Sir, I am trying to withdraw amount on 19.6.2019 at 7.32am of 1000 through axis bank atm but after the processing of amount suddenly atm monitor was closed, because server gone. but the amount was debited from my account, , , I couldn't collect the amount just because of the atm was closed, , how can I recover my amount..I am ac holder o[censored]nited bank of india

    I am going to book a train ticket through phonepe app on 12.06.19, after transaction it was shown that money was debited but ticket was not coming and status showing failed transaction. but 430/- was already deducted from my account. i contact phone pe support team they inform that bank will refund the amount within 10 days but still 430/- was not credited to me.

      On 21/06/2019 i transferred rs - 25000/ from my united bank of india my account (A/c no.[protected] to sbi account through mmid (Imps fund transfer) the amount was debited and i get a sms that your imps fund transfer on 21/06/2019 is declined please refer to the beneficiary (Imps ref no #) that amount is not credited in sbi a/c (Beneficiary a/c) and not credited in my ubi a/c. Pls. Help me as soon as possible.

        My name is kajal rai. I oredred a book that is secret of nagas of rs 199 on 24 April 2019 .It was pareted soo I replaceed it and replacement was different book soo I returned my book secret of nagas rs. 199 on 5th may.I contact to amazone for my refund.I send my refund on 18th may by ref. no.[protected].My money is not regulated to my account. I contact to amazone the advice me to fill this form.I contact my bank for this bank said amazone don't send any amount .
        before this I filed a compalains in bank for this the said amazone don't respond them.so I want to file charge desbute form.

          Today (20 MAY 2019) i paid 5000/- (Five thousand only) F/o-Christian Medical College, Vellore A/c in HDFC bank but due to network problem they swiped two time with same amount for fulfill this transaction, somehow first time was unsuccessful (IST- 11.49.06) after that 2nd time was successful this time was (11.51.33) but i noticed from U.B.I SMS that my double amount means 10, 000/- (ten thousand only) was debited from my account. so request you kindly refund my unsuccessful transaction balance as early as possible in my account.

              The following facts are appended here under for your kind intervention to avert cyber crime and restoration of customer satisfactions of
              1. Two local good behaved and gentled Canteen boys were working since a long time perhaps since 2014, who besides staff canteen, were handled our records / FD documents /sometimes work as updating of Pass Book and other unofficially official work. That two boys being local inhabitants and known to most of the customers we had no objections and we felt no fear for leaking our confidential documents to make cyber crime.
              2. All on a sudden the BM, Bhatpara Branch and their staff associations retrenched the said two Canteen boys and it is seen that a new unknown boy is working in their place, we can not trust him who is a outsiders and dealing our all the secret documents and we fear cyber crime may happen at any time.
              3. Some of customer when asked the BM, Bhatpara why unknown man is handled our secret documents he replied that he is working without any remunerations.
              4. Furthermore, day by day you are reducing the strength of staffs, it is observed that the said two canteen boys were engaged for outside Banks jobs, now the said jobs are done by Mr. Ram Babu, as a result we do not get his services at this branch like earlier days .
              5. Frequently, updating of Pass Book is denied and stopped due to shortage of staff.
              6. Only one payment counter is opened which is insufficient as a result, we are to make long queue and waste our time.
              The BM, is very much reluctant to resolve the above problems, request your kind intervention to protect our deposits from cyber crimes and to do the needful for daily updating the pass book and opening of at least two payment counters.

                Hello, sir/ma'm on[protected] at around 3:13 pm 76 rupees has been deducted from my account unnecessarily. i am scare that somebody hack my account .So, Please check the details for me as soon as possible . And actually i want to know the reason as soon as possible .so, it is my request to detect the problem within short period of time, because in future if somebody used my account without my knowledge it will be a big problem in which i won't be able to deposit money on my UBI account. thank you.
                I went into sbi atm jalpaiguri and wanted to withdraw 10000 but transaction showed that it was timed out.but a message of debiting 10000 thousand came to my mobile .after that I lodged a complaint in atm transaction portal.but they sent me the message that my complaint was rejected as it was a successful transaction

But till date i can't refund the amount.

                      I had gone to withdraw rs. 5, 000/- from atm of punjab national bank located at g-54, tc jaina tower-ii district center, janakpuri, new delhi-110058 on 01/06/2019 at 15:24:48 but unfortunately, i have not received rs. 5, 000/- from above atm but saving bank a/c no.[protected] is debited rs. 5, 000/- at the same.
                      Therefore i request to credit rs. 5, 000/- in my above saving a/c.

I have raised the complaint on 02/04/2019 on the pretext that as per the rbi guidelines amount deducted gets refunded within 24 working hours but till date the amount has not yet been refunded to my account.                           I am facing serious problem... Extra Rs 3 is being deducted for every transaction from last 2 to 3 Months on UPI payment through PayTM & PhonePe. Please solve this issue and kindly inform us why extra charges are continuously being deducted on every amount of transaction...
                          Amazon refunded amount of Rs. 916 and 355 on 19 april and 20 april 2019 respectively but still these amounts are not credited in my account.
                          I tried to complain through union bank customer care service but they failed to help so now I want to file charge dispute. Please kindly credit my account with the mentioned amount

                            This is the complaint letter against United Bank of India, Hazaribag, branch Code- 1740 and Icici Bank Hazaribag.

                            Respected sir,

                            This is to inform you that on dated 10/05/2019 I have withdrawn Rs. 10000 from my united bank of india debit card from the ICICI ATM located at Kallu chowk, Hazaribag, but only Rs 4000 has been given by the machine and remaining 6000 has not been received by me, my account has been debited with Rs. 10000 and slip of Rs 10000 debited has been generated.

                            Immediately I have complain it to my mother branch o[censored]BI on the same date also at ICICI bank but only UBI has accepted my complaint letter.

                            Till now my complaint amount Rs 6000 has not been credited in my account, whereas the Bank has committed me that it will be resolved within 7 working days. Now the time has been crossed.

                            This is also inform you that the customer care number o[censored]BI, [protected] is not responding by any one, i was regularly trying, it is ringing but not picking up by any one of them. And ICICI bank has not positively responded me by telling me that it is the issue of main your account holding bank. finally i have submitted my complaint into UBI.

                              On 20/5/2019 at 22:41:26 hours a/c number[protected] was debited by rs. 100 against otp number 636147 for payment towards sscothdrcard but the transaction was unsuccessful. Please arrange for refund of rs 100 to the said a/c at your earliest and oblige.
                              However i beg to add that on 21/5/2019 the said a/c was again debited at 17:42:58 hours against otp number 368012 and the transaction was successful one.

                              Amazon has sent Rs 35/- to my account on dated the 14/5/19 but till date it is not credited in my account. So kindly take action.

                                I am facing problem on online transaction as extra rs 3 is being deducted for every transaction from last 4 to 5 months on upi payment through phonepe. I have many other friends who use phonepe, they didn't face such problems. Please let me know why such deduction is made on every transaction through online.                                       We have received a call from bank (fraudulent call), and asked for the bank details. Numbers are[protected] and [protected]. They called and after that the amount of Rs. 5000 at 10:03:35, Rs.2000 at 10:04:27, Rs. 2000 at 10:05:16 on 05 May 2019. These were all online transaction . In description is showing www.olacabs.com
                                      I return my product in amazon. But can't refund succesful.

                                        Online transfer is not possible since few days as the message shown user is disabled for online transaction
                                        kindly solve the matter from your end to able me as before for online transaction smoothly
