I, rupali sharma, have an account in jorhat, jail road branch. I would like to inform that on 09/09/2017 i have visited a atm (Sbi) tarajan, jorhat, to withdraw rs - 9000. But the machine declined the transaction. I waited about 10 minutes. Few minutes later i have got a sms from ubi that rupees 9000 was deducted from account.

I am totally helpless. What to. Do sir. As i am a house wife. It is not possible to live with this.br...

In my bank aacount register mobile ([protected]) i found an amount of 149 debited from my saving bank account number[protected] of branch dhanuhar basti on 5th september 2017 at 11.59 a. M. Actualy during rechaege time of my jio number due to unnecessary web page unable to procese and error but my jio recharge is not successful and debited my blance from my saving aacunt then i humbly request to dear sir shortly solved the matter and back...

I had done the transaction 9000/- from my current acount[protected] in the name of radha krishna tent palace on dtd 01/08/2017 around 2:15 pm from my debit card to hdfc pay zapp account but transaction failed due to some network issues or maybe other reasons but my account was debited but pay zapp credited nothing and till date there is no refund back to my account and you can check my statement...

On 24th of aug 2017 at 18:28pm i tried to take some money (2000/-) from sbi atm counter at bijoygarh, jadavpur (As bijoygarh ubi atm was not working) but it was showing unable to proceed then again next time at 18:29pm i tried to take 2500/- from the same counter and then again the status came saying unable to proceed. But i got two texts from ubi saying 4500/- has been deducted from my account. I didn't get money that day. It's still not...

Sir, i rituparna hazarika, mayne internet banking ke liye 7 days pehle mera local ubi branch por apply kya, or bank ke torof se mushko 1 ipin mila, wo ipin may 4 days baad internet banking side por jakor registration kiya, job may sel[censored]ser creation ipin pora fillup korke submit kya, tob validation faild dekh roha he aaj tok.. Or wo validation faild page me screen sort mar kor apko niche se dia he... Plz mera problem solvd ko dijie.

I was trying to book a railway ticket from my debit card. But it has seen that rs 3436.8 has been deducted from my account though my ticket value was rs 206.8. But no ticket has been issued from irctc.
Therefore i am requesting to the authority to verify this and refund the same to my account.

Last evening,[protected], i wanted to buy 2 railway tickets from irctc website online, using ubi debit card with pin option. I filled up all necessary forms. At the time of payment, i used my ubi debit card, giving card no, validity status and then submitted otp. Graphic showed - "your transaction is being processed", and then the screen went blank. After some time, i got a message which informed me about deduction of the exact fare amount...

I have made an online payment of rs. 4553.10 today in the morning to national institute of open school (Nios). The bank then asked for otp and after giving the otp rs. 4553.10 has been deducted from my account. Then a window appears ¨"server error in ´/´'application, invalid column name d[protected] and many more. I also received a message that rs. 4553.10 has been deducted from my account and degital txn failed. I have not get any confirmation...

In my mobile (No [protected]) i found an amount of rs. 2851.80 have been debited from my savings account no[protected] of kadamtala howrah branch on 26th august 2017 for which l have no record. Through my computer i tried to book a railway ticket, but every time the bank not sent the otp in my register mobile number in this reason i not booked my ticket.

Kindly look into this matter and resolve it. I may kindly be communicated...

Sir i have an account on ubi ichapur brance ac no[protected].in 24.08.17 i tried to withdraw cash from axis bank atm (Titagarh) and canra bank atm (Titagarh) but i m not success to widraw money after that when i, check balance i see that 9000 deduct from my account. I am socked. When i contact customer care they told me wiat for 24hour but still i not refund the balance i request please do some step to get back my balance as soon as possible,...

While i was transferring an amount of rs.190/- through bhim upi through my savings bank account on 25.08.2017 at 12-36 pm the transaction failed but the amount of rs.190/- has been deducted from my account and till date the amount has not been credited back to my account. Please arrange to credit back the amount of rs.190/- to my savings account no.[protected] maintained in serampore, hooghly branch....

I have tried to book a railway ticket through paytm against order id [protected]. But my ticket payment got failed and thus my money has been debited from my bank account against account no.[protected] but the refund has not been credited yet.
So kindly help me with it and try to refund it back as soon as possible.

My name is sayantan chakraborty, when i try to with draw money from my account but it is not happening like normal ways. The transaction failed but amount debited 5300/-. I try to communicate toll-free but same no one receives. So what i do, i have an emergency, need money badly, that my money in your bank. Please don't play with that. Return it....

As on 17.08.2017, i made a payment of rs. 27516.00 on account of gst payment against cpin no. - [protected]. The payment was deducted from my account but the transaction was failed. Till date the money has not been reversed to my account. I also complain on grievance cell against grievance no.[protected] on 18.08.2017 but as on 21.08.2017 the status is showing pending. The amount of refund urgently required for make payment of gst....

Sir my account has been debited through using my atm on sbi machine while it was showing unable to process your request. Than also it has been deducted. Today is the third day from that caused day but still not received my money in my account. I have called many times to the customr service but they dont pick my call always saying busy.
