I was traveling from coimbatore to nagapattinam. First they changed my boarding point saying that they cant pick me up at the registered boarding point. The boarding point. The boarding point had no toilet facility. For a travel of 10 hours, they stoped at karur toll gate for break. The wash room was broken and unusable.
A private service bus collecting a fee of double of the government services, should consider the spot where they stop the bus.
When spoken to driver about the same, the driver was rude and simply asking me to write a complaint to the company. Probably knowing no1 will do nothing.
This is the worst travels I have ever chosen

    One of the worst travel ever they are not maintaing the time and their services are worst 1hr late timing and not giving proper costumer care number

      At 14th Jan I booked a bus through universal travels via pondicherry to nagercoil at 7pm. Since 7pm I don't get any courtesy call from the travel agency so I reached the boarding point at 6.30 after I contact to bus drivers number it was switched off then I called some one of their agency ad asked about the status but he was saying the bus was canceled by morning itself and they saying that they was sen me regular message that bus was canceled but I didn't get any regular or a watsup messages belongs to bus canceled. If it's cancel by morning meaning they have to refund my money by that time itself but still I didn't get refund money from the bus agency and from today morning onwards I remind them for my refund still it was not happening seriously I'm very worried of this and it was a pathetic and worst service I have ever seen. Pls help for my refund ASAP

        I have booked a ticket from neyveli mandarakuppam to hosur, travel date 30th oct night 10.45pm (765rs) also a ticket From hosur to neyveli mandarakuppam on 31st oct night 10.45pm (855rs) booking made on universal website on 27th october. totally 2tickets. cancelled both tickets on 29th october. i want refund immediately.             I started my journey from Karaikal to pondicherry @ 22:45 on 23.10.2021. Dropping Point mentioned in my Trip details was " New Bus Stand - Pondicherry". However our bus not been routed through this Dropping Point. We were dropped Near Sivaji Statue in ECR Road which was 6KM far away from our Dropping Point at 02:25 A.M on 24.10.2021. We were carried our two year old baby with us. From there we have got Auto for which we have additionally paid Rs.200 to reach our Dropping Point.

            The driver and conductor were very rude and we are in the position to argue with them in that Untime.

            We Need Justice in this regard.

                Dropping point should be Trichy central bus stand. But they dropped me in palpannai at 2.05am. Reason they said is road work is in progress. Yes. It's true . Road work is in progress not in their regular route to reach Chatram. They said lie and dropped me at palpannai. Since the bus is already late by 45 min to Chatram, passengers in Chatram started asking the delay. For that they punished me. This is my Worst experience with Universal travels from KIK to TPJ on 23.07.2021. Very worst sfaff members.

                KIK to TPJ Bus fare is Rs.650 sleeper. From palpanni to central bus stand 200 for auto. Total fare 650+200= Rs.850
                Unexpected and worst service from Universal Travels.

                  Im a lawyer practicing in madras High Court and I’m travelling from velankanni to Chennai
                  Now 8.30 bus dated 11/07/2021
                  With baby and family, this bus is very poor condition with lots of noice coming from boot side, and it’s really unknowing for night journey, I’m really scaring about my journey. Unfortunately I don’t have any other options in the mid of this travel to change alternate option.
                  I approached member of staff and bus driver but they didn’t give me proper reply
                  I will definitely launch a compliment to transport minister of state and I will take legal action against about this issue
                  Nearly I paid 2550 for the ticket for my comfort journey.
                  Unfortunately I didn’t get for this trip

                    I am very much dissatisfied with the service. Mu sister is going to start the journey in another 1 hour. Still, the number given for boarding-related queries is been switched off. I had been trying in the last 24 hours multiple times to ask for a query. I don't even know whether I will be taken by the bus as my journey is staring in less than an hour from now!!!

                      I anto eugin. Traveling to Pondicherry to nagercoil bus no KL09 AS1375. My pnrUNI105641. Seat no L6. Bus staff changed my seat no to U1 during my dinner break and no ticket fare detected. Staff approach also very hard.

                          Its not a universal travels its a fraud bus service.. I. Never seen this much as service no boarding conduct nos are working. Fraud service.. I m. Booking sleeper but they are given seater at another bus last corner seat.. Fraud very very dissapointed

                            Velankani to Chennai bus has met with an mechanical issue on 27/01/2021. In this case the travels should arrange the alternative bus. But still now they are not providing the alternative bus. The bus currently located in mutlur.

                              7/12/2020, service was cancelled by the company ( Chennai - thiruvarur) and the same was communicated 2hrs before the boarding time.when enquired they said my number was not reachable. It happend to 3 of my friends who booked ticket on the same date. Also the refund is not happen yet. When call the customer care no one is responding

                                Ticket price 840 Rupees
                                last mints i am know canceled information, but still now my money not refund to me. kindly refund my money,

                                  I sheduled my travel from Bangalore to thiruthuraipoondi on 2/3/2020, 7.45 pm at kalasipalayam.

                                  Travel was cancelled by universal bus travels due to some technical reasons.

                                  Please clarify me about the proceedings.

                                    [4:01 pm, 3/21/2020] spin durai: hello mobikwik customer care,
                                    I have booked two bus tickets to travel from chennai to mayiladuthurai on 20th march 2020 in universe bus (Ubs) through mobikwik. My ticket pnr is 45et2shb, operator pnr is ubs266635 and bus operator i'd is [protected].

                                    I got message from the bus travels that my bus got cancelled and alternative bus will be arranged, but there was no contact number specified in that message. So i tried calling bus customer care number which is not working and after googling for hours, i got another number of the travels and it is busy for more than 1 hours. After continously trying for 1 hour, finally a person attended the call and states that my new alloted bus's driver number will be sent to you shortly. And by 10.30p. M i have received a message containing new bus's driver number and bus timing to board at chennai guindy by 11p. M. Despite of this last minute confirmation, i started to guindy from my home in guduvancherry which is 30 kms far from the boarding point with my wife and 2 kids (2 month new born baby & 3 year old baby) and i started to contact bus driver on my way, but he was constantly rejecting my calls. I have reached the boarding point by 11.15 p. M & was still trying to contact the driver. And i have waited for more than 45 minutes in my boarding point till 12 a. M and i lost hope about bus picking us and i was no longer ready to put my family in risk waiting at bus boarding point in mid night with my wife and 2 kids waiting for response from the unresponsive bus driver. So i decided to leave to my home, despite of my situation that needs to travel to my home town. By the time i have reached home, i am getting call from the driver stating bus is waiting for me in my boarding point (12.45 a. M). And i cannot travel back 30 kms again to catch this bus and put my family in risk again. I am very unhappy and fed up for the inconvenience caused by the bus travels yesterday. I would request you to take appropriate action against the bus travels and provide me a full refund.

                                      I had booked a ticket from Chennai to Pondicherry on 22/2/20 and it was scheduled at 7.25 am from Guindy.. the driver's line was bzy ryt from 6.30am. So i Enquired customer care personnel abt the current schedule. Inspite of being present on time, the driver left me behind, even without a call. When he attended mine, he made me travel abt 8 km more ( all the way from Guindy to OMR road), stating that he is waiting there but actually left without waiting.I have raised a complaint twice, still has recieved no proper response, or call, or message or an email.. worst ever service by universal.
