Sir, I SANKAR KUMAR SARDAR entered my UBI ATM card to BANK OF INDIA ATM machine at Baruipur to with draw cash two times 10, 000 and 10, 000 total = 20, 000 but no cash notes out comes/received on 01/03/2020 time 18:31:51, 18:35:51 and see the balance of bank reduced. So I request you please solve my problem and return back my amounts . UBI A/c no[protected], IFSC- UTBI0SNP919, MICR[protected], BSR - 0310151
Ref No. [protected]
I had lodge the compliant for withdrawing amount from ATM but payment not received, after 10 days still not reverse my amount.

Our home branch manager also speak rudely and cant talk with us.
home branch not support us please help to reverse the amount 5000 immediately
On 03.03.2020.I have transfered money from my UBI account[protected] IFSC UTBI0SAB969 toState Bank of India through UPI address...but This money status is debited but not credited in my account...so what should I do?
Please do something...as soon as possible...thanks.

      Yesterday, i made some transaction from my another bank account to my UBI account and those got credited. But today suddenly those amounts got deducted from my UBI account without any transaction.

        Please refund that amount and please cancel the scheme if is deducting from any scheme.

          I had done a transaction of rs1000 on 7jan 2020 8.50pm via phone pe. The amount is debited from my account but doesn't credited to the receiver's account. Receiver lodge a complaint to his bank (Hdfc), they told to contact with sender's bank..

          Receiver get a transaction successful massage from phone pe on 16jan.. But amount doesn't credited... Please look after this complaint

            I have make a payment in amazon thrugh my bhim upi which is added whit union bank of india. I ordered a cod item on that time i made this payment thru bhim upi. But the payment was not received and money was deducted from my account after that i made the payment thru cash. And i was waiting for the refund which i made thtu bhim app. But still today the money has not refunded. I have contacted with amazon but they are saying that particular bhim payment was not completed and United bank of india i informed that the payment has been completed so where is my money.

M from her sbi account via paytm upi app and the amount is already deducted from her account but somehow it has not been reflected in my ubi account no.[protected].. What is wrong with united bank of india? Is the server down? It's and emergency so please work on this issue as soon as possible.

                I had order a stuff form amazon but unexpectedly i did not recieve my stuff so i claim for my refunding process on 29/1/2020 but till now the amount is not yet reflected in my account (Ubi). Today i call to customers care (Amazon), they told that the ammout is already refunded form the site of amazon but not from bank. So they told to file a charge dispute form so as to get your ammout in my account.
                So kindly concern to my problems and i want my ammout as soon as possible.

Amazon sent a message of refunding the said amount on 04.02.2020 refund id no.[protected]. Sorry to say the refund is not credited to my said savings a/c till date.

                          I haven't receive my refunded amount which is 1565rs from irctc. I want to my issue get solve as soon as possible. On 10th feb i booked one ticket via phone pe of 1810rs through my debit because of some reason i cancelled my ticket then 1565rs supposed to be refunded.. Till now i haven't received my refund.. I contact phone pe support also they told me that refund is successful form phone pe side you have to contact your bank..

                            The payment has been failed during an online transaction on paytm, but the amount was deducted from my account, but paytm says we have already refund amount to the bank but i have not received my money till now.

                                So here is the situation i spoke with a very nice rep before my payment was due and explain very throughly that only!!! To take one payment because we discussed my paying it off in full!!! But, not at the present time cause he could not assure me an additional funds!!! Not to mention the unprofessioal calls going unanswered nor returned in a timely manner!!! So after the 15th payment's was taken i finally got to speak with a supervisor by the name of josh from your missouri office and he did mangaged to return one of the payment but at this time some of my other monthly obilgations went into non-payment as well as my account going into a negative balance and also being told that "josh" montoring my account and desputing with me my piight of mismangement by ubi!!! I have attempted to try and understand the companies position is that you faithfully take peoples monies as well as your not wanting to give additional funds which "josh" not himself telling me this but had one of his "rude representive by the name of ashely!" deleiver it by phone with no customer relelations at all!!!
                                I am hereby adviseing any potenial clients do not and i repeat do not go into business!!!" with ubi cash
                                Today i go to united bank of india deposit machine which is in chinar park, rajarhat kolkata 700059.i was deposit 1700 hundred but i got only 800 in my account and remaining amount is not out from mashine

                                    Refund is still not processed.. amazon had initiated amount on 16 august 2019 and i have complaint many times its more that 5 months...bt still not solved my problems...try to chek it and processed as soon as it is possible the amount of refund is 1316rs. And still i m calling the bank for my refund bt they are only giving me date from September and now it's January
                                    I hotlisted my atm card for safety as i had a fraud transaction before some days on 18/1/2020..now i want to remove my debit card from hotlist. I tried to contact on united bank of India helpline but it was not connected ..therefore I request you to remove my debit card immediately from hotlist.

                                      I am a UBI ATM card holder, I used that card on 18.01.2020 at SBI Bakultala ATM, at 21:04:49. The transaction was not completed as the link failure happened, and the "Offline" message was shown on the screen, and no fund was disbursed, and I was waited at that counter for 3 to 4 minutes but nothing happened at that time. Afterwards I have received a message from UBI that my account is debited by such amount which I required to withdraw, however the transaction was not completed at that day due to link failure as I stated earlier. Till now no refund is made by the bank. I visited that ATM and talked to the security personnel over there and he suggested me to speak to the respective branch where I maintain my account and told me that it happens some time but the money is refundable. Hence my humble request to you to kindly look into the matter and help me out from such situation.
