Suddenly deducted from my account balance rs 118, what is d reason behind?

Hdfc life assure co appointed agent posted at ubi anandapur branch sold me a insurance products and transferred the first premium amount from my account to retail pool account but could not log my application and didn't give any policy document. This money is lying with ubi retail pool account. Ubi is not giving my money back after repeated requests when hdfc confirmed this case of refund

I have asked my refund from amazon in my ubi account but haven't got it so far. Amazon provided me a reference number which the bank is unable to locate. Please help.

Hello i am nehashaw... On 13/07/20209 rs.118/- has been debited from my account due to some unknown reason. Sms came as "info : cph/mms chgs/utbi000".
I do not at all know what this charge means.

I dont know whether there is any connection between this matter
However, as this is unlawful deduction from my account, it should be refunded...

My father, gautam nandan sengupta applied for a new cheque book on 5th june, 2020 in united bank of india's netaji market branch (Ifsc code - utbi0net082). His account number of this branch is[protected]. This branch is located in englishbazar city of malda district, west bengal. On 27th june, he received a message from bank stating that the cheque book had been dispatched. They also provided a tracking number: ew[protected]in. Sadly, the tracking number is of no use. He has not yet received the cheque book. It's been over 1 month that he is facing problems to withdraw money. He made contact with the branch but they couldn’t assure him when that cheque book will come. We request to united bank of india to look into this matter so he can get the cheque book as soon as possible. He is a senior citizen.in this pandemic situation, visiting bank frequently is affecting his health. So, please try to solve this problem.

My self bivash halder i withdrawal my mother pensions at 3:30pm but bank staff told me bank has been closed.
My question is why should be bank 3:30pm closed, is that any bank actual time is to closed at 4:00pm.
I requested please some legal action to the united bank of india branch of rupnarayanpur. Otherwise i write a letter from pmo.
