Medical bill submitted on 13th April In Jeevandeep Bldg, Kolkata. Received meessage "ref.id 1464094 ref id 1464779 have been processed and amount will be credited to your bank account shortly " on 20th & 21st April respectively.
But till today the amount not yet credited.
More than fifteen days passed no body attended my complaint. Next to what? Shall I renew my policy with this company?

    Already grievance registered with uiic grievance team but without providing policy copy they closed grievance

      We tried to do cataract operation of my father in one of the authorized hospitals listed in tpa hospitals list. Auhorization was not received as per doctors and when i tried to contact mediassist team /united india insurance team there was no response from them. Atleast, we expect a reason for disapproval from the tpa but there was no response from any team even after doing continuous followup.

        My wife (Vanita Jain) went under knee surgery on 10th January 2017, after that I have submitted my bills to MedSave TPA, they have passed my claim for Rs 4, 75, 000 (approx) on 7 Feb 2017. since that I am following up constantly with the Regional Office Barakhmaba Road Delhi & Divisional Office Karol Bagh but still have not received my money till date. I am senior citizen and have taken money on loan from market, I am paying interest on that money unnecessary. Request you to please help me.

          Subject:- claim not settle.
          I. My turck theft dated 13/02/2008.
          Ii. After this incident insurance company report and verification by him all my document and incident of theft turck is fare. (Verification report no. Gps/m/a/1119 dated 31/05/2011)
          Iii. I have continuously visit the insurance company office but he did not taking to me and my claim does not settled till date.
          Iv. I have send many letter to insurance company and he did not reply proper way.
          V. The insurance company say your case has been closed for sake of reason “time barred”.

            I would like to Inform you I have Group Health Insurance Policy from My Company named Incedo Technology Solutions Limited earlier name was Indiabulls Technology Solutions Limited.

            Recently in the Month of January we have a baby who is pre mature and as a Result He was admitted in NICU/Nursery from 7 Jan 2017 till 21 February 2017.

            On 27 February 2017 I filed Reimbursement Claim and my claim got Approved but so far haven't received the funds in My Account despite of fact everything formality is completed now.

                          Dear Team,

                          Please notice.

                          I bought a policy from an agent o[censored]nited India insurance company Ltd, the premium was Rs 66/- but I was charged Rs 593/- as assistance charges.
                          The policy has no authenticity as policy number do not exist on United India insurance portal and database as policy is issued on agent's portal and not on united india insurance's portal.

                          There is no Bifurcation of premium on policy. NO SERVICE TAX MENTIONED.

                          Please see in this matter as its a scam and I know many people who have faced the same scam and fraud.

                          THEY ARE CHARGING ALMOST 800% MORE THAN THE ACTUAL PREMIUM THAT IS MENTIONED BY UNITED INDIA INSURANCE ON THE POLICY.

                          PLEASE HELP IN CLEANING THIS CASE OF MONEY LAUNDERING, SCAM, FRAUD AND CORRUPTION.

                            I have submitted my claim in December and got the approval in the same month. But was firstly informed that claim will credited to my account by 10/01/17, then was informed 3rd or 4th week of Jan, then someday, then by 2nd week of feb. And whenever I call the team no proper response is given and some times they credit note is generated while sometimes they inform that the approval is pending from Insurance company, as informed by your representative Shashi.

                                    This is regarding my claim no 17RB02UIB3386.
                                    We have raised a claim for Rs 74, 889/- (Seventy four thousand eight hundred eighty nine rupees only) for my daughter Naynika Mittal.
                                    We have been intimated by them that they are going to deduct Rs 11085/- from this and send us a letter for our consent on 19 Oct 2016 wide voucher no UIB17101920.
                                    For that we have called them that why you are deducting this amount then they have told that this item is in negative list. We asked them to provide that negative list and to match this item. But after that didn`t got any reply from their side.
                                    On date 24th November they have transferred Rs 38639/- in our account after deducting Rs 36250/.
                                    We could not understand that why they deduct this amount from the claim.
                                    We have written mail to following mail address but didn`t got any reply.

                                        1) The expiry of the policy on 30.10.2016 was informed to my employer (SZCC) only on 30.09.2016 that too with a mention of wrong premium amount. It may be noted that the revision of premium was effected much before the issue of Bank letter on 30.9.2016. Whereas the Bank did not inform us the correct amount to be paid. The revision of amount of premium was not informed to us on time. It is not my employer (SZCC) fault for the delay in payment.

                                        4) It may kindly be noted that the renewal amount has already been deposited with Bank as per the Indian Bank letter dated 30.09.2016 well within the grace period. The Bank instead of claiming the balance amount has returned the cheque resulting in delay which is unavoidable.

                                        Resulting of these bank’s denyal of my policy renewal, I am not able to continue my medi-claim policy and not able to get additional medical fecility through ‘Arogya Raksha’after 2 years (i.e from 3rd year onwards) based on the terms & guidelines metioned by the United India Insurance Co.

                                        This is unexpected one and denied to give basic rights by the Insurance Company to the consumer like this. I found in this issue that the Branch Manager, Indian Bank, East Gate Branch, Thanjavur Tamil Nadu have violated the Government Procedure. These denyal attempt, attempted by the Indian Bank is purely against our consumer protection law.
