United Bank Of India [UBI] — reversal of money

I am an account holder o[censored]nited bank of india.so i always used to cash with drawl from ATM. But on 31/10/2019 i went to a UBI atm there were some mechine problem so i tried to withdraw i got hanged and showed transaction time out in spite of it deducted my 13000 thousand rupee. So i got impatient on the bank i did not get back my cash though i complained customer care. Please do something

I order a product from amazon and return to them and they initiated this amount to bank UBI to my account back of 1235rs .
They given me a reference no.

Still I didn't received my money. it is hold by bank.who is responsible for all this and what bank pay me interest to hold my money .

Every payment from account through Google pay or phone pay is deducting 3 extra rupees. For example, 153 is cut when I am sending 150 to my friend.
Please take necessary steps to fix this problem.

My Account number[protected], Name = SASANKO GHOSH,[protected] I paid 1105.20 (particulars - PRCR/[protected]/[protected]/AMAZON) For booking a product I cancelled it so AMAZON said refund in this account on[protected] in reference refund ID 348880 so sir please check it
