Dear sir,
I tried to buy vodafone online recharge through my net banking, but after submitting payment through net banking,, due to internet connection problem the said payment was not success full, but an amount of rs. 156.00 (Rupees one hundred fifty six only) was debited from my account on 23nd september 2017 at about 09:37:12 pm.
Please cancel the said transaction now, so that the debited amount should be refunded at an immediate effect.
Please do needful.

My loan file has been given more than 2 months after the branch manager ko.
Every day, I tell you that you have to wait 3 to 3 hours in the branch and then say that coming tomorrow is troubling me. If you do not want to have my loan, please refuse. You can not have your loan.

    Dear sir,

    I tried to buy e-ticket through my debit card and pin, but after submitting payment through my debit card confirming t-pin, due to internet connection problem the said payment was not success full, but an amount of rs. 715.90 (Rupees seven hundred fifteen & paisa ninety only) was debited from my account on 22nd september 2017 at about 7.12 pm.
    Please cancel the said transaction now, so that the debited amount should be refunded at an immediate effect.
    Please do needful.

    I was making payment through UBI debit card no. [protected] for Rs.1410/- on dated 20.09.17 but transaction was unsuccessful but the payment has been deducted from my account. Kindly revoke my payment in my account. Tnx

      I mr. Anjan gupta have 2 current account in your bank dunlop bridge branch kolkata. Last few days i can't operate my atm card for withdral or purches but my both account and my card is active which is verified through bank and every day there are some amount are deducted 5-6 time but benk said that they can not understand what is the problem, finally today on 21/09/2017 i block my one atm card, this is my request please take needfull action about this matter because all are my business account otherwise i can not operate my business.

          I had registered in the d. El. Ed programme of nios for the untrained elementary teacher on 11th september 2017. When my form was successfully submitted i made the payment but unfortunately payment failed while rs. 4545 was debited from my account.
          So, it is my earnest request to you to refund for the unsuccessful payment which i made on 11 september 2017 at 21:20:24 pm.
          Hope you will initiate immediate steps for my due request.
          I made payment for IELTS IDP registration of INR 12250 and due to some unknown reason the transaction was unsuccessful but the amount got deducted with a mrssage, but no message for refund has come yet.. help

              This is to bring to your kind notice, i bapan ghosh, with the a/c no[protected] ifsc-utbi0std908, of my u. B. I has made an online fund transaction from ubi to allahabad bank through my net banking on dated 15/09/2017 on 11:52 a. M rs.20000/. The transaction has error but my account has been debited for this online transfer.
              Therefore it is requested to kindly resolve the problem and the same amount is to be credited or refund to my a/c (Above mentioned) as early as possible.

              On 11 Aug I withdraw 500 rs but transaction got failed due to network failure and amount has been debited from my account through axis bank ATM my contact number is [protected] and a/c[protected] and mail id is [protected]@gmail.com kindly have a look and try to resolve my problem I'm a united Bank coustmer
              I used ICICI bank atm for transactions, but the ATM was declined my transactions, and my money was debited, what I do sir???

                Hello sir,

                I am bikash dutta, vill - gotgeria, p. O. - chakbajit, dist - paschim medinipur, west bengal.

                I have an account in ubi bank, lowada brunch, paschim medinipur, west bengal. The bank deducted money from my account with out any notice to me, when asked them they told like they have deducted it for my son's education loan though he is paying his monthly installment.
                Also they told me they would have deducted the hole money, if they knows there are any money in my account and threaten me like they will spoil my son's carrier though he is paying his monthly installment.

                As far asii know this is against the law, they can't deduct money from my account without my permission.

                Please take some action to return my money which was there for my medical expenses.

                I will be very grateful if i got my money back.

                  Yesterday, that is on[protected], while filling up of form for all india institute of medical sciences pg courses md/ms/mch/dm/mds 2018 exam, rs.1002.5/- has been deducted from my account which is in ubi, jawaharlal nehru road, kolkata branch, inspite of the fact that 'the transaction failed'. I will highly obliged if you kindly look into the matter and do the needful to refund my money.

                    I did online transaction for ticket booking from irctc rail connect app through ubi atm cum visa debit card on 11.09.2017 at nearly 17.30 hrs. The transaction showed failed and my tickets have not been booked, but an amount of inr 1930 has been debited from account.
                    Please kindly resolve the issue and refund my money as soon as possible.

                      I did a transaction on 11.09.2017 at evening 7:30 at jamshedpur sbi atm. At that time, it was shown"your transaction has been processed
                      But my cash is not dispensed but my account debited. It is not credited yet.

                        I have a current account in united bank of india (Account no[protected] garia branch (Ifsc code utbi0gra144). On 9.9.2017 i used my atm cum debit card to withdraw some amount from different sbi atm. Unfortunately the transactions were declined but the amount was deducted from my account. Rupees 3523.6 was debited on[protected], 12:39:46. After that again rupees 3523.60 was debited at 12:44:27. Till date multiple rupees 23.60 and rupees 9.44 is deducted from my account. So please take the necessary action to recover my amount.

                          This is to bring to your kind notice that previous saturday (Date 09/09/2017 time 13:01:53) i was trying to withdraw the amount of 4900 rs/-from sbi atm (Atm s1nj[protected], surya sen street kolkata) by using ubi visa card (Card no: [protected] ubi visa card, account no:[protected], branch: burdwan, kanchannagar, rathtala, ifse code:utbi0bkn20). But unfortunately the said money got deducted from my ubi account but it was seen that unable to process the transaction and i didn't get the money and the amount 4900 rs/ also deduct from my account, even i'm not refund this.
                          Plz do the necessary action as soon as possible.

                            I have recently made an fixed deposit in the name of my father for their old years and i wanted interests monthly and while opening the account they said yes it can be done and yes as i have seen in your web site it can be taken as per customers wish but now after i have opened they are refusing to pay me my interest monthly and after my father reached the branch they are now saying if he is going to withdraw the account or break the deposit some amount will be deducted. I would like to inform that on 09/09/2017 i have visited a atm (Icici, mangal tower, pratapdighi), to withdraw rs - 5000. But the machine declined the transaction. I waited about 05 minutes. Few minutes later i have got a sms from ubi that rupees 5000 was deducted from account. Please look into the matter and kindly refund my money back.

                                    I took vr on 01.03.2011 but my employer the said united bank of india ho at 11, hemanta basu sarani, kolkata -700001 has not paid the full amount of gratuity as per gratuity act 1972. They are not responding to my request dated 2.3.2017 & not even giving me a courtesy reply. My spf no 15202.
                                    I am eligible to receive rs.45261.48 plus interest upto 2.3.17 total rs.80822.87. Interest is to be paid till the final payment.
