      I had purchased a cooktop on march, 2021.after 2month it stop functioning.to which i had loudge a complaint regarding this, also i was assured that it will be fixed sooner.however, no technician arrived at my location.again i made another complaint regarding the same issue.but its quite disappointing that despite being compliant so many times neither the technician arrived nor customer care executive are concious enough to satisfy the customer.hence, in wake of this, it is once again requested to fix my problem.

                      Fan purchased from Amazon on 6.6.20 for Rs 11503
                      Folllwing complaints are my mail to usha care for product defect and service.
                      7.6.20 Remote did not work
                      18.6.20 Complain of not working

                      14 Th Jun 2021. Fan swing did not work
                      20th jun 2021. Reiterated the complaint
                      22nd Jun Reiterated the complaint.
                      23RD JUN FAN STOPPED TOTALLY.
                      24. Th Mechanic attended.COULD NOT RECTIFYHE DID KNOW THIS MODEL WORKINGASSURED AFTER CONTACTING HIS SENIORS HE WOULD REVERT.HE DID NOT< NOR ANY ONE FROM USHA.
                      25th Jun Reiterated complaint.
                      6th July Reminded.
                      14 th July Reminded.
                      PRESENT STATUS -EXPENSIVE FAN IS NOT WOTKING.

                      Beauty of customer care is no response except automated mail .
                      Never seen such a hopeless service. Within one year the product collapsed, now WE ARE WITHOUT FAN INN THIS SUMMER.
                      Want full refund immediately, as credibility of company service is doubtful.

                        I have bought a usha desert cooler on 11 Jul 21 from Aan Electronics, 1/206/40 SADAR BAZAR, DELHI CANTT worth Rs 10, 394/-. Its pump got unserviceable after 3 days only. I was told that it will take maximum 24 hrs to clear the complain, after 24 hrs I made a call again then one lady on the phone told me that it will take 1 week to repair a cooler pump. And said that ' is se pahele nahi ho payega'. I think I feel cheated

                            I purchased a Usha Mist Air Icy 400mm Pedestal Fan (White) on 2nd May and it was looking good but all of sudden we found some problem with base, then we realized that, this is either duplicate product or cheap product made by Usha. We raised a complaint with Amazon and they forwarded that complaint to Usha. But when technician called us then asking the money which is not acceptable in any cost. My wife also raised complaint with this portal but technician still asking the money instead of changing the product.

                            Please try to sort out this fraud case otherwise i will go to next level for this fraud.

                              Ceiling fan is not working, bought fan on 6/5/2020 with two years warranty .Store from which fan was bought is relocated to another place .How to get the service to repair ceiling fan or replace product as it's within warranty time.

                                  Usha has provided me a low quality of material in my Usha mist air pedestal. I had no response from the customer care about my complain on this instead they kept my call on hold for a long time with no further response. They are instead asking me to pay for that low quality to replace. If this is the condition. Then I'm going to insult Usha in all social medias.

                                    USHA has been a pain to deal with. My parents, living in Chandigarh, have been trying to get issues with Usha Heleous fan resolved for the last 2 months. The fan, being sold as a smart BLDC fan, is nothing but a trouble machine. It is disheartening that a company claiming to be an international brand is causing grief to old folks in the middle of scorching summers. There have been multiple complaints lodged that have been auto-closed with no response. In the off-chance someone does end up visiting, they have no clue on how to deal or service the fan, leading to no resolution.
                                    Stay away frrom Usha, and Heleous in particular.
