Universal travel.. Such a worst travelling service that i have never seen before the way they care for their passenger seems to be very lethargic and the phone numbers that they have given in online is all either switched off or number does not exist then for what reason they have given all those numbers really disappointed with your service and totally unhappy with your service try to improve your service by proper communications with your passanger

Today 22/10/17 i'm supposed to travel in universal bus in seat no.1 routed from chennai to rameshwaram via east coast road (Ecr) but i was not picked by your service on time hence i need an explanation along with my money refund as early as possible kindly reply me either through a phone call or through mail all the phone numbers that you have provided is use less as none of your agencies replied me properly and the attender who is in the above mentioned bus was very careless in his way of talking he was very lethargic
Universal Travels is a one of the worst bus travels. I have travelled this bus but the bus quality was very worst and seats are very very bad. They have covered the windows with some wrappers. They are not coming on time.

Please don't go with universal travels. I ever had this kind of worst travel experience.
Bad &cheep service ing. The punctuality bad&poor.

    Yesterday i was booked ticked from chennai to karaikal through your universaltravel.in id amount rs.630. Unfortunately my travel has been changed by today. So that i continuously try to cancel my ticked through as above mentioned id but not going to cancel my ticked. The following error code was shown

    But my booking id, mobile no & mail id every thing is correct. Why not going to connect.
    Please immediately resolve the issues.

    passengers kindly dont book tickets in universal travels.

      I had booked bus from pondy to coimbatore on 31st aug 7.20pm.. The conductor shouted at me and left me since i was 5mins late. Im new to pondy i got help frm some unknown person.. Chased the bus and got onto it. The bus neither waited for me eventhough i was just behind the bus.. After i boarded.. The bus brokedown at punroti n wasted around an hour.. Then again an hour for dinner.. At 1am the bus stopped at neyveli askin us to change to another universal bus. This bus could not accomodate everybody and now 7 members are standing throughout the journey. Even they have paid their tickets.. How could this be so unfair??

          Please refer order number un1914948 and ccavenue reference[protected]. Bus from chennai to cuddalore boarding at sholingnnalur water tank. Seat number s2 and s3 on 03 aug 2017,

          Scheduled bus canceled by you on said date. Contacted through phone [protected]. He said due technical reason bus cancelled amount will be refunded.
          Till date no amount is not refunded against your cancellation of bus on 03 aug 2017.
          Please take action to get my amount.

            Dear sir, i have booked a bus ticket on 5th july 2017. From coimbatore to virudhchalam.
            Pnr - uni 1901276
            Name - kathiravan
            Seat number - 7
            Boarding time - 11pm
            I got information around 9 that the bus was cancelled due to break down and the ticket amount will be refunded by next day morning. But i didn't receive my money.
            Again 2 times i complained to coimbatore office ([protected]) by phone call and third time message reminder but no response from that side.
            Kindly do the needful and refund my amound inr 360

            I was wait in boarding point for 1 and half hour but no place to sit we are totally 5 people including my parents, bus operator which they have tie up(saravana travels) treating like I don't know wait for some time until bus arrives.

              Dear sir,

              I have booked my return ticket from neyveli to bangalore travelling date on 27-06-17. I have recd sms message at 5.33 pm on the same day with bus no:py02 q 9534 and att number : [protected]. I reached mandharakuppam bus std at 9.45 pm and bus timing was at 10.10 pm. I waited till 10.30 pm and tried to call att number and no response from their end and also sent 2 sms but not delivered the message. Again i sent 2 sms, one at 10.30 pm and another one by 10.44 pm. This time sms message has been delivered but no response from that side. Since, there is no bus stand as well as no public movement at night and also i am new to neyveli and i have frustrated and started calling this number. But in vain. At same time fortunately other 2 guys are joined me and they also struggling to contact. At last we tried customer care and collected drivers number and called him and got response from him stating that bus will reach in another 20 minutes. Finally bus reached mandharakuppam at 12.20 pm. If bus doesn't arrive what is our fate. Why attender is not informing us and why he is not picking up the phone?. This is not at all good attitude of travellers to the customer which will effect your business.
              Kindly reply proper answer for this.in future we have think twice before book the ticket in your travels.
              If any break up or delay they would have intimate know?

