United Bank Of India [UBI] — refund money not received

I ordered some product on amazon.in. For some reason i canceled my orders. And i have received a confirmation mail from amazon.in about refund money.in that mail amazon confirms that refund for amount 240.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in bank account by now. But i can't receive my refund money in my bank account till now. I want my refund money in my bank account as soon as possible.
