    I had ordered a couple of products from urbanic and cancelled the same because I changed my mind. Its been over 10 days but refund has not been credited to my account.

      I return an order to urbanic but the refund to the product is failed. It was picked up by the delivery guy but I didn't received the money back. They mentioned the refund failed but even after sending lots of emails I only got an response that also wasn't helpful as it was suggesting some process to follow but the options that has to be chosen was not showing in the urbanic app.

        Hi. I’ve returned one order of INR 1512. The delivery guy took the parcel & I’ve received a whatsapp text which says Refund is in process but on Urbanic Page it shows “Refund Failed”
        Tried connecting to there social handles & customer chat box but received no reply. Kindly help!

          I ordered a pullover top on 1st January and expected a delivery by now but seems like Urbanic's delivery service is slower than expected. I kindly request urbanic to send my order by 6 January or else it's not of my use. Please help me out or else unwantedly I'll have to return the product as it'll be useless. I'll appreciate i[censored] listen to my request. Thankyou

            I had terrible experience with urbanic as their return process is very bad. I had placed return pickup for my urbanic orders with order ID :[protected]. But the return is failing because the delivery boy is not accepting the return. He came and picked up the order, however he came back after sometime saying only 4 out 5 orders can be accepted and since all the orders are under the same order ID he cannot take pickup of any of the orders. He asked me to place the return individually one by one. I did the same thing earlier as well. I sent multiple emails to urbanic regarding the issue. They said they have initiated the return from their end again but nobody has come to pickup the orders. Now they are not even replying to emails. The return deadline is now crossed for the items. But still no resolution from their end. The issue is pending since 26 dec 2021 and still not yet resolved. A total amount of Rs5851 was paid for the 5 items which are to be returned. But because of the delay in return process from urbanic that much amount is now stuck and it's a financial overhead for me.

              Hi..
              Actually i have ordered Ruffle Pant Jumpsuit on 28th November 2021 which was delivered on 8th December 2021. Due to some reason i have returned the same on 11th December 2021 but till now i have not received the refund amount. I am following up with customer care guys but they are giving the same answer that it will get refunded but there is no hope for the same.

                It's been more than a month I've returned my product and the refund has not been initiated yet. Even they are not replying to my emails. I've shopped from this site for the first time and this is my first honest review. They are such a fraud people.

                    I have brought two dresses from urbanic, the material was not up to my expectation so I returned it . The order id is[protected]
                    Simplicity pullover sweater and positioning printing pullover sweater total cost of ₹ 1995 . The product is returned but I have not got the refund . This is a fraud case, the product has been returned since 7_8 days but no refund . Please help me to solve this

                          This is regarding Order Number[protected], in which I had ordered 2 products, of which I raised a return request for 1 of them related to sizing issues on the 19th December.
                          On Monday evening, 20th December, the package was collected from me by the delivery agent.
                          Within an hour of collection of the package from me, I called him back stating that I haven’t got any update or message saying that my package was collected. He told me, that he still hasn’t reached the office, once he reaches the office, I would get the message. He hadn’t given me any pick up receipt or anything for the same.
                          On the next day, that is, Tuesday, 21st December, I raised a complaint on their customer care chat section, regarding the same. Then I got a message again stating that someone would be coming to collect the package from the courier company.
                          I’ve been trying to address this problem with their team on chat, but haven’t got any satisfactory response and the status on the app is unchanged.
                          After a lot of failed attempts on the chat help, I started emailing them, one of my emails was rude, due to which I immediately got a call the same day, from Rishabh Gupta on the 25th December, he said he would look into the matter personally and would escalate my issue, and get in touch with the logistic team regarding the delay in the same and for all of this he asked a timeline of 48 hours. And he said, that all emails written to their helpline, never go unanswered. So re requested me to be in touch on email and not on the chat. 2 days later, no email, message or contact from their team.
                          Then on the 29th December, I get a call from Khushboo, this was again after a rude email sent to them the previous day, she said that my ticket has been escalated, but its taking time, and she needed 72 hours to get back to me. Its been almost 7 days to that phone call, I haven't got any communication from their end! Whenever I asked them to connect me to a senior employee, they say they cant do that. Anything I ask them, all I get an answer is, give us 48 or 72 hours. It's 15 days later, and my refund has not been initiated. I'm fed up of following up with them. they don't respond properly on the chat section in their app, and emails are all going unanswered!
                          They're just harassing their customers and taking full advantage of not having contact number for us to reach them!

                          After writing another rude email, they finally called me back stating that the refund has been initiated. They had no answer to what took so long to resolve the problem and why there wasn't any status update from their end. But, they apologized and my money is back in my account.

                              I ordered a jeans from urbanic on Tuesday December 28th 2020. Due to my mistake, I didn't update to my new address and the delivery person reached my last address and called me. I informed him that i mistakenly put the order for the wrong address.
                              The delivery person was kind and cancelled the order for me and sent the bag back to your centre.

                              It's been almost 3-4 days since then and i haven't recieved my refund even though the package has reached their centre. I contacted the delivery person for help and status and they confirmed the same.

                              I even checked the DELHIVERY status and it says the package estimated receiving date is 31st December 2020 and it hasn't updated for the last two days.

                              It has been 4 days since this incident and even after mailing their customer support twice, they just don't do anything about it.