                Regarding my last bus travel through mobikwik bus bookings, the passenger for whom i booked for was forced to get down from the bus without reaching the destination and was made to take another bus (Setc) to reach the destination without even paying the ticket for it. Instead of travelling to kumbakonam, the operator had instructed the bus driver & attender to change the path to thiruvarur. So the attender forced the passenger to get down along with 4 other passengers in mayiladurai, telling like he will send them through another bus from their own travels (Universal) but made them to board a bus from setc (State transport corporation) as the destined bus already took off to kumbakonam. He didnt even pay for the ticket. When contacted the operator, they were asking to contact mobikwik (Online mode). Kindly take some measures. My ticket no:[protected], pnr no: uni1880575

                  I booked a bus thru Redbus.in to travel from Thiruvarur to Chennai on 28th May 2017 from Universal Travels with Ticket no: TK6S79966766
                  I called the travels office to check the borading point and time at 10.00pm, and i was asked to come to the borading area.i reached the place at 10.15pm and then i was told the bus will come only at 12.00am and travels office was very rude and did not tell any reason for the delay. Thier office in Thiruvarur doesnt have space to sit and all the passengers were sitting in roadside.
                  I raised a complaint with red bus for the bus delay and travel agents rude behaviour and they too did not bother about the issue.
                  No one wants to take responsibility for the delay and about the travel agent rudeness.
                  I paid Rs.720.00 for an Non-AC bus, because of the demand in weekends.
                  And even after paying huge money both red bus and Travel office not bothered about it.

                  The worst travels & pathetic staff. I came from Pondicherry to Trivandrum today in A/C bus.They off the A/C from the starting itself.The staff misbehaved to a lady passenger.bus was 3 hrs late.The staff ask me 300₹ for my bag.Is this how staffs earning money? Shame on Universal travels.waste of time & money.

                    I booked 2 seats in ac sleeper sheduled at 7:10pm from puducherry on 26 may 2017. When i reached in the boarding point they told to travel in non ac till karikal . Around 10:30pm we reached karikal that too with the worse route.after half an hour the ac bus arrived but our seats were already occupied and when we asked for our seats the bus staff is not responding.they told us to wait till velakanni.same thing happened to the passengers who got along with us from pondicherry. They didt even stop for having food or for using the toilet. Seats were full of sand and dirt, smells very bad.

                      I had travelled by your bus on 21/5/2017 from Mannargudi to Chennai @ 9.45pm with 2 boxes of household materials which were kept in back side door of the bus. On the running, one of your staff compelled me to give 200/- for my luggage. ie; 2 x 100 = 200/-. But, I refused for that. Your staff got angry and delivered some bad words. Other passengers gave their support with me.So, I didn't pay anything. But, I got severe depression on this event. Other bus operators never asked amount for these small boxes yet. This was my first bad experience with your bus staff. Shall I use your bus here after? Think yourself.

                        Worst service ever. Firstly is u don't have proper timing. I was traveling from pondicherry to trivandrum on 6pm bus. And its not mentioned that it was passing through vellankanni. Hence i lost my time. And at last when we reached nagercoil it was horrible. They said that the bus which we were travelling was only up to nagercoil. That also was not mentioned at the time of booking. And horrible to say that the second bus which we get in was the bus which was from pondicherry at 8.30pm. Guess the time. Didnt finish universal horrible there. And we have to wait in nagercoil bbusstand for half an hour and not even in bus. And at last bus came. Again it take 15 minute. Reason will wonders every one. Because they want to change the blanket and seat cover. Every passengers have to get don't for this unwanted activity. Is it good as bus journey will finish only at trivandrum??? No blanket seat cover no window curtons... So if you don't know how to run an establishment efficiently please shut it. Do another work you can. Don't waste time and a day of so many passenger's. Worst worst worst...

