount has not been credited till date. to my bank account.please take immediate steps so that I can get my refund amount asap.

Through my mobile i tried to lodge complaint (Goo. Gl/4g2ww3), but every time it shows "something error occured. Try again, "

This customer withdrawal rs 5000 from my csp but the amount was not credited to our csp portal and after the transaction was failure the amount is not refunded yet to the customer account. Pls refund the amount soon.

And told me to fill charge dispute form but united bank of india doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent as i did not get my money.
