I have place an order for a dress on urbanic on 11 september 2021. It was delivered to me oon 26 september 2021. It had 10 days return policy. So, due to fitting issues, I requested it for return on 4th october(within 10 days). Now today it's 21 November, and still they are not refunding my money. From october, they just keep saying please give us some time, or please wait for 24-48 hours. Now november is also about to end and still they...

I have placed my order on 14 Nov from urbanic..but the order is still in processing stage and they have given me the estimated time of delivery between 24-28 Nov..if they haven't shipped the order yet how they gonna deliver it on estimated date..I have contacted their customer care but still they are saying we will ship it as soon as possible...

I'm not here for the complaint but what I wanna say is about it's price. It's little expensive. Though I shop from urbanic a lot but I think the app should look after its price. It should be less expensive. And there should be a proper sale and a discount for it's regular customer. There should be a points system according to the amount of products bought. Also points should be given according to the reviews written by the customer. So please...

It is so saddening, I placed an order with Urbanic on the 13 th constituting of more than 10 products and they promised at that time that the latest date for delivery for all the products will be on or 24th November. It is 19th today and the products are not dispatched yet and the customer support email says that since it is coming from overseas it moght take long. I ordered From Urbanic and pre paid for the order. My money got deducted from my bank account but Urbanic says that they haven't received any money and my order still hasn't got confirmed.

The status for my order[protected] has not changed at all for 10 complete days!! The chat support and email support keep repeating th same thing that is already stated in the app. There's no estimated date of delivery from both ends!! This is ridiculous. Probably my last order (if it is ever delivered)...

I have ordered 3 items first time from urbanic on 7nov(had I knew it's delivery process I would have never used it). Secondly my order is prepaid and the expected delivery date is 17 which is tomorrow and the order has not even been shipped yet. I have a function to attend on 20nov. urbanic the almighty please deliver me my products before 20 if you can or I'm never ever gonna use urbanic and neither will let my knowns use it! You guys takes a long time to deliver a product, and i received the wrong product. Shame on u guys. I am pissed off....

I had filed a return due to size issues but they didn't have picked it yet and not even they hv given me a replacement...pathetic service, shame on you guys......

I had ordered 2 dresses and accesories on october 30 and it was given that it will be delivered by November 14. And it's still not shipped also its prepaid. Very disappointed, I don't know if I should just cancel it as it's of no use after November 15th. Kindly do the needful...

I ordered a vest coat on 3 november and payment was done on the same day but still it's showing order status as in Processing...

I’ve placed an order on 30th October and it’s still under processing, if order doesn’t serve for the occasion what’s even the purpose of it! I placed orders 3 times and probably this would be my last order from Urbanic! This is a prepaid order..Hard time trusting these guys....

I made an order on urbanic on 24 sept. It clearly showed that that my order was accepted. But later they cancelled it without my knowledge.
I did get my order, much later i might add but it was not the correct size for me so i asked for a return.
They refused saying that my order was cancelled and instead told me that they would refund my money so that i can make the correct order.
Obviously all the glitch is from their...

My order has not been shipped for days and customer care is completely useless they dont respond. they simply cancel my order after weeks each and every time....

I have ordered 6 clothing items on 13 October it's 8 th November today, my clothes are worth over 3k. Everytime I contact them through email they tell the delay is due to bad weather. But for the fact there is no sign of bad weather in my state over 1 month. Truely disappointed in this service and they won't even refund my money over that...

I placed few orders and it was not even get processing for few weeks. So I cancelled and chose fast delivery. But that was also not shipped yet . Very bad service and I can see many people suffer like this...
