United Bank Of India [UBI] — disputed txn report

I am nimai show, ac no is[protected]. Alipore branch, kolkata 700027. I have encountered two amount deduction of 210 rs. They are informed that "disputed tnx reporting. Please help me regarding this issue. This issue been continuing since 2nd january and today. I have received text from bank. I don't know the real reason of this amount deduction. Please sir help me to solve this issue. Thank you.

I ordered Amazon but product was fully damaged. So.. I returned the product to Amazon and they told already refund my money but i haven't any amount refund. So.. Kindly refund my money. Thanks.

On 20/12/2019 at 11:57:54 Rs.120/- has been debited from my account due to some unknown reason. Received sms "Info: CPH/MMS chgs/UTBI00000"