                          I am travelling with a 1 year old kid and my 2 senior parents from velankani to chennai.
                          I have booked an A/C sleeper because of my kid and parents but my bus was cancelled by 4pm on the day of my travel which was scheduled at 8.30pm
                          When I reached the bus stop is found that many others passengers who are in non - AC have also been combined in this semi-sleeper bus.
                          The reason to this is cause all these schedule busses were only half full so they have combined all services into one bus.
                          Further more no seat was allocated to myou family and the last seats were given.
                          And the in charge here was very rude. Instead of apologising he questioned saying "did I book your tickets, you booked it online for ask online itself"
                          This is very pathetic service and I require a full refund for the tickets.
                          Because the level at which this service is treating is very pathetic
                          IT is also causing delays are they are stopping at every location and switched busses
                          I am not going to stop here and will further complaint to ensure no1 faces such situation like my family in the future

                            We booked ticket from cuddalore to Bangalore dated April 12thin universal travels. They cancelled the service due to bus breakdown . But actual reason is no sufficient passenger. My father is senior citizen and he is the passenger. One hour before they sent SMS bus is cancelled. They said amount will be refunded instead of alternative bus. As a senior citizen how he will manage . I am totally upset with universal travels. We need the compensation to balance the pain of senior citizen. Please don't book in universal bus also the red bus.

                              Im currently traveling in Universal travel from ramnad to Chennai. He is driving very fast and a road is very bad condition even taking a rash driving. We informed to the driver but he is not obeying. Some children and pregnant ladies are traveling in this bus. We hope the driver is driving by in sleeping condition so the people's are very afraid. Please take necessary action and this should not affect in future.

                                I'm manikandan. Vehicle no:7688. This bus a/c not working too Mach of heat in bus and then not cleaned in inside of vehicle too Mach of sands on bed. Staff behaviour also bad. Travel date: 7/3/2017 Chennai to velanganni. I regularly travel in Chennai to velanganni. But compared other travelers, this traveler was generally very bad service. I called customer care number but it's not attained my number.

                                Kindly request on Chennai to nagapattinam bus service pls arrange properly.

                                  Friends, please don't trust this service at all if you are going to Guntur. They dropped my family on the highway at 5 AM and we were really scared. We requested them to drop atleast at nearby place where we can get autos to commute. They denied and fortunately we walked for a km. and got an auto to go home. Thank God! Never try this service. They dont care for the passengers welfare. Leaving on the highway at 5 AM where no one is around is totally irrepsonsible.

                                    I had booked a AC bus from universal travels from pondicherry to chennai which was supposed to depart at 9 am. I am waiting from 8.45 and it is now 11.30 am still there is no sign of the bus. Time is important to all o[censored]s. We were supposed to reach chennai by 1 and it is 11.30 still I am standing in pondicherry with no sign of the bus. If this is the service you are providing I would recommend everyone to never book anything with your travel service. I will take it to social media and will be vocal about this issue.

                                      Yesterday (12/01/2017).I booked tickets from Pondicherry to nagercoil.the scheduled time is 12hrs..but even after 15hrs it is still running..my entire schedule got flopped because of this..they must follow their promises.
                                      They halted for tea break near ramanathapuram bus stand.. there I can't use toilet because of poor facility.for comfortable travel "universal travel's" is not suitable..

                                        Very worst ****off bus service in my life. I am traveled from Bangalore to nevyveli yesterday. they pick up RKT bus from bangalore to Housr, From there they told universal travel bus. But that bus is not running condition, we are waited there 5hours(from 09:30PM to 01:30PM). while we are getting inside bus no lights inside bus. we asked that time they are not responding for our question. after 11:30PM he said simply battery gone we can't do anything driver also full drunk on that time. Please passengers don't use universal travel bus. not worth that bus for one
