The appointment got cancelled three times.Now the technician not visted nor contacted after one week from registration.It was assigned to smart care solutions kottayam. Out of 11fans purchased on 2/9/20 from Krishna Electrical Nagpur, one is out of service. Please do needful....

I have lodge a complaint on June 9 and still there is no progress. It's being a month now. They closed the complaint no without resolving issue. I did not get any technical call.

Even after escalating multiple time worst service.

I purchased 4 premium fans (USHA Bloom daffodil) and after 4 month o[censored]se 1 fan motor burnt. after registering the online complaint, I received call from service guy enquiring about fan type and he given excuse since fan motor is not in stock, he will come after 4 days when it arrives. after 8th day of compliant registry service guy visited home empty...

I bought this sewing machine from Amazon, 1 week down the purchase it started creating trouble. The handle does not move. The thread keeps dropping off. The thread gets tangled in the cloth. I tried calling the customer care many times nothing worked out.

Can someone please address this issue, and send a technician.

Repeated complain of not working even after changing PCB. The product must be replaced as this is hampering my daily cooking in home and our food preparation is getting affected.

1st complain no. CC[protected], Dt - 16/6.
2nd complain no. CC[protected], Ref no 7934. Dt - 26/6.(same but intermittent)....
