Insurance claim of Bike theft

My splender pro in black colour was theft from Bhiwadi.Bike was insured with united india insurance company.I submit all the documents like FIR, Insurance copy, FR, NCRB, ID Proof, Driving Licence . Now insurance company refused to give claim because of 17 day delay intimation in their office.My bike was theft on 16/09/2013. i went to their office 20/09/2013. Office member says that your application will be submited after naka bandi report...

Hi, I have applied for bike insurance claim 9 Days before in united india insurance tiruppur office. I have filled all documents and they said we will send inspection person on that day itself but till now no one come to inspect the vehicle to the service station. This is really really worst service. I cant get back my from service station. So friends i recommend don't get vehicle insurance with government insurance services(united india insurance, etc)... Try some private insurance. Without vehicle i cant go anywhere on the time. Its a government service what else i can expect. some of employees are aged and didnt response properly. they are not treating customers well.

    Dear Sir, I have worked as an officer in the United India Insurance Co. Ltd., Udaipur for 24 years and got voluntary retirement on 31.03.2004. Thereafter I have taken Mediclaim policy w.e.f. 01.04.2004 (continue renewal from last 10 years) In the year due to Obstractive Sleep Apnea I was admitted in the hospital of approved Net work of hospital Narayan Hydralaya, Jaipur, the claim was raised, first claim was approved by TPA (advance approval after checking of documents and prescription of Doctor's) but later on denied for payment, ultimately I have paid all expenses incurred on my treatment to hospital. I have again lodged claim on United India Ins. co. Ltd., Udaipur through TPA Jaipur but claim was repudiated, reason mentioned for cancellation was sense less. Again in the year 2013 I was admitted in the hospital, this time also my claim has been rejected. I want to give advise to all customers o[censored]nited India Ins. co. Ltd., that do not take any policy from United India it will not pay any claim, only interested to collect insurance premium. Since I have worked for 24 years in United India and I know all rules and regulations, even though they refused to pay claim, what will happen to unknown poor public, since they do not know terms and conditions of policy.

    I Ramesh Devija has filed a case against United India Insurance co ltd., Jaipur against refusal of payment of expenses while admitted in hospital under mediclaim policy. I am glad to inform that consumer court has awarded decision against United India Insurance co. Ltd., alongwith interest and cost Rs. 5000/-, for compliance 2 months time given but even after time lapsed United India has not paid amount, its comes under contempt of court.

      Hi, Due to the emergency, we have undergone one major operation in one private hospital in chennai. that hospital. that hospital mentioned that they are accepting the united india insurance. and then we have contacted with united india insurance branch office regarding reimbursement. the united india insurance officers said they will accept the reimbursement other than the network hospital. What is the use of this insurance policy? Why they are not reimburse if we hospitalize not in the united india insurance's network hospital.? Pls let me know if you need more info on this.         hello sir we are claim the insurance in bangalore office. but that the staff behavior is very worst. we are star briyani, btm layout, bangalore. our bike got accident before seven months. we summited all the documents. but till now we are not get. problem is our concern name is star briyani. but in insurance they mentioned ambur star briyani. 4 months before here bajaj company called us given a letter - ed to insurance office. regarding both are same concern. we are given. but she rejected. again she ask r. c book. we given. again she rejected. again she asking letter- ed from bajaj company. we given. from both are same concern. but she ask they (bajaj company) did mistake. that like letter ed only we need from bajaj company. but they are given letter -ed. my guy asking to her. mam if you tell before we will get why you do like this. then she get angry she told me to my guy how you get the insurance claim? please given her advice. how to behavior the customers. she is name - anjana phone number[protected]

          Dear sir, This mail is regarding the Policy no of my vehicle RJ 07 T A 2074 by name of Vijay kumar Khatri S/o Gurucharan singh khatri 43, Chanakya nagar new shiv Bari road Bikaner Rajasthan Proposal no P413234 my vehicle met with an accident on 20 feb 2013 and the survey was done by Mr Prem agarwal on 27 Feb 2013. 1. The vehicle is in total damage. 2 I have not received any intimation regarding claim amt.despite regular follow ups in Bikaner and Jodhpur. 3 I have personally visited jodhpur and Bikaner offices at least 15 times in last 7 months. 4 I have no other source of earning except this vehicle. 5 I am paying the installments of this vehicle which is under repair for last 7 months. 6 The vehicle is lying in Toyota Garage i am a poor man cannot pay Parking/ Dammrage charges per day. 7 There is no support / response for the claim amt today also when i spoke to them telephonically they said to me that i should have patience and wait for another 1 month. 8 This is my 1 written communication to you, hoping you may take some strict action and get released my claim and even if there is some issue kindly inform me in written else we will have no option left but to take shelter from the law of the Land.             Dear Sir/Madam,

            Hi

            I have got group medical policy o[censored]nited India Insurance Co. (UIIC) Ltd. from my company.

            Patient (my mother) is admitted to the Vydehi hospital Bangalore on 29th of May 2013 and discharged on 22nd June 2013, I have provided/submitted all the supporting original documents in Raksha TPA Bangalore as said by UIIC Agent (Jane Carol).
            As per the clause 4.3, They (UIIC) denied the medical claim reimbursement and said,
            During the first two years of the operation of the policy, Gall Bladder Stone removal is not covered.
            It does not mean that Cholecystectomy is not covered means removal of whole gall bladder, removal of some part of intestines and surgery of liver is not covered.

