My urbanic order, order ID[protected]
I recieved a wrong product from urbanic. I ordered a sweater but recieved a top. I have already applied return request. I am trying since Saturday. They have accepted the return request but they have told the delivery person to accept the sweater. But how can I return the sweater when I have the top. This is how they are fooling their customers 😐

      I am writing to let you know that the above mentioned order id is not delivered yet while the payment has been done. Expected date was 15-20 December order placed on 6th Dec. No calls, chat support is of no use, emails auto replied.

        I had placed an order on 6th December, it was supposed to reach me by 15-20 December. One did not get the refund of the first order which was canceled, two haven’t received the item yet. Both are pending refund and delivery of the item. Really disappointing, chat support is of no help as they respond after 5-6 hours of request placed. Email support just sends automated replies and no call support.

              I had ordered 2 products from Urbanic. Order ID[[protected]
              [protected]] . For the size issue I returned both the products but I did not get my refund of 1690rs in my bank account. According to the brand they refund in 7-10 days. After reminding them multiple times, they always say that it has been initiated but It has been more than 10 days now and still my refund amount is not reflected in my bank account . Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

                Hi this is my order number i have order on 3rd December prepaid with upi pin which is connected with my axisbank account and pickup was on 17 December...still urbanic didn't refunded yet and i have equiry for many times on [protected]@urnanic.com and also in urbanic app but they says it has already refunded on union bank... I didn't have union bank how come they refunded my amount on union bank? Instead i have paid my amount on their union bank and i have send my bank statement too for the proof to them still they says its refunded on union bank
                Are they fraud or making fools to people??? I want my refund back its 1233 amount which i have paid with my axis bank connected by goggle pay with upi pin
                And i can send my bank statement too here

                            I had ordered 2 products from urbanic. Order ID[protected] . Button faux fur coat and split slip dress. I did online payment through gpay for both. I canceled split slip dress after few days but did not refund of 1034 Rs. Button faux fur coat was delivered but it was too big for me, so i returned it but i did not get my refund of 1034 Rs in my bank account. Urbanic does not have a contact number so i emailed them . They said that refund is processed from their side and it will reflect in my bank account in 7-10 days. But it has been more than 15 days now and still my refund of Rs 2068 is not reflected in my bank account . Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and please get my refund back from them.

                            Payment was done by gpay but Refund came in paytm wallet. Customer service of urbanic told me to download paytm m create an account there. Hence got my refund in paytm wallet

                            on contavmcting the support they said refund is initiated on 22/01/22 and reflect on your account in 7-10 days..but it has not reflected yet...it should have reflected by now

                            I have ordered a product by urbanic, and payed through paytm. Later after some time I realized that the address is wrong which I gave so I cancelled it, and they refunded my money in paytm wallet. But I don't have my kyc done, and also its not happening now. My money got stuck there! Help me with that please!

                            They said your money will be reflected in your bank account with the name maysquare private limited. But the company maysquare private limited doesn't refund the money back.

                            Hi Myself Sarmistha Bhunia, I had ordered two parcel on 10th July, 2023 from Urbanic ... It got delivered on 18 th July 3023. I returned it for quality issue. On 19th July 2023, the delivery agent came and took my parcel. One was ₹670 and other was #945. Urbanic said it takes 7-10 days to refund. Today 29th july 2023, I had not got my refund yet... @urbanic please say when will I get my refund!

                                They didn't ship my order even now. On the day of "expected delivery" I got a message saying that my order is in the URBANIC processing unit and awaiting pickup from there. I'm disappointed. My order isn't shipped yet and all I get are pathetic responses from them. I needed it urgently and hence chose the fast delivery products even though they weren't really to my liking. I'm already regretting choosing URBANIC since it's making me so angry and frustrated. At this point I'm just happy I didn't place a huge order just one under 5k. This shall be my last purchase from URBANIC if I don't receive my order by tomorrow end of the day. I hate this app and how irresponsible they are. Their "punctuality" though has me never wanting to come back to this ### again.
