Dear sir,
With due respect i would like to state that i have booked one flight
Ticket on august 4, 2017 12:33 pm through paytm with order number
[protected]. However the transaction was failed due to some error, but
The amount 3901 rupees has been deducted from my ubi account with
Account number[protected], in the name of anupam medhi.

I have contacted paytm for this matter and they said that they have
Not received the payment and to contact the branch for the refund. So
I have contacted my branch (United bank of india, branch: bhurbandha,
District: morigaon, state: assam) and to my surprise i have to face
Very rude and unprofessional behavior. Branch employee mr. Amrit
Jha told me to contact rbi for this matter. He does not even listen to
My problem details. I
Request you to take strict actions against this and do refund my
Amount.

    I, rupali sharma, have an account in jorhat, jail road branch. I would like to inform that on 09/09/2017 i have visited a atm (Sbi) tarajan, jorhat, to withdraw rs - 9000. But the machine declined the transaction. I waited about 10 minutes. Few minutes later i have got a sms from ubi that rupees 9000 was deducted from account.

    I am totally helpless. What to. Do sir. As i am a house wife. It is not possible to live with this.
    Please look into the matter and kindly refund my money back...

Actualy during rechaege time of my jio number due to unnecessary web page unable to procese and error but my jio recharge is not successful and debited my blance from my saving aacunt then i humbly request to dear sir shortly solved the matter and back my said amount immedately

              I had done the transaction 9000/- from my current acount[protected] in the name of radha krishna tent palace on dtd 01/08/2017 around 2:15 pm from my debit card to hdfc pay zapp account but transaction failed due to some network issues or maybe other reasons but my account was debited but pay zapp credited nothing and till date there is no refund back to my account and you can check my statement also.

              I visited so many times in my sector 40 d, chandigarh branch for this matter but no one help me out for the same so thats why i am camplainting my refund here please do the needful as i am facing so may problems

              Plz find below the screen shot of debited amount n for more details u can mail or call me for the same

                On 24th of aug 2017 at 18:28pm i tried to take some money (2000/-) from sbi atm counter at bijoygarh, jadavpur (As bijoygarh ubi atm was not working) but it was showing unable to proceed then again next time at 18:29pm i tried to take 2500/- from the same counter and then again the status came saying unable to proceed. But i got two texts from ubi saying 4500/- has been deducted from my account. I didn't get money that day. It's still not been refunded. I just want to know if i will get it back or not.

                    I was trying to book a railway ticket from my debit card. But it has seen that rs 3436.8 has been deducted from my account though my ticket value was rs 206.8. But no ticket has been issued from irctc.
                    Therefore i am requesting to the authority to verify this and refund the same to my account.

                      Last evening,[protected], i wanted to buy 2 railway tickets from irctc website online, using ubi debit card with pin option. I filled up all necessary forms. At the time of payment, i used my ubi debit card, giving card no, validity status and then submitted otp. Graphic showed - "your transaction is being processed", and then the screen went blank. After some time, i got a message which informed me about deduction of the exact fare amount of rs. 511.8 from my sb a/c, no[protected] o[censored]bi, berhampore (Wb) 0229, ifsc - utbiobhw206, at 18;43 hours. There were no ticket booking confirmation till now. It was a failed digital txn as the irctc site didn't show the booked ticket. Thus i had to pay for nothing.

                        I have made an online payment of rs. 4553.10 today in the morning to national institute of open school (Nios). The bank then asked for otp and after giving the otp rs. 4553.10 has been deducted from my account. Then a window appears ¨"server error in ´/´'application, invalid column name d[protected] and many more. I also received a message that rs. 4553.10 has been deducted from my account and degital txn failed. I have not get any confirmation from nios that they have received the money. Please treat the matter most urgent as last date of admission of nios is 15.09.2017. Either you may return back my money to my account or confirm me about registration in nios.

                          In my mobile (No [protected]) i found an amount of rs. 2851.80 have been debited from my savings account no[protected] of kadamtala howrah branch on 26th august 2017 for which l have no record. Through my computer i tried to book a railway ticket, but every time the bank not sent the otp in my register mobile number in this reason i not booked my ticket.

The payment was deducted from my account but the transaction was failed. Till date the money has not been reversed to my account.