            But, Raksha TPA and UIIC are denying the reimbursement claim saying this is 2 years old disease, I asked UIIC to give the proof for this but its been around 40 days, I did not receive any response mail from them.
            UIIC and Raksha TPA are saying that removal of stone from the Gall Bladder will not be covered,
            But here whole Gall Bladder, some part of intestine and they operated liver as well. Why this will
            not be covered. Second it is not kidney stones removal.

            I followed them up so many times, wrote so many mails but did not receive any proper response. Very worst service provided by UIIC.
            I did not had any option and do not have so much time to follow up them everyday, I have so many responsibilities and work also. I waited for so long but did not even get any call from agent o[censored]IIC, they just said your claim denied but why it has been denied ,UIIC is not giving me the proper reason of denial. They just don't want to reimburse the claim, it is there policy which changes based on the case.

            I need the justification of denial from the UIIC. Please do the needful. I want the claim to be reimbursed if not give me the proper reason.

              my wife is a breast cancer patient.treatment is going on since April ,2012 mainly at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai.
              Chemotherapy and Zoledronat treatment was completed. Periodical consultation with the attending physician is required and a must as per their prescription. .Diagnostic, and Laboratory Examinations are a prescribed precondition of such consultation and this is consistent with or incidental to treatment in order to ascertain the degree of improvement or deterioration of the condition of the the patient under treatment. it is the ongoing process. Charges incurred for these treatment are denied on the ground that these are outdoor treatment and not eligible for reimbursement. Not only this , even charges for bone marrow operation and blood transfusion where admission in hospital are must are also denied.
              how to combat this obnoxious rule of the insurance company? Legal provisions and / or court rulings are needed.

                those guys told your claim request in progress, now I am try to call them, they don't respond properly.

                my insurance expiry date is 17/06/2013, after that I can't apply again.

                  i was trying to renew my car insurance policy throug online renewal option from UNITED INDIA INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED..after filling all the formalities and making payment thru my Bank Of Baroda debit card of Rs 1483.00, the site was showing following error:-

                  Reason: Sorry! We are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries.

                  But at the same time 1483 rs had been deducted from my account for which i got msg on my phone.,now i want to file a complaint against the company/bill desk for deducting my payment without renewing my policy and want my amount of rs 1483 refunded.

                    I had spent lot of time and money in calling up and following up with united India and surveyor. when I ask who is responsible for loss of old file The response from a lady so disgusting and I felt very sad about it.

                    when I call today, she said They have a new file received from The surveyor but The person who process That file is not There so it will be processed by next week.


                    so, I am Thinking again till how long will it take to get my claim and what is The guarantee That it will not missed.


                    I want to know when will I get my claim and who will provide my money which I spent on calling up so many days.

                    A CLAIM OF 33100/- WAS FINALISED BY GOVT. APPROVED SURVEYOR MR.                       My self and my family has taken mediclaim policy from United India Insurance company from last so many years.This is regarding the claim of policy no[protected].My wife undergone a kidney transplant operation at kerala on 28/3/2011 and the same is intimated to the company on 27/3/2011.After discharge we submitted bills and discharge advice which we got from the hospital,but MD INDIA (TPA) Insisting for discharge card where the hospital in which the treatment took place doesn't issue discharge card but discharge advice which submitted already and the same is communicated and copies resend to TPA by united indias boisar branch. now my claim is set aside by the TPA and also 5 months bills of dialysis with held by them without any reason.

                        I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy S3 mobile handset worth 38000/- from reliance digital in pune in Sep 2012 along with insurance(United india insuramce company).
                        The mobile was stolen in March 2013. After registering the FIR in police station, i had sent all the documents(hard copy) for mobile insurance on march 28th to the delhi address after speaking to one Mr. Sonu ([protected]) as well as informed the same on mail to United india insurance.

                        Since then till date, i have sent several mails with no response from the insurance company. I have never seen such bad services from any insurance company as the contact number given also does not lift the call or is not reachable or does not respond to mails.

                        I want an immediate intervention and the insurance claim amount from United insurance.

                            I have not received pension for the month of Feb. and March 2013. Upon inquiring with UIIC Pension Dept. over telephone, I came to know that the live certificate is to be submitted. Then I have sent live certificate duly endorsed by the Sr. Div. Manager, United India Insurance Co. Ltd., DO I, Aurangabad and sent to Head Office, pension dept. on 16th of April 2013 by speed post. But sorry to say that I did not receive the pension till writing of this message.

                            Moreover, the pension dept is issuing the Annuity No. to the pensioners, the same has not been allotted to me till date.

                            The identity card is also be provided by the said dept. but the same has not been provided me till this date.

                            I therefore request you to see the above three matters and get relief to me at your earliest possible.

                                sir i boyght a nokia c5 mobile from BIG BAZAR on date 19/02/2012.they provide an extra insurance on this mobile for accidental damage, manufacturing fault and theft.After 5 month my mobile phone's touch screen was troubled.According to insurance company i repaired my phone by nokia service centre by my own money.They said that, after submission of repaired bill, insurance paper and mobile perchasing bill.they return my repaired amount (rs-2000).but they not return my amount yet.Sir what should i do?

I HAVE RECEIVED A REMINDER LETTER IN FEBRUARY 2013 AND AS PER THE LETTER, I HAVE REMITTED THE PREMIUM OF Rs.1848/- VIDE SYNDICATEBANK DD NO. 592315 DT.[protected] AND PERSONALLY HANDED OVER THE SAME ALONG WITH COVERING LETTER TO THE CONCERNED OFFICIAL IN THEIR OFFICE (OFFICE CODE:050400) HYDERABAD ON[protected]. THE CONCERNED LADY OFFICIAL INFORMED ME THAT THE RENEWED POLICY WILL BE SENT TO MY ADDRESS SHORTLY.
